We were fortunate to find Astrid at the last minute. She was very accommodating when it came to meeting us/our dog quickly and thorough when it came to explaining the process and her expectations. We left our dog at her house; and she took very good care of him for the entire 12 days. My dog was a little sick at first, and she was very communicative in finding a solution to help him feel better. She contacted us every day with any necessary important information and sent pictures of our dog daily. We would use Astrid again............5/5!
He looked better and more handsome when I picked him up then when I dropped him off, I know he got the VIP five star service and I’m so grateful!!! Madina and her family are very pleasant, kind and welcoming . She is also very reliable and skilled sitter. She provided prompt and detailed updates. I had to leave Griffi for extended time and I was nervous my dog will not get along but after a couple of days of accommodation, my Griffi warmed up and settled in very well thanks to Madina. My dog was very happy and very well taken care of at end of stay. Will definitely book again when out of town!
Gal and family were great with our two large dogs. We used him for the first time and were a bit nervous. We decided to have a meet and greet prior to their 4 night stay and we were so glad we did. We left feeling very comfortable. Our dogs are large and are certainly a handful but Gal made them feel comfortable and was very communicative each day sending photos and updates. Kimberly was amazing! She took such wonderful care of Malibu, who can be very high energy. She was very quick to respond to my messages and sent plenty of photos and videos, which I really appreciated. I felt completely comfortable knowing he was in good hands.
