Especially since we are blooming into spring, now is the perfect time for me to have a companion join me on my long walks in the sun OR join your pet at their home and play with them! If there is ever a situation where I am unsure, I do not hesitate to reach out and ask questions to you because open communication is KEY when delivering quality service to you and your pet(s)! At home home- I typically throw the ball to my labs, until they let me know they had enough! Then I bring them inside to get some water and maybeeeee a treat if they were being good! More often than not BOTH my cats and dogs pull on my heart strings so even though the dogs are not allowed on the best… as you can see in my photos, I cannot resist a sweet cuddle! Same for my cats, they are always napping in my room and cuddling with each other!
About: I am a first grade teacher from 7-4, but I am lucky to have some time in my day to be there for your furry friend when you may not be able to! I grew up with two small pups, and I have a 2 year old of my own :) I was able to foster a handful of dogs while I attended Auburn University to help them find their Furever home! Feel free to message me if you’re in need of someone to care for your fur baby :) I currently work as a first grade teacher in the l, so I am not available until 4 p.m. during the school year, but once summers roll around, I will be available all day M-F! I am happy to play with your pup inside, outside, or on a walk. I am comfortable walking dogs on leash, and I will always make sure your pups water bowl is filled before I leave! About: I’ve been a lifelong dog lover who recently said goodbye to my beloved terrier mix after raising him from puppyhood through his senior years. I’ve volunteered at shelters, pet sat for friends and family, and am comfortable administering medications. My husband and I are raising the next generation of dog lovers — our 4-year-old is learning how to be a responsible pet owner and loves helping teach dogs basic obedience and tricks. We know what dogs need because we genuinely live it. We are flexible to your dog's needs (I can take them for a run, or snuggle them on the couch), and we're comfortable with adult dogs and seniors, we are attuned to their unique needs. We are excited to welcome your pup to their home away from home. I work from home during the week and we enjoy weekends at home with our kids. So your pup will always have a human nearby. We live 10 minutes from a park and are happy to have your dog join us on our weekend strolls to the park. We build pet care naturally into our daily routine. Weekdays and weekends both work well for me. Your dog will be safe in our fully fenced backyard, complete with sunny spots, shady patches, and soft grass. My remote work situation means I can keep a close eye on all my charges and means they will have limited alone time. I’m experienced with seniors, medications, crating if needed, and keeping dogs happy and comfortable. We have two young children (4 and 1) and enforce respectful boundaries for both children and pups—but we ask our four-legged guests to be kid friendly.
