“Avery did a great job all around. She helped us with our two dogs while we were away on a work trip. She was great with the dogs, kept us updated and was responsive if we had any questions. We absolutely recommend her if you need help.”

“I cannot recommend Kayla enough! This was my second time booking her, and she took amazing care of my two cats for more than a week. Her detailed updates gave me peace of mind while I was away. She was quick to respond to any questions and was very helpful, making everything easy and stressfree. Her dedication and kindness truly showed, especially when she earned the trust of my shy cat, who usually hides from everyone. It was heartwarming to see my cat come out of her shell and feel comfortable around Kayla. If you're looking for a reliable and caring pet sitter, Kayla is the best choice! I will definitely continue to book her for my future trips.”

“This is our second time using Susan when we went out of town and she did a phenomenal job taking care of our fur kids!! She is great about sending photos, keeping me updated, and even doing extra things like bringing in packages to make sure our home was taken care of while we were not there! Thank you for taking good care of my babies!!!”

“Christel did an amazing job caring for our dogs while we were out of town. She communicated well after each visit and showed the dogs lots of love and care. We highly recommend Christel and hope to have her care for the dogs again in the future.”

About: I have over 10 years of experience with taking care of pets! I’m experienced in pet sitting, housesitting, and everything in-between! I’ve taken care of pets of all ages, from puppies and kittens to seniors. I’m currently working part-time so I am able to be with your pet almost all day, keeping them company while you’re gone! I would also be able to give frequent walks and potty breaks, if needed. If your pet enjoys walks, I would love to take them on an adventure, and if not, I love relaxing at home too! I have experience with crate-trained dogs as well, if needed. My number one priority is making sure your pet is safe and relaxed while you’re away.

“Unity was wonderful and gave us updates and pictures with every visit. We even had a little ant problem and Unity took care of it for us. It really shows that Unity loves animals and they love her.”

“Susan is an excellent cat sitter! She took great care of our cat during home visits, followed all instructions, and kept us updated with photos. Very reliable and caring. Highly recommend and would book again through Rover.”

“Meghan was so great -- I cannot recommend her enough! My dog Koda is very anxious when meeting new people, but Meghan's kindness and patience really won him over. I would highly recommend her to anyone and plan on booking her again soon!”

“Lizette did a great job doing drop in care for my cat. She gave me lots of updates and pictures of him. I could tell he was having fun with her!! I will definitely use her again and recommend her :)”

“Irene provided excellent care to London when I had an extra long day at the office. I could tell from the photos she sent that London had a great time during her visit. Thank you so much! I will gladly book Irene again.”

About: I’ve always been the neighborhood pet-sitter for one major reason: I care deeply about animals. Since I was young I’ve taken care of dogs of all shapes, sizes, and temperaments and I’ve always been hired again because the owners can see how much time, effort, and love I give to their babies. Basically, if your dog is scared of being alone, I can sit there reading with them. If your dog is energetic, I know a great park/dog-park! And finally, if you want to feel comfortable knowing your dog is safe and loved, I’ll be there and I can send pictures to prove it! Right now my schedule is very flexible so, I should not have too much difficulty fitting my daily tasks and the pet’s routine into my day. I take care of animals mostly in my client’s home so, I will care for them as instructed by the owners. People have different rules for their houses and animals so it’s best to listen to what they have to say on the matter.

