She made sure all of my automatic machines were running properly, and when something wasn’t working, she proactively helped fix it. She also took the initiative to vacuum around the automatic litter box, where litter tends to scatter when Molly jumps out, which I really appreciated. Beyond the practical care, Ruolan genuinely spent time with Molly—playing with her and keeping her company. Molly looked healthy, energized, and clearly grew very fond of Ruolan during this time, which gave me great peace of mind while traveling. When I asked Ruolan to add one more visit on short notice, she agreed immediately without hesitation. Ruolan is responsible, thoughtful, and truly cares about the pets she looks after. About: I’ve taken care of dogs since I was kid, from smaller to larger dogs. I’ve also been around cats all my life and know the proper care and attention all animals need. I’ve given them medicine, walks and lots of love. I also used to work at a pet store and am very knowledgeable about diet and the type of environment each animal needs. The responsibilities I can do are monitoring food and water levels, cleaning cat litter and dog potties, playtime & cuddles, and just looking after the overall health of animals. I currently work from home, but I’m flexible with my hours, down below are the times I’m usually available. I’m available for drop in visits and dog walking Monday through Sunday, 7:00am to 10:00pm I’m available for housesitting Monday through Sunday. I do not currently accept pets in my own home, but I’m more than willing to go to yours and give them what they need. I care about the safety, comfort, and well-being of every pet in my care. Meihan was absolutely wonderful with Artemis. This was my first time using Rover, and she made the entire experience seamless from beginning to end. She communicated clearly, met with us beforehand, carefully followed our instructions, and sent thoughtful updates and pictures after every visit. Artemis can be shy and sometimes difficult about taking her medication, but Meihan was extremely patient and made sure she received every dose properly. She also noticed that Artemis wasn’t eating the food containing her kidney supplement and let me know so I could monitor it when I returned. She kept her food fresh, refilled her water, and even double-checked the key and door instructions to make sure Artemis was secure after the final visit. I felt completely confident that Artemis was safe and well cared for while I was away. I would absolutely book Meihan again and recommend her without hesitation!
Ms. Zheng is the best cat sitter I know. I was so lucky to find her on rover. I have two cats and one of them is 18+ senior. My senior cat has been having all kinds of accidents (vomiting due to food sensitivity; litterbox confusion etc. ) Also he needs insulin injection everyday. It really was not an easy sitting job. Ms. Zheng agreed to care for my cats immediately after knowing the condition and offered to learn and provide the injection to my senior cat, which I could not feel appropriated enough. I would strongly recommend Ms Zheng to anyone who is looking to a responsible sitter.
Shan is absolutely incredible! She looked after our three cats while we were away on vacation, and we could not have asked for a better sitter. She is extremely responsible, always on time, and completely proactive with all of her tasks. Her communication was fantastic throughout the entire stay, giving us total peace of mind. Not only did she care for our cats with so much love, but she also left our home clean and even help with the plants. We highly recommend Shan and will absolutely rebook her in a heartbeat!
She did great with cooper, he’s a naturally shy dog but Liliana was very good with him. She sent pictures every visit and kept me up to date always. I can tell she has a love for animals and I would definitely rely on her again to deliver quality service to my dog when I’m gone.
My dog was instantly friends with Christian when he came over for the meet and greet, my dog isn’t always that friendly with new people so that was a good sign. Overall was great and sent pictures of my dog for each drop in visit. Have him booked again for my next trip and recommend!
