About: I've cared for several senior dogs with medical issues, such as seizures, and assisted in the recovery of a torn CCL. I also have 20+ years administering medicine that were prescribed by vets. One of my all time special skills would be the advanced training in the art of cuddling and snuggling. I am self employed which allows me great flexibility for taking care of your fur babies. I'm available week days and weekends with advanced notice. I have a medium sized crate if need be depending on individual fur baby needs. Whenever dropping in on a pet I'm very respectful of their property and follow instructions well. Whether it's my home or yours I take great care in providing comfort to your fur baby and make sure to give all the love they deserve as if they were my own.

About: I have owned and taken care of many different animals throughout my entire life. Friends and neighbors regularly rely on me to take care of their animals while they are gone. I have taken animal science courses throughout all 4 years of my school where we learn about all kinds of animals including livestock and companion animals. In this class, we regularly go to peoples homes/farms and tend to their animals in many different ways such as vaccinating, trimming hooves/nails, properly restraining animals, feeding etc. I have experience taking care of elderly dogs in “doggy hospice” by regularly providing meds and shots, feeding, etc. as well as help raise newborn puppies. It is my goal as a pet owner to work hard and do lots of research in order to provide my pets with the best possible life, and I hope I can do the same for other peoples pets as well. About: I have over 8 years experience walking & watching dogs, including my own. I have experience walking larger / more willful dogs as well as small spicy pups. Currently, I am between FT jobs, and am mostly free during the weekday from ~9-5 or on every other weekend - but can sometimes be flexible! I want to understand any sensitivities your dog may have (e.g., how food-motivated they are, resource guarding, prey drive, etc.) as well as any triggers they may have, so I can make sure to handle them with the utmost care they deserve.

About: I have been taking great care of my son, maverick for 15 years. In addition, I have pet sit for my sisters and neighbors in recent years! I work from home so it fits perfectly! I can check in on your fur babies every few hours. I do not have a car so I am looking for local neighbors! I have an apartment with and indoor dog area on the rooftop floor. About: I've take care of dogs of since I was 13. My kids and me always take care of dogs from friends and neighbors. It is type of our hobby I am staying home during day time. My kids love to take care of dogs and we all love dogs. When kids go to school I am going to stay with dog at home. Walking neighborhood, dog walk. We have fully fenced back yard. We live in a 1 st floor rambler house. Hardfloor house type so its easy to clean if dog make mistake.

About: I’ve been a dog lover and owner for many years. I raised my beloved dog from my high school years until I turned 30. She lived a long and happy life and crossed the rainbow bridge at the age of 15. During her senior years, she suffered from a herniated disc, and for 3–4 years I did everything I could to help her and keep her comfortable. Caring for a senior dog taught me patience, compassion, and how much love our pets deserve. Because of my own experience, I truly understand how much dogs mean to their families and how important it is to have someone trustworthy and caring looking after them. I will treat your furry family member with the same love and attention I gave my own. I currently work full-time as a registered nurse three days a week. However, I work in an outpatient setting, so I’m not the kind of exhausted nurse who works in a hospital. On my days off, I live a pretty normal schedule, just like everyone else. I usually wake up around 8 or 9 a.m. and go to bed around 11 p.m. or midnight. On my days off, I enjoy spending quiet time at home and going for walks. I usually take an hour long walk around my neighborhood in the evenings or visit Bellevue Downtown Park for some fresh air and exercise. Because I enjoy being active and spending time outdoors, I would love to include your dog in my daily walks and make sure they get plenty of love, attention, and exercise while you’re away. I’ll send you photos and videos three times a day morning, afternoon, and evening with updates on how your dog is doing and what they’ve been up to throughout the day. I want you to feel reassured and connected even when you’re away from them. 🐾 Since losing my beloved dog, I haven’t been ready to have another dog of my own. Saying goodbye after so many years was incredibly difficult, and I still miss the joy of sharing everyday life with a furry companion. Even so, I truly look forward to spending time with dogs whenever I have the chance. Because I cherish every moment with them, I would never leave them feeling lonely or unattended for long periods. Whether we’re going for walks, playing, or simply relaxing together, your dog will receive plenty of love, attention, and companionship while in my care.

