About: I have a love for both dogs and cats. I have far more experience with cats since I’ve always had a cat growing up and to this day. I know exactly what to do for cats and what they need. For dogs, I’ll just need a checklist / reminder of what you need me to do and I’ll do it! I will play, feed, and take your dog out when needed! Pet care fits into my daily routine as my first priority. As soon as I’m awake I’ll take care of myself then be on my way to attend your animals and their needs. Just let me know their needs and I will do all that I’m told. Seeing animals throughout my day automatically makes it a good day! I care my own cat by making sure she has food/water and playing with her throughout the day everyday. I make sure her litter box is taken care of as well. I plan to do the same for your animals. I love playing with cats and dogs both and I have a soft heart for animals 🩵.

About: I've never not had a pet. I've had dogs, cats, rabbits, gerbils, hamsters, mice, chickens, turtles, ducks, snakes, and hermit crabs. I'll make sure your pet is happy, healthy, and loved. I love all animals. I have a flexible schedule based upon the needs of my furry clients. I am trying to build my business to full-time pet sitting. I can watch your pet once or on a regular basis. I am willing to care for your pet in your home. I currently have a dog that is unpredictable around other animals, and I will not bring pets around her until I can ensure their safety.

About: Ive always been drawn to animals, they’re better than humans lol. As a tot, I’d make it my mission to befriend as many kitties and pups as possible, this led to long-term house sits for my friends + family, and building a bond with said animal. I’ve been caring for pups my entire life as I grew up with them. I’d be honored to pet sit your fur babies! As of right now; I attend trade school in the mornings and work part-time nights. Given that I work only three hours per night and classes end before 1pm. That gives me plenty of time to stay for a couple hours or even check in multiple times throughout the day! I like to do everything on a schedule; Feed, nice stroll/restroom break, play for at least 30 minutes then, hopefully tucker out the pup and repeat! It’s imperative that you’re attentive to your animal as they have needs too and cannot speak. They also don’t have entertainment like we do that’s when I make sure to keep busy with them. I also like to send pictures as little updates so you can keep an eye on your fur baby. (if you’d like of course)

I was very nervous to use the Rover app for the first time but a had a wonderful experience with this. My dog has diabetes and needs a pee break every three hours. An unexpected situation came up and I decided to try this service. He was wonderful and even sent me pictures to insure me that Noah was fine on his visit. Will definitely use again!

About: I provide dog sitting in your home as well as dog walking services. I have several years experience working with animals and house sitting for friends and families with pets. I love animals and always give them the attention and care that they need. This includes reaching the standards of owners expectations. Organization of food, leashes, time management, play time, potty breaks and more. Meeting standards for cleanliness. Caring for each pet differently and fully understanding their needs and routines. Clear communication is number one for me in order to help the best way I possibly can and to give your animals the care they need. I am currently working part time so I will have plenty of time to care for your pets and give them all the love and attention they will need while you are away. I always make sure to pay attention to your pets behavior and stick closest to their normal routines. In this way if any issues we’re to come up I would know how to help. I also like to give them a balanced day of exercise, food, play time and attention.

About: I’ve taken care of my family and friends pets since I was 15 years old. Cats and Dogs of all sizes. I love spending time with animals and I’d love to help take care of your furry loved ones! I have a very flexible schedule! I work part time as a Doordasher, so I will be able to schedule my dashes around clients needs! Im unable to care for pets in my home. My living situation doesn’t allow it, but when I’m at clients home I learn how they care for their pets and I enjoy getting acquainted with pets and understanding their personalities.

About: I won’t lie and say I’ve professionally taken care of dogs for 15 years—but I’ve taken care of dogs ever since elementary school, in my own household and in others’. I know what to look out for to prevent a dog from getting into trouble. I’ve dealt with just about all kinds of messes. And I can handle any size of dog. My main job is part-time contract work, so there are a lot of monetary and time gaps that need filled. That said, my routine allows a lot of room for pet sitting! Every dog is different, so I take that approach with each pet I look after. I follow owner’s instructions, and if I have any questions I am not afraid to ask for clarification—the dog’s/owner’s needs come first. I love giving dogs the attention they deserve (which is usually a lot), and am great at playing.

