I've always grown up around animals, so caring for them has just always been a part of my life. I honestly can't remember a time when we didn't have dogs at home, and over the years I've also helped friends, neighbors, and family members care for their pets whenever they were out of town or needed an extra hand. Being around animals has always been something I genuinely enjoy, and I love getting to know each pet's unique personality. Some are full of energy and always ready to play, while others are happiest going for a walk or curling up next to you, and I enjoy spending time with all of them. I'm currently in graduate school to become an elementary teacher, and I think that says a lot about the kind of person I am. Patience, kindness, responsibility, and building trust are things that are really important to me, and I bring those same qualities when I'm caring for someone's pet. I know every animal has their own routine, preferences, and little quirks, so I always take the time to learn what helps them feel comfortable. More than anything, I want your pet to feel safe, loved, and well cared for while you're away. I'll treat them like they're my own, stick to the routine you know works best for them, and make sure you stay updated with plenty of pictures and messages along the way!
