“I can tell by how eager Splash is when she gets out of the car that she loves vacationing with Sergio. My girl is an abandoned rescue with lots of anxiety but loves hanging out with Sergio. Thank you so much!”

“Melissa took great care of our dog while we were away for a wedding! Easy to communicate with, sent regular pictures and updates, and our pup came home nice and tired from all the fun!”

“Our dog, Noddle, is a cherished member of our family; Patricia treated him the same way. From the initial meeting, Patricia's genuine love of and experience with a variety of animals was obvious. Noodle took to her right away. From the photos including walks on the beach and playtime in addition to the messages she regularly sent us, we could tell that he was happy and pampered. We feel completely comfortable and enthusiastic recommending Patricia and will engage her again. She is great. Lucky Noodle. Lucky us.”

“Fantastic dog sitter! She is compassionate and takes fantastic care of your pet. My dog was happy and comfortable the entire time she was away and the level of care is even better than a professional facility. She even sends daily pictures and videos and that is great when missing your pup. Next time I need to leave my dog I will definitely be sending her back over Nathalias!!”
About: I have experience with dogs of all ages. I have grown accustomed to a range of feeding, walking, grooming and play schedules and also have experience administering medication. I can handle dogs around other pets, acting to keep everyone involved comfortable and safe. I have lots of free time after classes and only a part time work schedule in the summer. I am able to make time morning, afternoon and night! Until August 15th, I will be living with two roommates. One of which have a cat and a dog who are very friendly. I aim to keep boarding to a minimum until I move into my new space where I will have a lot more room and there would be no. concern with pets interacting and living with other pets that they do not know.
“Tara was wonderful — we recommend her and would leave our dog in her care again. She communicated well and our dog was calm and happy when we picked her up after a two night stay.”

“I can’t say enough great things about Armitage. They take such amazing care of Kharma every single time. Even when Kharma had to stay really late, they were incredibly accommodating and made sure he was comfortable and well taken care of the entire time. It truly gives me peace of mind knowing he’s in such good hands. At this point, Armitage is the first sitter I call every time without hesitation. I honestly wouldn’t trust anyone else with Kharma. The level of care, consistency, and genuine love they show means everything to me.”

“Austin was so great with our dog. At first I was hesitant about leaving her with anyone as it was her first time out with someone we didn't know. Austin helped reassure us she would be just fine. He kept updating me how she was adjusting and sending pictures. She looked so happy her night there and was even hesitant to leave when I came to pick her up the following morning. I can tell she had a blast and we will be definitely using Austin in the future. I recommend for anyone looking to use a reliable sitter for your pup.”

“Having moved recently to New Bedford, we didn´t have any close friends or relatives to leave our Lhasa Apso Johann with. We are so glad we came accross Taylor and Tyler on the Rover platform. They responded to my first contact almost immediately and were very attentive in getting back to me so we could arrange our meet and greet. They took care of Johann for 5 nights and would send me pictures daily and keep me posted. Johann adapted very well and we could see he was being well taken care of and having a fun time! We are so happy and thankful we now have a place to leave him when we next have to travel without him!”

“This was our second time using Malerie. You can tell she really loves dogs and immediately made us comfortable with how she cared for our fur babies. We have two that stayed with her, our rescue who is 3 and our senior girl has to take 3 pills a day every 8 hours. Malerie made sure to meet their individual needs and integrate them into her family for the weekend. Our pups were very happy and enjoyed having so much company while we were away! Thank you Malerie!”

“Kathy treated our Pete like one of her own, we felt very comfortable knowing he was happy and being well taken care of. We will definitely leave Pete with Kathy again, we highly recommend her!”

“I am very grateful for Kimberly and her family! She was very flexible with timing on dropoff/pickup, and my dogs looked like they had a great time. I know theyll be looking forward to their next stay!”

“We boarded our dog with Rebekah for two nights. Everything went great. She was super easy to work with and our dog seemed very happy. I'd definitely recommend Rebekah”

“After our Yorkipoo Oscar was diagnosed with diabetes a few months back, we struggled to find a boarding solution that would handle his Vetsulin shots. We were thrilled to find Brandon who is also a vet tech and was willing and able to handle it. It’s the perfect setting with a quiet neighborhood, a big fenced in backyard, and plenty of room for dogs to wander in the house. Brandon and his wife sent us lots of photos, videos, and updates throughout the weekend so we felt confident that Oscar was having a great time. We’re so happy to have found such a great family to take care of Oscar when we need it. We highly recommend Brandon and will be boarding with him again in the future!”

