About: *NOW OFFERING DOG TRAINING* Ask us for more details! "Married and Devoted to Pet Care" Lindsey: "I'm a self-taught amateur dog agility trainer for my own Australian Shepherd and now fully qualified for dog training (See certificate in images). I've always been involved with caring for the pets of owners: family friends, work colleagues, neighbors, etc. It's not only a great opportunity for other pet owners who need someone dedicated and available to care for their babies, but it's equally as great an opportunity to give my baby someone to play with." Grant: "I am a passionate pet care provider deeply rooted in my love for animals. Growing up surrounded by dogs, cats, fish, guinea pigs, horses and birds, I learned the importance of individualized care. This upbringing instilled in me patience, observation, and a genuine appreciation for each pet's unique needs and personalities. "Two Hearts, One Pet-Caring Mission" Our mission is to offer pet owners peace of mind and transparency, knowing their pets are in loving and capable hands. We take pride in creating safe, comfortable, and enjoyable environments for all pets in our care. With a strong sense of responsibility, transparency and empathy, we're committed to providing exceptional care, honoring the special bond between pets and their owners. "Hands-On, Hearts-In: Our Pet Care Commitment" We are both very active. For our own dog, we provide daily walks up to 2 hours per day and are fully capable of meeting the physical demands for any size dog. We also provide different enriching games during feeding times to keep their minds busy. In our past experience, we have found these activities to absolutely critical, especially for those pets that suffer from some form of separation anxiety. Not convinced? Schedule a Meet 'n' Greet to learn more about us! Our current schedule allows for: - Full-time care during weekends. - Part-time care during weekdays (with full-time care during the weekday evenings). - Lunchtime visits as needed for an extra fee. (Pending service radius check) Special arrangements can be made during our mandatory Meet n Greet sessions. Your pet's safety and well-being are our top priorities, and we'll do everything in our power to provide a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for them. All needs will be discussed in a mandatory Meet n Greet. Familiarity: we strive to maintain a familiar environment for your pet to reduce stress. We'll stick to their routine, feeding schedule, and also ensure their favorite spots are kept tidy (or messy depending if that's how they like it!). Safety: Upon first arriving to your home, we conduct a thorough sweep of the house to ensure there are no hazards within your home. We keep harmful substances out of reach, pantry's closed and secure any potentially dangerous areas. When walking, pets are always kept on a leash - no exceptions. We avoid all other animals where possible and routinely check on them if they are in another room. Cleanliness: We make sure to leave your home in the same clean condition we found it or even better. This includes cleaning up after your pet and any messes they may make. Bed sheets and other laundry will be removed and left in a pile for your convenience. Security: I'll take measures to secure your home properly, such as ensuring gates and doors are locked at all times, and your pet's enclosure is secure when not supervised. I have a 'closed door' policy when house sitting, unless previously discussed, all visitors will be turned away. This includes people claiming to be family or friends. I must have notice of a visitor and their purpose of the visit - including contractors or visitors to your yard (Pest control) Welfare: Your pets health and welfare are my top priority. I closely monitor behavior's of the pets to ensure I pick-up on any unusual change in eating habits, stool or mental wellbeing. This includes keeping their mind and body active through many different means. Playing, cuddles, stroking, mental stimulating games, walks and yard time are a few tools. All needs will be discussed in a mandatory Meet n Greet.

“Elizabeth was wonderful. This was her first time dropping in to take care of our dogs. She was very communicative, prompt and so friendly. We will absolutely request her again in the future!”

