LOVE is a four legged word!
I’ve been around dogs since infancy, and every family dog has always become my dog. I spent over 25 years loving large breeds and said goodbye to my heart dog, Sasha, after 15½ years a few years ago. I’m experienced with senior care, including medications and injections, and I care for every dog as if they were my own. I’m located in Orange County, conveniently situated about 15 minutes from Disneyland and 10 minutes from Knott’s Berry Farm, with easy access to the 405, 605, and 91 freeways. Major cross streets near me are Lincoln Ave and Walker. I work remotely from home, which allows me to give pets plenty of attention and supervision throughout the day. While I do travel occasionally for work, I’m not in a position to commit to another forever pup just yet. That said, I truly believe a house isn’t a home without a pet—and while the timing isn’t right for a permanent addition, it’s perfect for welcoming part-time furry friends! My home is mostly carpeted, which is especially comfortable for larger dogs and senior pups who may struggle with or avoid tile or hardwood floors. Lastly, while I absolutely adore cats, my allergies don’t share the sentiment—so my home is best suited for dogs only.

Terese is our go to. Max loves her and with good reason. She is so loving and kind to him and he thoroughly enjoys his time away!
This is the second time Terese has watched our Pomeranian, Rosie, and once again we were extremely happy and grateful for the amazing care she provided for her. She sent us regular updates with pictures on how Rosie was doing. We could tell that Rosie was comfortable and felt at home with her. This gave us peace of mind so we could truly enjoy our time away!

Schedule
I work remotely from home so will have plenty of time to play with your puppy and take them for walks or simply let them be on their own if they wish in my yard to chase the squirrels.

I have a large, fully fenced yard where your fur baby can zoom, sniff, and stretch their legs to their heart’s content! There are also two large doggie doors, so indoor‑outdoor access is always on their schedule. I don’t have any pets at home and will only host multiple dogs if they’re from the same family. My Sasha was the queen of her castle and preferred it that way, so I keep things calm and cozy—making sure every pup here feels safe, spoiled, and right at home.

A typical day
I love getting in my daily steps and would be thrilled to take your fur baby out for a neighborhood walk. At home, I’m always up for a good game of fetch in the backyard—whether that means tossing the ball a few times or having a full‑on play session. Keeping pups happy, active, and having fun is my favorite part of the day!

I can welcome up to two dogs from the same family; just let me know if your pals have any food aggression and need to be fed separately. My home is carpeted, and while your dog will enjoy plenty of outdoor time, I can only accept housebroken dogs to help keep everyone comfortable and happy.