About: Hi! I’m a responsible, caring, and dependable dog lover with over 5 years of hands-on experience caring for dogs. While living with my parents, I helped care for our three family dogs—a Golden Retriever mix, a Husky mix, and a Labrador mix. I currently have a friendly 9-month-old Goldendoodle mix who lives with me. My home has a fully fenced yard where dogs can safely play, exercise, and relax. My goal is to provide a safe, clean, loving, and stress-free environment where every dog feels comfortable, happy, and at home. I look forward to meeting you and your furry family member! I have a flexible schedule and make time every day to provide loving and attentive care. I can provide regular potty breaks, playtime, exercise, feeding, and plenty of attention. I keep pet parents updated with photos and messages so they always know how their dog is doing. Your dog’s safety and comfort are my top priorities. “Alysia’s service is top notch! Her family was so caring and treated my pup like family. Our pup came home content and he had so much fun. Great communication and updates. Thank you!!!”

“Jennifer was amazing. Highly recommend hiring her to watch your pet. Communication was flawless from start to finish, and she was always incredibly quick to respond to my text updates. I loved receiving the photos she sent throughout the weekend, which gave me complete peace of mind while I was away. She truly went above and beyond to make my dog feel at home. She spent time playing fetch—my dog's absolute favorite game—and was highly observant and adaptable when Daisy interacted with her own two dogs, ensuring all the pups felt safe and comfortable. To top it all off, she even sent my dog home with a toy she had fallen in love with during her stay. I will absolutely be booking her again!”

“Brian was very professional, accommodating and attentive to our dog especially dealing with his separation from us. He has a large yard and our dog had lots of room to roam. Brian's dog, Jake was gentle and protective of our 16lb dachshund. I would use his services again.”

“Jenna is absolutely amazing. This was our second booking with Jenna and our cat clearly adores her. Jenna not only comes to feed her and give her pets, but also looks out for our cat’s welfare and comfort during her visits as well. It is such a comfort to know she is in good hands when we are away!”

“Amethyst was so attentive to my needs and concerns while I was out of town. Like any cat mom I get nervous to leave my fur baby alone with just anyone but my little guy was in good hands!”

“Emma was super friendly and communicative. We unfortunately had to cancel our rover visit last minute though she made the effort to come over ahead of time to meet our cat and take notes on what she needed. We definitely look forward to utilizing her services in the future!”
“Kathy was so amazing to my kitty!! She is super attentive to the little things and really cared about my boy. I would 100% recommend her and hope to use her services again in the future.”

“Cassidy was so wonderful to work with. I’ve had problems with pet sitters in the past, but she made us feel so completely at ease and grateful while on our vacation. She was on time, went the extra mile to perform her duties and provided us with thorough updates. I would recommend her to anyone in the area. You can tell she loves what she does. Your pet eill 1000% be safe, cared for and loved with her! Thank you Cassidy :)”

About: I love taking care of cats because of their individualized personalities and how comforting their presence is. My roommate of two years has a cat with a urinary condition who I have watched over on multiple occasions, giving him his medication, cleaning his litter and feeding him twice a day. I have been cat sitting for clients who are only away during the day or for prolonged vacations for about 4 years. I like to sit near the cats I’m watching and do my own thing to show them that I’m not a threat to their space and allow them to come to me. I also love to play with mouse or string toys with cats :)
“Isabel took great care of Oliver. I am so thankful she drove all the way to help pick him up when I was sick and not able to care for him. I didn't have to worry about him when he was in her hands, and he seemed to get along well with her family and have a great time. Very communicative and excellent petsitter.”

“Amy did a great job, Biggie Smalls was very comfortable with her. She was able to extend her care of Biggs for an additional day when I was wrong about our return flight details. I received several pictures every day and when I returned home, every bowl was full. He was well-tended. Would definitely use Amy again.”

“I had such a great experience with Alyssa! She was reliable, communicative, and clearly cared so much about my pets while I was away. I received updates and photos that gave me peace of mind, and my pets looked happy, comfortable, and well taken care of when I got home. It’s obvious she genuinely love animals and treats them like her own. I would absolutely trust Alyssa again and highly recommend to anyone looking for a caring and dependable pet sitter!”

