“Dolores is incredible — kind, genuine, and trust worthy. I dropped off my Aussie for a day so we could enjoy Knott's, and I am so glad I did. She sent me several updates with pictures of my pup having fun and enjoying her large yard. Her dog is a gentle giant and was so accommodating and kind to my dog. Her daughter was gentle and so sweet with my pup as well. Their home is clean and clearly very dog friendly, even with an extra guest room for their Rover guests to enjoy and dine in solo. She clearly understands dog behavior and cares for all animals dearly. I would absolutely book again and recommend for all dogs!”

About: I have two senior dogs in my own home, so I know the special care that is necessary for senior pets. I also have a one year old cat so I know the patience necessary to handle the burst of random energy at 3 am. I work at an Elementary school in the area as a special education teaching assistant. I work from 7:30 to 2:30. I’m available for walks from 3 to 7 and check in visits and overnights any night of the week. I have two dogs (fox terrier and mini golden doodle) and a cat. I have experience with all sorts of diets requirements. I feed my own pets raw and have taken care of pets with special food allergies. I don’t walk dogs after dark due to the high rise in coyote spotting lately in the neighborhood.

Sydney was super quick to reply to the original request, asked a great list of questions, offered a meet and greet visit if needed, and made it really easy to leave our pup with her. Throughout the day she sent us photos, have updates on walks, demeanor, and food times. Our dog is crate trained and we expected she’d have to spend some time in there but Sydney was home the full day. Thank you again - it’s hard dropping off your pet with a stranger and having someone be so pro makes it a lot easier to relax.”

About: As a family, we have been taking care of dogs and cats since our kids were young. Our own beagle, my child's cat, family and friends' dogs and cats have all become an important part of our lives. Our beloved beagle passed away last December. We really miss the constant presence of a fur baby in our now empty house. We welcome your fur babies into our house and will take great care of them like our own! We work from home and have time during the day to care for the needs of your pets. We will feed, play and walk your pets as instructed by the owners. We have a large backyard with high block walls around all sides to provide a completely isolated and safe play area. Large glass area for dogs to roam around and sunbathe. Doggie door is available for small to medium dogs to freely go into the house or out to the backyard if preferred.

“Last-minute booking due to the Garden Grove/Stanton evacuation, and I was so grateful to find Sara on Rover. She is amazing, caring, and super knowledgeable about dog behavior. My Snow is a shy girl, but with Sara she felt comfortable going on walks and car rides. Sara gave hourly updates and sent lots of pictures throughout the day. She is absolutely a gem, and I would definitely recommend her for dog daycare!”