About: I’ve always lived with cats and dogs, so taking care of pets has and always is a part of my everyday life! I have assisted senior animals who needed help to be fed/ medicated/ etc., so no pet is “too much” to petsit regardless of their needs/ medications/ diets/ etc.! I am here to help you and I promise to treat your pet as my own! I am currently back home in ALPHARETTA, GA! Idk how to change my location from Athens but if you’re wondering why it is set there, it is because I recently graduated from the University of Georgia and I used to provide services in the Classic City! Now that I am back home, I am accepting new clients as I start my post grad journey☺️ I am super active, organized, and have so much free time on my hands that could be utilized to help out my community! Pet care doesn’t just “fit” into my routine, it has and always will be apart of it! As I mentioned before, I currently have my two cats with me, and they are apart of my daily routine 24 hours a day! Take care of your pet is no different! I am happy to answer any questions you have about my schedule and I promise to always communicate when I am available and at what times I am! Regardless of if it is my home, or yours, I treat every pet as if they are my own! Animals brings so much joy into peoples lives, and I am so excited to meet your furry friend and get to know their personality, show them affection, and take them for walks! Especially since we are blooming into spring, now is the perfect time for me to have a companion join me on my long walks in the sun OR join your pet at their home and play with them! If there is ever a situation where I am unsure, I do not hesitate to reach out and ask questions to you because open communication is KEY when delivering quality service to you and your pet(s)! At home home- I typically throw the ball to my labs, until they let me know they had enough! Then I bring them inside to get some water and maybeeeee a treat if they were being good! More often than not BOTH my cats and dogs pull on my heart strings so even though the dogs are not allowed on the best… as you can see in my photos, I cannot resist a sweet cuddle! Same for my cats, they are always napping in my room and cuddling with each other!

About: Animals have been a part of my family my entire life. I’ve had pets of all kinds, including senior animals, kittens, and physically disabled cats. Knowing how to care for animals of all kinds and needs has come naturally to me, and I additionally have a few animal/veterinary science classes under my belt from my time in high school FFA. I’m currently saving up for grad school (music major 🎶) and looking to have fun with animals along the way! I work remotely and on my own schedule so am very flexible for scheduling throughout the day. Occasionally I travel for music work but know these dates well in advance. Having worked in two pet boarding facilities, I know how to handle reactive or shy dogs both on walks and in the house, and will put safety first, for both the animals and myself.

About: I've had dogs my entire life and have been a proud cat owner for the past year and a half, so caring for animals has always been a big part of who I am. What sets me apart is the genuine love, patience, and attention I give every pet. I know that every animal has their own personality, routine, and comfort level, and I take the time to get to know them so they feel safe, happy, and loved while you're away. I'm reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to keeping you updated with photos and messages, so you can have peace of mind. Whether your pet loves long walks, playtime, cuddles, or simply having a calm companion, I'm happy to provide the care they need. I treat every pet as if they were my own. I work full-time, but I make pet care a priority! I'm available before and after work, can stop by during my lunch break for visits or walks when needed, and have much more flexibility on weekends. I'll always do my best to accommodate your pet's schedule and keep their routine consistent. Whether I'm caring for pets in my home or yours, my goal is to keep them comfortable by maintaining their normal routine as closely as possible. I make sure pets are fed on schedule, always have fresh water, and have a clean, safe environment. For cats, I keep litter boxes clean and tidy, and I understand how important a clean space is for their comfort and well-being. I treat every pet with the same love, patience, and attention that I give my own.

“Hayley was wonderful! She made everything so easy and had great communication. Madonna (our Cat) loved her visits and bonded with Hayley immediately. Would definitely recommend Hayley and will book with her again.”

I have 4 cats with one being diabetic and on medication that needs to be administered at about the same time each day. Avery made sure he got his meds on time and also kept up with all the litter box cleanings and food/water for the other cats as well. I would definitely book her again.

As always, Maggie was amazing while we were away. She is a gem! She kept us posted every check-in and kept our minds at ease while we were a state away. My extra shy cat, Reach, even came out for treats, pets and the brush :) This is the third time she has watched our kitties and she is THE BEST! I am always so relieved when she accepts our request for pet sitting! She takes great care of our babies!

Nikki was absolutely the best possible choice. She was attentive to my pets, sent pictures during every visit, and I came home to find my pets well-cared for, fed, watered, and happy. I recommend Nikki without reservations. She is a trusted pet-sitter, and I will absolutely be using her again for my future trips.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your cat, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