“Carissa took excellent care of our two cats! Sent daily photos and texts which is so reassuring! She even put down ice melt for us when we got snow. Highly recommend her to take care of your pets!”

“Kathy was amazing with our dog Jax. My baby girl was having surgery in Boston and she put my mind at ease taking great care of our pup. Sent lots of updates and pictures throughout the day which made us super happy! Can’t wait to bring Jax back for another visit!”

“Austin was Amazing! He took Coco at the last minute and helped me through my first use of Rover. I appreciate him so much! He treated Coco so well and sent pictures during the day. Austin was very patient with puppy behaviors and was polite and respectful during our time with him. I felt safe leaving our puppy with Austin and would recommend him highly.”

“Carrie was wonderful. My goldendoodle puppy is a tired girl after her stay ( a tired puppy is a happy puppy) There was a nice large yard for her to run around. Carrie was excellent!”

About: I have been around dogs my entire life. That’s over 20 years of personal, hands-on experience! I’ve cared for puppies, small dogs, big dogs, calm dogs, hyper dogs - you name it. My responsibilities include daily walks, feeding, bathing, cleaning up after them, and most importantly, giving them all the love and attention. I am comfortable sticking to a routine and keeping all dogs happy and safe! I have a 7 year old dog who I treat like my own baby. Friends and family know me as the 30 year old who’s obsessed with her dog! Let my dog and your dog be the best of friends in our FENCED-IN yard! I am a dog-loving teacher! I work 1 minute down the road so I am able to check on dogs for 30 minutes during my lunch. My schedule is consistent. I wake up every morning with my husband to give our dog his morning routine. I am able to go on walks multiple times in the afternoon. I can also keep up with night time routines! We have a FENCED-IN yard where your dog and my dog can become the best of friends! I have two separate rooms if your dogs likes to have alone time after a day of play. I am also flexible to do in-home care, if that is your preference.
“Brian was able to take lily literally LAST minute. He had her in addition to more dogs and still managed to send me pictures of her having fun. He is very responsible and it only took one day for lily to associate the street and house with good times. We’d pull down the street and she would be excited and ready to go! We can’t thank Brian enough for giving lily a home away from home while we were on vacation ❤️”

“Kevin was very respectful and extremely good at communicating. Easy to book with as well. Plenty of room for the dogs to play, it was my dogs first day of any kind of interactions with large groups of dogs and Kevin made it very easy for her. He took his time introducing her to the other dogs, and allowed her to relax on her own time. She came home tired and chill, just what she needed. One thing I like about Kevin as a sitter is that he works with my schedule, and odd hours. Most places are not flexible and difficult for picking up and dropping off. His location is easy to get to. I will be booking again.”

“Rebeka is very sweet. Marshall was nervous going to a new place but she sat with him and cuddled with him, which is exactly what works. She was responsive and professional with all communication and we highly recommend her! Marshall had adjusted and was happy by the time we came to pick him up.”

“Nicole & Ryan are absolutely amazing!! They are responsive, kind, and accommodating. We felt very comfortable leaving our dog in their care and cannot recommend them enough. Will definitely be reaching out again and we know our dog is just as excited as we are to have found a good match!”

“We were in Newport just for the day, Cheyauna was very fast to respond and amazing communicator . So thankful to have had her to watch our dog for the day, she also sent us photos throughout the day, which we really appreciate it. Thank you again !”

