Jennifer V.

“Jennifer was great at following my instructions with my pup and willing to navigate medication if and when needed, along with carrying my 15lb dog up and down the stairs due to a weak back. She listened and asked great clarifying questions. It was my first weekend having someone new watch my dog so I was a bit nervous and Jennifer was able to be trusted with my home and dog!”

Stone W.

“Stone crushed it! I'm a bit picky & precise about animal care - we have a robust, simple, full-bodied care routine - for a blind senior dog with separation anxiety, and a chill down-for-snuggles cat with TONS of indoor/outdoor procedure. Stone listened carefully, confirmed understanding, set boundaries around their availability and comfort with different things, and communicated just the right amount with a down-to-earth & secure vibe. A simple, elegant, smooth experience, even though we can be a dynamic household. Would def rebook, and fully recommend. <3”

Lydia M.

“Lydia was fantastic- great communication, pets & home were well cared for. She sent lots of cute pics and updates when we checked in. Highly recommend using her. She’s a gem!”

Alicia S.

“Alicia was very personal and responsible as a pet-sitter with our two dogs. Prior to the dates we needed her she came to our house to meet the dogs and learn their routine. We left on our road trip very early one morning so we did not see Alicia when she arrived and she was relieved by another pet-sitter at the end of her stay. As a result there was no face to face contact with us before or after the job. However, Alicia sent us photos and updates via text and we felt comfortable knowing the dogs were in good hands.”

Kristin T.

“Kristen sat for our dog, Willow, on fairly short notice. She was calm and warm toward Willow from the get-go. She sent us an update about once a day, with a picture or two. We appreciated her communication style (not too much, and not too little) so that we were assured all was well and could also focus on the event we attended. We came home to a clean and tidy house and a happy dog. We have already booked her for our next trip. She will be our go-to from now on. I highly recommend her!”

Sophia F.

“Sophia took great care of Artie. When we returned from our trip, our dog was as relaxed & happy as he is when we are home. Sophia left our home spotless & put clean sheets in the bed for us too.”

Jaimi W.

“I can't thank Jaimi and Chris enough. This was my first time using rover and I was pretty nervous as my dog is big and strong and can be reactive towards other dogs. We were also going out of state and I had never left my dog with strangers. They came prior to our trip and did a meet and greet with Rico. They listened to my instructions and asked questions. During our trip Jaimi stayed at our home and Chris came by to help with walks. They were communicative, sent pictures, and cuddled with my pup. I was able to relax and enjoy my vacation and didn't worry at all. I am hopeful Jaimi and Chris will be available next time we take a trip! Thank you again!!! Highly recommend!”

Anabelle M.

“Anabelle was a fantastic sitter for our rambunctious dog and made him feel at ease. She was very responsive and left the house spotless. Will book again!”

Sabrina K.

“Sabrina was a wonderful pet sitter for our 10 year old German Shepherd (Ruby). She was responsible, warm and friendly. We felt very comfortable leaving her alone in our house overnight. We would not hesitate to use Sabrina again.”

Isabelle D.

“Izzy was outstanding! Great communication every day of my trip, letting me know if the dogs were eating well, sending photos, asking good questions, and so on. I returned to a house that was tidy and clean. Highly recommend!”

Sam C.

“Sam helped us out in a pinch last-minute when we needed a sitter for the evening so we could go to a Fleet Foxes concert. He showed up early to meet the dogs and get familiar with house then kept us at ease by sending photos throughout the evening. Very respectful and responsible so we look forward to having him watch our dogs again!”

Olivia Y.

“Our first trip was really short but Olivia took good care of our dog and cat. Everyone was happy when we got home. We will have her back!”

Alexis S.

“Alexis was great. She took good care of our dog and she left our home cleaner than when we left it! She is quick to respond and checked in with us often. She was wonderful to work with. ?”

Josie W.
About: I've cared for large breed dogs since I was around eight years old and I have experience caring for special needs animals of all kinds. I am a full-time student at the University of Oregon, so my availability varies, depending on course load and the time of year. I will try to keep my Calander as up to date as possible. I'm a strong believer in the positive reinforcement approach to animal care and training. I think it is important to care for each animal as if they were my own, and I pride myself on the knowledge I've gained in animal care, specifically dog care. I am Canine First Aid and CPR certified, as well as experienced in medication administration, including diabetes management and in-home care plans. My experience is not limited to dogs and cats, as I also have 10 years of equine care expertise.

Addie F.

“This is the first time Addie sat for us, and on short notice due to our prior sitter’s emergency. When I got home the animals seemed to want to know where she was! She clearly loves pets. I appreciated the house being clean too. We will be using her all fall.”

Geny M.

“Geny took great care of our two senior dogs and was very accommodating of Black Jack's separation anxiety.”

Haleigh L.

“Haleigh did an amazing job taking care of our dog Zeus while we were on vacation. She quickly established a warm rapport with Zeus, and he clearly remembered her the second time they saw each other and was delighted to see her. She was completely dependable, reporting to us daily about his eating, walks, and play, and sending us photos and videos each day. She also took the initiative to report to us that he was scratching his ears a lot, and followed our suggestions regarding allergy meds he could take. She also bathed him before we returned, washed our sheets, and left the house tidy. I would love to hire her again to take care of Zeus any time!”

Erin F.
“Dear Pet Owners, I am writing to tell you about Erin's exceptional pet-sitting skills. Erin took care of our two dogs, and Joey, a jenday conure who has a habit of biting fingers. Erin was responsible and loving towards our pets. She took notes of their needs and schedules and took care of them exactly as requested. In addition, Erin made sure that each pets received the attention and fun engagement that they needed. She created a strong bond of trust and affection. Erin spent time teaching Joey, our conure, some new tricks and providing enrichment activities that gave our bird an opportunity to exert his playful instincts. He now loves dancing to a small drum. The patience and care she showed in handling shy Rex and boisterous Lovey, were amazing, earning their trust and joyful compliance. Erin's kind-hearted nature is particularly evident in how she approached our pets, and after the first visit, they were so excited they are to see her again. I can highly recommend Erin as a pet-sitter. She went above and beyond her duties, making sure that our furry and feathered friends received all the love and attention they needed.”

Emma C.
“Emma is a wonderful, conscientious & trustworthy pet sitter & walker. Our dogs are always so excited to see her & I feel completely at ease when she is watching them. I’m so grateful to have her watch over our fur babies. I can thoroughly enjoy when I am away knowing they are being so well cared for.”

Joshua D.

“Willow had the best time playing with friends at Josh’s house and she was clearly well loved. She’s a BUSY puppy and they seemed unfazed by her energy. Thank you so much!”
