House Sitting in Croton-on-Hudson

About: I have 3 cats and 2 mice, so I have a lot of experience taking care of cats and small animals. I love dogs and have pet-sat for my friends with small and medium size dogs I work a full time job Monday - Friday. I am available to do drop-ins before 7:30am or after 4:30 pm on weekdays. I am always available in the evenings or weekends. I will follow whatever guidelines the owner's give. Otherwise, my base care is to give dogs 2 walks a day and at least 30 minutes of playtime for both dogs and cats. Ensure the pets are fed and gone potty/clean litterboxes.

We would definitely ask Isabella to take care of our dog again.”

She had previously dog sat for our dogs and then we had her booked again, but then had some last minute big family changes and suddenly inherited 2 new dogs. With the big changes we had to switch around which dogs she watched for the week. She was extremely accommodating and understanding. Also, those dogs had been through some recent trauma and she worked so hard to build their trust and by the end of the week they were cuddling up and loving on her. It was clear the first time Melissa met them that they were going to be well-cared for. It was equally clear that our home was going to be in good hands. Communication with Melissa while we were away was easy, and she sent us periodic pictures of the pups that made us smile. We also returned later than expected (by hours, not days), and she generously stayed later to make sure the dogs weren't alone without being able to go out too long. Melissa is personable, responsible, patient, and easily managed our very different dogs. When we got home they were happy, healthy and our house was in great shape. Next time we go away and need a house sitter, we would be delighted if she is available again.”

About: I currently have a 9-month-old puppy who is pure 50 pounds of energy, so I'm comfortable walking dogs of any size and temperament. Plus, I've had to train him. I do not currently have a full-time job, so I take care of my dog most every day. I can happily do the same for your pet. I will socialize your pet, take your dog on walks, feed them, clean up after them, and whatever other services you may require of me.

About: I love spending time with dogs, training them and playing with them in a fun way offering them physical and mental exercise, giving them a lot of love and attention. My work has a flexible schedule so we can reach an agreement to be able to play with your pet, I also have the weekends free for more fun and care for them. How they feel more comfortable, I can take a walk with them, play indoors or play outdoors in the backyard, it all depends on the pet's training and what makes it happier.