That means your dog isn’t squeezed into a busy schedule—they get my full attention, patience, and time. This isn’t just a job, it’s my life’s passion, and it shows in the way I care for every pup as if they were my own.” Full-Time Care, Full-Time Love—Because Dogs Deserve More Than a Side Gig.” Every dog in my care gets more than the basics—they get a home. About: Our mission is to offer people a simple, affordable option for boarding their pets: to keep them fed, safe and company while you're away. There's nothing worse than doubling the price of your vacation just to get your pets looked after! We keep our boarding price more than reasonable to give folks the financial bandwidth to spend their vacation money on their vacation--not on boarding their pets. We are both contract workers with flexible schedules, and Taylor is often able to work from home so your pets will have plenty of companionship! So we told you our mission-- There's a few ways this translates. We have a huge yard. So, we don't take your pups on walks. BUT. We play fetch, tug of war, and intentionally initiate zoomies. If your pup is conditioned to expect walks, it's probably most fair to find a sitter who'll get that walk in! We love a good daytime cuddle, but we also like a good night's rest. So, your pets sleep in the living room, helping us avoid chaos while we're getting shut-eye. We kindly ask that if you book with us, that you're confident your doggies can sleep out on their own without too much fuss! We have an array of options for creating ideal environments for your pets, with baby gates, a large yard that can be segmented for dogs needing smaller spaces or space from others, and multiple kennels. Coming soon, an electric fence with an extra collar for your pup if you'd like it!
About: I am a life-long animal lover with 7+ years experience as a veterinary technician and boarding kennel attendant. I have pretty much seen it all when it comes to pet care! Along with my experience in taking care of other’s beloved pets (feeding, walking, training, play times), I am also able to administer any type of medications (oral, topical, injections) and am confident in taking care of pets with any medical needs, especially senior dogs. Being a kennel attendant and vet tech, I know that so many dogs struggle with anxiety, especially when they’re separated from their owners. I have lots of experience with these kinds of dogs and can assure your fur baby will feel safe and comfortable with me. I genuinely just love spending my free time with animals of all shapes and sizes, and making sure they have the best experience while under my care. Consider me for any of your pet care needs! I am an independent contractor, therefore my schedule is very flexible. My partner primarily works from home, so there is always someone home to look after your pet. We are a very active couple who loves going for walks, visiting dog parks, swimming, jogging, hiking, etc. Your pet will have potty breaks every 1-2 hours to ensure their comfort. We are open to dog boarding or day care in our home. We are also open to dog walking. We have a small fenced in yard behind our apartment, which makes potty breaks a breeze. We have a 5 year old Aussiedoodle who loves other dogs. We are always keeping a close on your pets when they are getting acquainted and for feedings. They are allowed on the furniture. We have multiple dog beds, no crates necessary if your dog is house trained.
About: I've volunteered at shelters and sanctuaries, worked at dog salon and groomers, have owned, fostered and sat for dogs my entire life. They complete me. I'm currently available during most daytime hours and will work with you to accommodate your schedule with your dog's needs. Available on most weekends also. As a fur mom of two, I already have a fenced in yard with plenty of room to zoom! Crating is available for those that need the peace and quiet also. I have senior and puppy experience too.
“Kharma had such a great time at doggy daycare today! He got plenty of attention, lots of love, and had an absolute blast playing and enjoying his day. It’s clear he was well cared for and happy the entire time.”

“Liza is patient, communicative and professional. Our dog is nervous to new people. She greeted him in a way that was appropriate and is building his confidence to trust her and enjoy his walks. She helped me to navigate this app. We feel grateful that Nochi has someone with experience, skill and empathy.”

About: I’ve been in a pet loving family since I can remember. Taking in animals in need and caring for neighborhood pets is something I have been doing since a young age. I am a go to friend for someone needing a house sitter while they are away or just someone to stop in to feed. I have pets of my own including a cat needing medication and have experience caring for cats with special needs. I would love to make my new part time job caring for your pet. I currently work from home, Monday through Friday and have weekends off. I can drop in for a visit or walk your dog anytime with some notice. I am very detail oriented and take pride in doing my very best. I have no issues following specific direction especially for high maintenance or high need pets. From my past experiences with many different kinds or animals I can safely judge when redirection or intervention would be necessary.
About: I had a family dog for 17 years, so I have had a lot of experience with a dog in the house! I have watched pets of family members and have walked dogs for my friends, family and neighbors on occasion. I am currently working from home as it is the off season for my job. I am generally home most days, giving me tons of time to play with your pet and make sure they’re well taken care of! I have a very large fenced in backyard, giving your dog tons of room to run and play. My neighborhood is also quiet and friendly making it the perfect place to go for walks. I’m available on weekends and typically have flexibility with my scheduling during typical working hours (9-5) to care for your pet! I’m happy to work around your pets normal routine for walks, feeding, playtime and check ins. I treat pets like I treat my own, with patience, consistency, and close attention. I carefully follow any instructions you leave, keep pets secure on walks or in the home, and check in if I have any questions. Your pet’s comfort and safety always come first.
About: I've been looking after dogs and cats since I was 12! They've ranged from my grandma's shitzu to dog sitting mastiffs! I've even watched reptiles like ball pythons and geckos. I've walked, bathed, fed, watered, and loved them the whole time. I, myself, have 2 bunnies, fish, and a ball python. All together the most dogs I've ever watched at the same time was 28! It was 5 adults dogs, one puppy the equivalent to a toddler, and 22 puppies! I am willing to go to the cape and islands for house sitting! At the moment I'm hoping that pet care will become a full-time job. At the moment I am able to do any day and any time. I, sadly, do not have a cute puppy or kitty to play with your fur baby, however it just means they get more love from me! I can lift a 75 pound dog if needed and have the resources to contain one if necessary.