About: Whether you need assistance with walking, drop-ins, or at-home care- I am excited for it all! I have been around animals my whole life growing up on a farm, and have great love for our furry (and not so furry) best friends. I am comfortable administering medications and am happy to transport pets in an emergency or if we are going on a “field trip”. In my heart, the bigger the pup the better, but I enjoy all dogs’ company and have had them ranging from chi-mixes up thru GWPs. With cats, I am experienced in assisting with kitting, and have bottle-fed orphaned kits. I currently have a dog who is cat, dog, and miscellaneous pet-friendly, and he has assisted me in caring for a number of dogs and cats. If you would prefer I not bring him to your home, let’s talk about it and see if I can still meet your pet care needs! I work part-time as a mobile pet groomer, so I have plenty of time to drop in throughout the day to spend time with your pets or take them on a walk. Irregardless of service booked, I am happy to communicate with you as much or as little as you would like about how things are going (bathroom descriptors/ images, eating details, behavior/stress responses, etc) and will take plenty of photos to send you! My camera roll is already 90% animals, so what is a few (hundred) more pictures 😆 Service Specific: Pet Sitting (in your home): If you would like me to stay at your home with your pet, I will clarify that I have a dog of my own who is extremely well behaved and has sat all of my cat and dog clients with me. I never leave pets unattended/ unsupervised together, and for times when I leave your home, I will crate or take my dog with me to ensure pet safety, though there is zero history of aggression. Pet Sitting (in my home): Currently not offering Drop Ins: For drop in visits, I am happy to bring or leave my dog- if your pet enjoys playing with other dogs and they pass the friendship-vibe check, then I am totally in support of having a drop in be a play date. Otherwise, I can spend whatever your requested amount of time is petting, brushing, feeding, walking, or cuddling with your pet- whatever you think they need or that they tell me! Walks: If your pet is dog-friendly, the more the merrier! I am comfortable walking up to 3 dogs at a time, and have often taken clients on walks with my dog. Walks specifics are highly dependent on your cat/dog’s needs and I am happy to discuss what you want, be it a minimum distance or time!

“My cat, Serena, loves Tamara (don't think she missed me when I was away)! Really appreciate the pictures & daily updates--it gives me peace of mind to know Serena's in good hands. Tamara not only provides fresh food/water, but also plenty of TLC! She is considerate, responsive, & has a flexible schedule. I am happy to recommend Tamara to others!”

“While I was recovering from back surgery, I had Sydney do three drop-in visits a day for a week's time. I can be particular about how I want things done for my dog Daisy, & she did great!! She was punctual, & communicative if she was running even less than 5 mins late. That only happened twice (with each time less than 5 mins late), & it was totally out of her control when it did. I was so appreciative for her communication when it did happen. Daisy loved Sydney, & so did my family! Since my back surgery wouldn't allow me bend down to get her food & water bowls off the floor, she would give her fresh water & feed her twice a day. Daisy takes Thyroid pills twice a day & Sydney followed the instructions & administered those pills as instructed. The weather turned cold & rainy during Sydney's visits & walked Daisy the same routes even during the bad weather. Daisy wears a GPS collar so I can see everywhere she goes. Sydney was great about filling out the Rover app with what Daisy did during each walk (if she pooped, peed, & when water & food was given), so I could check to see how Daisy did. Sydney earned mine & my family's trust, & we will definitely be using her again in the future! Like I said earlier, I highly recommend her!”

Crabapple cat parents share their Rover experiences
Avery is wonderful! We were gone for 16 days and she showed up on time every day to give our senior cat (Squeaks) her medication while also feeding and changing her kitty litter. This is important since she takes her meds once a day and needs to have it on a consistent schedule. She gave thoughtful updates and lots of pictures to show Squeaks was getting plenty of attention and love while we were away.

As always, Maggie was amazing while we were away. She is a gem! She kept us posted every check-in and kept our minds at ease while we were a state away. My extra shy cat, Reach, even came out for treats, pets and the brush :) This is the third time she has watched our kitties and she is THE BEST! I am always so relieved when she accepts our request for pet sitting! She takes great care of our babies!

Nikki was absolutely the best possible choice. She was attentive to my pets, sent pictures during every visit, and I came home to find my pets well-cared for, fed, watered, and happy. I recommend Nikki without reservations. She is a trusted pet-sitter, and I will absolutely be using her again for my future trips.
