“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely outstanding experience with Joel & Crystal! I couldn’t have asked for better people to care for Murphy while I was away on a hunting trip in Wyoming! From start to finish, Crystal was incredibly responsive, thoughtful, and wonderful about keeping me updated. It gave me tremendous peace of mind knowing my boy was in such loving and capable hands. It’s one thing to find someone you trust to watch your dog, but it’s another to find people who genuinely treat him like one of their own. They even went above and beyond by giving Murphy a bonus bath! The best part? When I picked Murphy up, Crystal jokingly admitted she had considered not giving him back because they loved him so much! 😂 I told her I’ve heard that from just about every Rover sitter Murphy’s stayed with, but sorry, that’s my boy and he’s coming home with me! That pretty much says it all. Murphy clearly had a wonderful time, and I was able to enjoy my trip knowing he was happy, loved, and well cared for. Five stars aren’t enough! Joel and Crystal have earned my highest recommendation, and Murphy will absolutely be back! 🐾”

About: I have spent my life as a pet owner and I like to treat everyone's animals the way I would like mine to be treated. I have, at one time or another, owned dogs, cats, birds, fish, turtles, rabbits, snakes, rats, goats, horses, and chickens and am comfortable caring for many more. I know this site is mostly limited to dog and cat care, but I'm happy to pet sit anything. I am happy to care for pets either in my home or in yours and I'm very flexible regarding my schedule. Every day I care for my own household animals, and I'm more than capable of taking care of plenty more. My animals include 3 dogs of varying sizes, two cats, a parrot, and an aquatic turtle. Though I have plenty of experience with other animals as well. I'm happy to either host animals in my home or venture to pets in their own homes. I believe that my job in caring for a person's pets is to adhere to their wishes for their pets. I want to follow the expectations set for any individual animal. I love to lavish animals with love and affection, but that isn't the right approach for every animal and I need to respect the wishes of their humans within the scope of safety.

About: Experienced owner, foster, and sitter for dogs of all ages and needs. Ability to administer medication, go for walks and provide plenty of stimulation/play time. I am a self employed wedding photographer, with a very open weekday schedule. Most of my work days are on one weekend day a week, with a lot of flexible availability.