About: I have l had the responsibility of taking care of my home pets ever since I could remember. We’ve always had a full house with dogs, cats, turtles, lizards, guinea pigs, chickens, and even a macaw. I have experience with senior dogs that require extra care as I have one of my own. I have also taken a few puppy training classes that I have used on my dogs as well as pups of close friends. Most of my pets have been rescues and I was able to use those skills to break bad, destructive habits that could’ve resulted in injury. I am currently a full time college student and a part time medical assistant at an urgent care clinic. Typically, I would have the most time to commit to intensive pet care in the early mornings, early afternoons, late evenings, and weekends. My dogs are crate trained and my pets typically spend their nights in their designated areas. In the mornings everyone is opened, greeted with many pets and kisses, and fed. The dogs are walked and trained for a bit before my departure. I make sure to leave a few brain engaging toys/ treats while gone for the day. Once I return, the process is repeated with a longer evening walk and extra cuddle time. My senior dog required a bit more attention with daily injections and a specific diet. I am sure I would take care of your pet with the same care and love I give my pets.
“Dependable, kind and most importantly Blue loves her. Our situation at the time meant we didn’t meet her first. Trusted the app and now trust Ixia with our most cherished family member. Thank you”

Turned out to be very minor, but I was so grateful she was extra cautious and communicative. I feel really comfortable with her caring for my Millie.”

I only host one guest dog at a time so I can provide personalized care and attention. I treat every dog like family and provide plenty of playtime, potty breaks, exercise, love, and regular photo updates so owners always know how their pet is doing.

“Brian was very professional, accommodating and attentive to our dog especially dealing with his separation from us. He has a large yard and our dog had lots of room to roam. Brian's dog, Jake was gentle and protective of our 16lb dachshund. I would use his services again.”

“Erica, again, took wonderful care of Sully. He comes home happy, tired from romping with his friends and no whining. He ate well, also. We will continue to use Erica’s sitting service whenever she is available. Thank you!”

“This was the first time leaving Brady with a stranger and Sharon made it a easy. When we arrived at Sharon’s home she had us walk Brady around as she observed his demeanor and to get acquainted. She was great in keeping us informed during his visit and sent a picture of him chilling out. The communications and picture put us at ease and allowed us to enjoy the wedding that we attended. Sharon walked him frequently. Thank you for making our 1st dog sitter experience a great one.”

“Daran is the best of the best. Mac has such an amazing time with him and I never have to worry about a thing. Daran is also very thoughtful about Mac and gives solid advice and suggestions for helping with our pup. Thank you Daran!”

“Natalia was great with our boxer. She had so much fun playing with her Corgi and came home happy and tired (always a good sign!). Natalia sent lots of pictures and updates, which we really appreciated. It was clear our girl was well cared for and getting plenty of attention. Would absolutely recommend her and would definitely book again.”

“Addison was an amazing sitter for our Sunny boy! She was super responsive and kept us updated on how he was doing during his stay. It was clear from the start how caring she is, and Sunny seemed so happy and comfortable in her care. We would absolutely book with Addison again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and kind sitter.”

“Another wonderful stay at Debby’s! Our 1.5 year old poodle (Mookie) just returned from his second Rover stay with Debby. I enjoyed perfect peace of mind during my family’s 4 day trip thanks to all the updates, photos, and videos that she sends each day. I could see that he was eating, playing energetically with the other dogs (in her grassy fenced-in yard), napping on the cool floor on a hot day (just like he does at home), and cuddling up on the couch with Debby in the evenings. At pick up and drop off, it is clear that Mookie adores Debby, and that they have their own special connection. Debby’s genuine affection for her clients gives both Mookie and me a sense of peace and comfort while we are apart!”
