“I loved that Jennifer and Josh had the desire and patience to observe Penny’s demeanor during the meet and greet. I also love that they have plenty of outdoor space and that this is their full-time job. We were so appreciative of their flexibility and understanding when our travel plans became completely derailed and had to extend Penny’s stay an extra two days. Although we were so frazzled and stressed on our end, Jenny and Josh were nothing but assuring and dependable throughout the entire experience, communicating thoroughly and giving great updates and feedback. “Molly usually goes to doggy daycare when I go out of town and staff says she seems sad and prefers to be alone. For at least a day after getting her home she won't eat and obsessively follows me around. This time she was happy and excited when I got there. She's eating fine, and has been contently sleeping. I think she enjoyed hanging out with people instead of a bunch of other dogs. I greatly appreciate Cecilia making Molly part of their family while I was out of town. In a few weeks she's staying with her again and it will be nice not to have to worry about whether she's having fun or not.”
