About: Hi there! I’m Heather, and I’m a cat lady. My cats have allowed me to join this app. They are used to me coming home smelling like other animals. GASP! I used to be extremely anxious when I would have to leave my cats overnight, when I traveled for work or was going on vacation. Then a few people recommended the Rover app to me, and I found an amazing cat sitter. I still miss my feline overlords when I am away now, but I don’t worry as much about how they are doing or what they are getting in to. I want to do the same for you. Go on your trip knowing that your best fur friends are in good hands! I have always had cats in my life, and I can’t imagine how dull my life would be without them. I am always looking to make new fur friends, so I would love to meet your pets. I currently have 3 cats of my own, but occasionally have more. They just seem to find me, and I never turn away an animal in need. I have also done some pet rescue work and help to maintain two feral cat colonies near my home. Have cats with medical needs? No problem! I am a registered nurse (for humans), and adopt cats who have been abandoned or surrendered because of medical issues. I believe every soul deserves love and to feel safe, despite what their medical issues might be. I have had cats with diabetes who needed insulin, kidney disease and needed sub-q IV fluids, kitty dementia, deafness, IBD, mega colon, FIV, hemophilia, and the worst of all…major catitude! I am comfortable giving medications, insulin, and whatever else your furry friend might need. I am also not afraid of “mean” kitties or “hissy” kitties. I just meet them where they are, and do my best to convince them that I just want to be friends. I am also comfortable administering medications/treatments to dogs, I just have more experience with cats. I work nightshift and have a different schedule every week, but I would (and have) go without sleep to make sure all the kitties in my care get what they need and have fun while their parents are away. I do have my own car and of course would take your cat to their veterinarian if the need ever arises.

About: I’ve had pets since childhood, and I’ve been responsible for my own pets for 10 years. I’ve also volunteered at an animal shelter with dogs and cats of all ages and tempers for 8 years. I’ve been pet sitting and dogwalking since childhood, and I absolutely love it! About: I worked for Petco for a little more than four years, worked at a dog resort for over a year, and have had my Shihtzu since she was a puppy (now 14), so I am experienced working with many types of dogs. Aside from walking your dog, if needed I am willing to do basic grooming such as baths and brushing (I can also clip nails if need be, but please let me know if your dog has problems with any of that). Other than medical treatments 3 days a week, I am available days and night. The treatments are in the early morning, so it'll be fine. Your pet will stay with me in my room to relax, eat/drink, or have playtime unless we're taking walks or going to the park to play.

About: Back in 2010 I began working at petsmart in their petshotel. It was my dream job and I loved every minute of it. I cared for the pets during the day. Fed and bathed them. I have two dogs of my own as well as two michevious cats. I currently work at a daycare during the week so I will have the weekends available. Anytime during the day is good. Just send me a message. About: I’ve been taking care of dogs since I was in diapers! Big dogs, little dogs, show dogs, service dogs, you name it! I will be your dog’s new (temporary) bestest friend.
