Pet care experience

TLC♥️ Happy Pets, Happy Hearts

I have taken care of fur babies since I was in my 20s when I adopted my first cat (Irie) and then shortly after a dog (Chula) too. They were my first fur baby loves on this earth. I could sit and watch them play for hours because they became besties for life. They will be deeply missed but will always be my first fur baby loves.

Dolores is the saint of kittens. She really helped me out as a neighbor and trustworthy friend. She cared for my kitten as I would have. So much respect and love for Dolores and her family. She is the most caring and attentive. High praise

Dolores is the best care provider! She took more than great care for my kitten. She extended her availability for me because of evacuation orders, went and purchased food for my kitten, and gave her so much love. I cannot recommend her enough!

Dolores is incredible — kind, genuine, and trust worthy. I dropped off my Aussie for a day so we could enjoy Knott's, and I am so glad I did. She sent me several updates with pictures of my pup having fun and enjoying her large yard. Her dog is a gentle giant and was so accommodating and kind to my dog. Her daughter was gentle and so sweet with my pup as well. Their home is clean and clearly very dog friendly, even with an extra guest room for their Rover guests to enjoy and dine in solo. She clearly understands dog behavior and cares for all animals dearly. I would absolutely book again and recommend for all dogs!

Safety, trust & environment

I live in a home with a fenced in backyard with plenty of room to get energy out! My doggos staya indoors (we have central A/C) unless we are home then they will come outside and enjoy the backyard with us. We live in a calm neighborhood with 3 parks around us that the doggos love walking too and running off leash. I can also accomidate doggos who are crate training.

Pets

A typical day

Outdoor Playtime: If the dog enjoys being outdoors, I’d take them for walks, play fetch, or go to a nearby dog park (if allowed). Fresh air and exercise are important for keeping them happy and engaged. Interactive Games Indoors: For times when we need to stay inside, I'd play games like hide and seek with toys or treats, tug-of-war, or gentle wrestling. Puzzle toys or treat-dispensing toys can also provide mental stimulation. Training and Tricks: If the dog is up for it, I could work on basic commands or teach them new tricks. Dogs love mental challenges and the attention that comes with training sessions. Cuddle Time: For dogs that enjoy affection, I’d make sure to include cuddle sessions to help them feel relaxed and secure while their owners are away.