About: Growing up with dogs as a part of the family I have taken care of them my whole life. When I was 15 my family brought home a new puppy and I didn’t have a summer job, so she was my responsibility. Over the years I have taken care of dogs of all ages from energetic puppies to senior pups that need a little more love and understanding. I have administered medications and eye drops with ease and few trick up my sleeves. I enjoy having training sessions with the dogs and even teaching them a new trick while their family is away. This helps give them something to focus on and encourages bonding between us. I would be honored to take care of your furry family member while you’re away. I'm currently have a hybrid work schedule and would love to help out your family while I have the time. While in my current status I can do more walks, potty breaks as needed. Potty break is the first and foremost needed when I arrive at a client's home. Then a walk, a little time for some training and a little bit of play as well. It's just as important they have some mental stimulation.

About: Hi! I am Molly and I have 4 dogs, which are all very playful and friendly. I would love to take care of your animals and play with them. I am a junior in college with a lot of free time that i would love to spend time with your pets. I would do anything to make sure they are happy and have what they need to be happy. I am free to any age, size, or kind of pet you have and can adjust to anything they need or to do to keep them safe and healthy. I have had many experiences with pet sitting, and house sitting so I am responsible and you can count on me. Pet care is a central part of my daily and weekly routine, and I plan my schedule around their needs. Each day, I make time for feeding, walks, playtime, and any necessary grooming or medication. I prioritize their routines to ensure consistency and comfort, whether it’s morning walks, afternoon play sessions, or evening cuddles. If I’m caring for pets in a client’s home, I adjust my schedule to be there when needed and provide updates to the owners. Pet care is more than just a task—it’s something I genuinely enjoy and make time for in my life. When I care for pets, I focus on keeping them safe, comfortable, and happy. At my home, I make sure the space is pet-proof, follow their usual routines, and give them plenty of attention and care. In a client’s home, I respect their space and stick to the owner’s instructions for feeding, exercise, and any special needs. My goal is to make pets feel loved and secure while giving their owners peace of mind.

Abigail did an outstanding job during her drop-in visit with our two pups. Since it was her first time caring for them, we especially appreciated how punctual, communicative, and attentive she was. She spent quality time with them, made sure they got some exercise, and ensured they took care of their potty break. It was clear she genuinely cared about their well-being. We were very pleased with her service and will definitely be using her again in the future. Highly recommended!

Taylor was so great with my Cleo! She was available on short notice and was willing to meet us prior to going away for a few days. I was really worried how Cleo would react, he is an older dog and protective, but she handled him so very well! Thank so much Taylor! I will be reaching out again!

Tip: You can discuss your specific arrangements with a pet sitter on Rover to what fits you, your pet, and your sitter’s needs. To find what their special skills are, look at the "Skills" and "Pet care experience" sections on their profile.

Key handling is entirely up to you and your sitter to agree on during the Meet & Greet or in the Rover app. Most pet parents in Copley choose to hand over a spare key or digital fob in person, while others arrange a lockbox or unique access code. Don't forget to discuss key returns as well!

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.

While Rover doesn’t offer traditional subscription services, some sitters offer recurring bookings for services like home visits and dog walking. Recurring services come with their own perks, such as flexibility to modify services (up to five weeks in advance), automatic billing, Rover Card updates, and same-day cancellations.

To find sitters in Copley with recurring or weekly availability, select "Repeat Weekly" and which days you’d like them to care for your pet.

  • 99% can help with giving oral medications or injections
  • 97% can help with daily exercise

You can also find pet sitters on Rover who accept only one pet at a time, which is ideal for anxious puppies, kittens, or senior pets who move at a gentler pace. Some sitters will also list availability for 24/7 care, also known as constant care, in their profiles.

Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.

Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.

Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.

If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
