Katherine kept us updated throughout the day with messages and photos, which made it easy to relax while we were gone. The house was spotless when we got home, and both cats were clearly at ease. One especially sweet moment: our more reserved cat, who’s very affectionate with us but slow to warm up to new people, climbed into Katherine’s lap within the first hour. We did a meet and greet before booking he did not show signs of anxiousness; in fact he took to Joe immediately licking him on his face.
