About: I’ve been taking care of animals ever since I can remember. Started with having my own pets as a child and raising orphan wildlife, then moving on to a carrier in veterinary. I’ve been working as licensed veterinary technician since 2009 and going strong. I still work part time at a clinic but spending more time at home now to raise my family. I am very comfortable with medical needs, including injections, and hold a special place in my heart for the elderly pets. I do still work part time at a vet clinic, but half days so your kiddos wouldn’t be going long periods without potty breaks and attention. I have a large fenced in yard that has direct access from the walkout basement where boarding pets stay. Your kiddo will be treated as one of the family, playing out in the yard and a lot of Netflix and chill on the couch. While I do have 2 dogs of my own, they will be kept separated from any boarding pets. We are surrounded by woods and wildlife so rabies vaccine and flea/tick prevention is a requirement to stay in our home.
About: I won’t lie and say I’ve professionally taken care of dogs for 15 years—but I’ve taken care of dogs ever since elementary school, in my own household and in others’. I know what to look out for to prevent a dog from getting into trouble. I’ve dealt with just about all kinds of messes. And I can handle any size of dog. My main job is part-time contract work, so there are a lot of monetary and time gaps that need filled. That said, my routine allows a lot of room for pet sitting! Every dog is different, so I take that approach with each pet I look after. I follow owner’s instructions, and if I have any questions I am not afraid to ask for clarification—the dog’s/owner’s needs come first. I love giving dogs the attention they deserve (which is usually a lot), and am great at playing.

About: Since I was young, I’ve always had a pet. After college I finally got a pet of my own and they’ve just multiplied over the years! Dogs are my specialty - I’ve taken care of dogs belonging to friends and family & I’ve trained both of my dogs since they were puppies. About: All K9 Solutions is fully insured and licensed here in Akron OH. I've been training dogs for 6 years and professionally for 4 years. After I worked for reputable training companies, one here in Akron area as the head trainer, I decided to open my own company called All K9 Solutions. I grew up with dogs, and have experience with cattle, sheep, goats, pigs, horses, chickens, and ducks as I used to manage a farm as well. I personally network all over the US with other dog trainers. One of my recent travels has been to Kansas to help host a working dog workshop with a few small departments. I have two Belgian malinois who I strive for their needs to be met daily. From mental stimulation to physical stimulation while giving them a “job”. My youngest is 3 years old and does many sports (PSA, AKC sports, and has been dabbling in odor work), and my oldest is 10, he’s a retired military explosives K9 who served on the boarder of Jordan up until 7 years old. Both the sweetest dogs you’ll ever meet. All of my dogs have off leash obedience training that is kept up with. I have a background in dog training, boarding, and daycare; from puppies all the way to seniors. I strive for knowledge with dogs as there’s always new information to learn and dogs aren’t cookie cutter. I’m also an STSK9 MVP student for advanced obedience. I’m very passionate about teaching others about dogs from genetics and breeds to how their psychology works. My business hours run from 7am-10pm. My availability is open from the afternoon to night time, this way all morning routines are completed, walks, potty breaks, feeding, training sessions etc. All dogs are boarded in a home environment instead of a facility. This way your dogs aren’t as stressed being away from you, and they can comfortably enjoy their vacation too. All dogs are kenneled to ensure safety (not investing anything they shouldn’t, no free roam 24/7 with other client’s dogs you don’t know, and they have their own space to decompress). Since the yard isn't fenced in, all dogs must be leashed with a properly fitted collar with a longline when going outside, a harness, or a slip lead. However, a good peaceful walk with all the smells is always more mental and physical stimulation for the dogs than a fenced in area with limited access. Reactive dogs and fearful dogs are welcome as I have years of experience with them, and training them to grow confidence and obedience. I also have experience with special need's animals. Loud dogs are welcome too. If your dog(s) show healthy body language and do well with other dogs, my two malinois are gentle beings and always love a play mate. Minka especially, she follows the other dog's pace and reads their body language. I do ask that you leave your vet information with me and emergency vet information as well for an emergency contact if ever need be. Better safe than sorry. I also do ask for a second choice of contact incase the primary owner is unable to be reached. All dogs must be up to date on vaccines and bordetella for boarding and daycare. Safety precautions are always taken. For the well being of the dogs and myself. Please note that I do require all important behaviors are made aware of by the owners before hand and I will notify owners upon any concern of sickness or bite risks. I send updates each day as well or will add photos to your rover card.

As a pet owner myself, I’m already used to feeding, cleaning, and spending quality time with animals each day. My schedule is flexible, which allows me to plan my day around visits, whether that means morning, midday. I’m consistent and dependable, and I make it a priority to give each pet the attention, care, and companionship they need while their owner is away. When caring for pets in your home, I aim to keep them comfortable by sticking closely to their usual routine. I provide feeding, fresh water, litter box cleaning or potty breaks, and plenty of attention and playtime based on what your pet enjoys. For dogs, I offer safe, engaging walks suited to their pace and personality. I treat every home with respect and always follow your instructions carefully, and I’m happy to send updates so you know your pet is safe, happy, and in good hands.

About: i've grown up with both dogs and cats, and have been responsible for walking and caring for them. i care for other family member's pets as well as friend's. i am typically available for dog walking sunday–wednesday and friday from 11am–3pm. i enjoy being active and spending time outdoors, and i would love to help keep your dogs happy and exercised during the day ! when i walk my dog, i bring treats after he uses the bathroom in a grassy spot, and i also bring bags to clean it. after the walk i make sure he has water and the environment is cool enough so that he doesn't overheat.

About: I’ve been taking care of animals ever since I can remember. Started with having my own pets as a child and raising orphan wildlife, then moving on to a carrier in veterinary. I’ve been working as licensed veterinary technician since 2009 and going strong. I still work part time at a clinic but spending more time at home now to raise my family. I am very comfortable with medical needs, including injections, and hold a special place in my heart for the elderly pets. I do still work part time at a vet clinic, but half days so your kiddos wouldn’t be going long periods without potty breaks and attention. I have a large fenced in yard that has direct access from the walkout basement where boarding pets stay. Your kiddo will be treated as one of the family, playing out in the yard and a lot of Netflix and chill on the couch. While I do have 2 dogs of my own, they will be kept separated from any boarding pets. We are surrounded by woods and wildlife so rabies vaccine and flea/tick prevention is a requirement to stay in our home.

“This was Stitch's first time staying somewhere that was not my home or my parents. He seemed to have a great time. Heather was great giving updates and sending photos while we were on vacation. They also accommodated as Stitch is an 8 year old boxer that does not like to be bothered by puppies or extremely energetic dogs. They ensured us he would be the only dog staying there. As soon as we walked in the kiddos stayed seated and waited for Stitch to go say hi to them and were very well behaved. Even with extreme anxiety both the dog and owner Heather helped us to get through our first trip away from one another.”
