Nahomi was an amazing host to our Giant Schnauzer. In short, our big dog is needy and comes with instructions. Nahomi was more than accommodating and flexible to meet his needs and our changing schedule. And most importantly, our dog was getting great care and constant love while we were away. We are so appreciative when we have great Rover experiences like this one.

Doggy Day Care • Apr 19, 2026

We couldn’t be happier with the care Maple received from Nahomi! We needed to board our puppy for the full day, and Nahomi instantly made her feel so comfortable and happy that the goodbye was completely joyful. Nahomi was meticulous about her feeding, walks, and updating us throughout the day. We would happily use her again and would highly recommend her to anyone.

Nahomi was excellent! She kept me updated the entire time with just the right amount of communication, which gave me real peace of mind while I was away. She was incredibly caring and attentive, and it was clear my dog was in great hands from the minute we walked in the door. Her home was very clean, organized, and welcoming as well. Overall, she was a fantastic sitter, and I would absolutely book with her again.

Nahomie did an incredible job taking care of Lucy while we were away for a week! Nahomie is so warm and caring, a great communicator and her house is impeccably clean and in a quiet area close to a nearby park. She made sure that Lucy had her daily walks, meals, medicines and supplements right on schedule. We could tell that Lucy was so well taken care of and happy—we couldn’t have done a better job ourselves! Regular pictures and detailed check-ins about their daily adventures also helped us feel reassured that Lucy was having the best time possible. Would definitely recommend and bring Lucy back to Nahomie for sitting again!

Nahomi was very responsive, prompt, and professional. She communicated clearly and took great care of Kona. I felt completely at ease knowing Kona was in good hands. It’s clear she’s reliable and truly cares about the dogs she works with. Kona gives her 4 paws 🐾🐾! I would absolutely book with her again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a dependable dog walker. ❤️

As a helicopter pet mom, I couldn’t be happier with the genuine care and understanding that Nahomi exhibited during my “baby’s” test stay before his upcoming longer stay during the holiday. Highly recommend!

Schedule

Because I work from home, I’m able to provide consistent supervision throughout the day rather than leaving your dog alone for long stretches. I follow routines closely, including meals, medications, potty breaks, and rest, while maintaining a predictable environment that helps your dog settle quickly and feel secure.

Safety, trust & environment

Safety, structure, and clear communication guide everything I do. I provide a calm, clean, and well-supervised environment where your dog is closely monitored at all times and never left unattended.

A typical day

A typical day is built around your pet's natural rhythm. I begin with outdoor exercise and fresh air along the Hudson River, followed by simple enrichment to keep them mentally engaged. Throughout the day, I balance activity with rest and quiet time so your dog feels calm rather than overstimulated. Above all, I follow your dog’s usual routine so each day feels familiar, predictable, and secure.

Nahomi can host up to 1 pet per night
I’ll ask a few simple questions so I can follow your dog’s routine as closely as possible and help them settle in comfortably. This may include feeding times, medications or supplements, potty cues, crate details, commands they know, and any house rules. This allows me to provide care that feels familiar, predictable, and low-stress for your dog while you’re away.