About: I’m a longtime cat parent and sitter with hands-on experience across 8+ cats — male and female, multiple breeds, including seniors. I currently live with two cats of my own, so daily care (feeding, litter, grooming, brushing teeth, nail trims) is second nature to me. I’ve sat for cats in a variety of situations, including a 2-month stay watching two cats together and regular visits with my sister’s cat. I’m comfortable administering medication, including oral pills and liquid meds for cats managing UTIs and allergies — I know how stressful meds can be for a cat and try to make it as low-stress as possible. I also have dog walking experience, having walked friends’ dogs multiple times, and I’m happy to take on regular walks or drop-ins. Whether it’s a quick check-in, a multi-week stay, or a pet with medical needs, I’ll treat your home and animals with the same care I give my own. I work full-time remote, which gives me a flexible schedule for check-ins, walks, and daily care throughout the day — not just mornings and evenings. For dog walking, I’m available weekdays after 12pm. For boarding, I take one cat at a time to keep things low-stress and manageable. New cats are set up in their own isolated bedroom first, so they have a quiet, controlled space to settle in. If the owner’s comfortable with it, I can also do a gradual, supervised introduction to my own cats — but only with the owner’s permission, and only once I’m confident both the visiting cat and my cats are relaxed with each other. If either side isn’t comfortable, the visiting cat simply stays in their own space for the full stay. Cats stay one at a time in a dedicated, isolated bedroom when they first arrive, so they have a quiet space to decompress before anything else happens. I use a calming diffuser and calming spray in the space to help ease the transition, plus plenty of treats to build comfort and trust. I keep a consistent routine matched to their normal schedule — feeding times, litter maintenance (scooped throughout the day), and playtime. Medications are worked into the same routine as feeding, so nothing gets missed. If the owner’s comfortable with it, I can do a slow, supervised introduction to my own two cats once the visiting cat seems settled — but only with permission, and only if both sides seem relaxed with it. If not, they simply have their own space for the whole stay.

About: Pets have been in my family since my early childhood. Now I've had 30+ years of being a pet mum - from stray dogs and cats to pets with a pedigree, and I am honored to have shared my life with all of them. Currently I am semi-retired, so I've got plenty of time to take care of your pets when you are busy. Besides potty breaks, I can provide full-scale walks in my neighborhood and/or bathing/cleaning, following your pet's medical prescription schedule if need be. Playing, napping, goofing around, meeting new friends, learning something new - anything that your pet would like to do while you are out. I do not have pets of my own right now, so yours will enjoy the whole place and my company. I live in an apartment in a very safe, quiet, clean, pet-friendly neighborhood. My place has screens on doors and windows, so I can easily control your pets' movements. I am familiar with various types of pet foods, routines and needs, so you do not have to worry about major shifts in your pets' everyday schedule while they are with me.

About: Hi! My name is Mackenna. I graduated from Washington State in 2021 and have been working in the senior living industry for the past 2 years. I am new to Rover but not new to caring for pets. I have been surrounded by animals my entire life and am a proud cat mom. I have professionally bred, handled, and groomed purebred dogs for the past decade. I have experience with cats and dogs of all breeds, sizes, needs, and histories. I love animals and want to do this work to make some money on the side, but also because animals bring me so much joy! My schedule is super flexible and I am available to provide frequent potty breaks, feeding, walking, and overnight stays. About: Hi! I joined a local organization called Purrfect Pals at 16 years old. It was a place dedicated to giving our feline friends a chance for or they provided a happy life for our feline friends where they could live out the rest of their days in peace. Old or young, healthy or sick, grumpy or happy. They all had a home at perfect pals! I strive to follow the same ideals and treat all furry friends as my own family. I grew up with dogs and cats and have spent my entire life around them. Often being called a Dog or Cat whisper (Though i always deny it!) Hi, Honestly it’s only three days out of the week that I need to limit the exact times that i can provide potty breaks. I work three 9s and two 6.5s, while having Thursday and Fridays off work. I often start early in the morning and am off work by early to mid afternoon, which provides plenty of time for our furry friends even on days I do work my other job! As long as i’m aware of the time frame I can be pretty dang flexible!
