About: I have experience caring for pets, including training puppies and giving extra gentle care to senior pets. What makes me stand out is how much I truly care about each animal’s unique needs and making sure they feel safe and loved while their owners are away. I am constantly around animals and having to commit myself to taking care of them. I am comfortable around all dogs and am willing to adapt and learn how to best care for your animal. When I come to take care of, play with, and walk your dogs I will dedicate my time to loving them. I would love to be able to take them to the dog park where they can also interact with other animals while you're away! Pet care fits smoothly into my daily and weekly routine because I prioritize consistent time for feeding, exercise, play, and rest. I make sure to set aside dedicated moments each day to attend to pets’ needs, whether it’s morning walks, midday playtime, or evening cuddles, so they always feel cared for and comfortable. I can do drop in visits and dog walking any time tuesday-thursday. friday thru monday i can do 6-8:30am and 9-10pm. When caring for pets in my home or a client’s home, I prioritize creating a safe and calm environment. I make sure all areas are pet-proofed to prevent accidents, keep their food and water fresh, and maintain a clean space. I also follow any specific instructions from the owner closely, whether it’s about feeding, medication, or exercise, to build trust and ensure pets feel secure and comfortable.

Alicia was calm and reassured me that everyrhing would be fine and she'd be able to make it in. She made it twice a day, right on schedule. About: I have been taking care of dogs most of my life. I am 57. I have done dog training and agility with 2 of our dogs. I have had a puppy and dealt with Senior dogs too. I love to give our dog lots of attention with play time, walking and outdoor activities. I love to take walks and go to other parks too. With the owner's permission, I love to go to the dog park-Bow Wow dog park and the Akron Dog Park. I give your furry one lots of attention with play time-throwing toys-playing fetch with a ball or toy. Letting them have backyard time. We have a fenced in back yard for the dogs to be free. I also will brush your dog and pet them and give them attention, while you are away. I will treat your dog like he/she is my own dog. Another place I will take dogs is Petsmart or Pet Supplies Plus for social interaction and exercise. I am at home and available most days. We have a 20 year-old Son, who also loves dogs! My Husband helps out too, with walks and letting the dogs out in our backyard and is a dog person. Currently, I am not working. I have a knee problem and some medical issues that prevent me from working full time. I have plenty of time to take care of your dog. We love to take walks and go to the dog parks. However, if you prefer your dog not to go to the dog park, that is fine. We could go on walks and let your dog go outside in our backyard. We have lots of dog toys, bones, balls, etc... I do have a walk thru pet gate that I set up to block off the kitchen and dining room area. We will feed our dog and your dog separately in separate rooms. I love to brush and pet dogs. If needed, we could bath your dog too. We are a "dog" type family, that is our preference. We have had fish, hamsters and also a guinea pig in the past. I grew up with a cat in our home, as a child. We will throw ball and toys for the dogs and play with your dog. We have a small crate that is in our garage, however we don't usually use the crate. If we leave the home, depending on the situation, if your dog is destructive or chewing on furniture or other items, then we will crate your dog when we leave for church or a short errand. If you have a calm dog and the dog is not destructive and well mannered, then your dog could stay in the family room area, unless you prefer that your dog is in his crate. We will use 2 dog gates near our steps to go upstairs. We prefer that our dog and other dogs do not go upstairs. As a House Sitter, I would do any needed cleaning up of any messes I make. I would be bringing my own food, as I am gluten free and dairy free. The only thing I would need is some freezer and frigerated space for my food. I would follow your normal routine for your dog or dogs. I do have occasional Dr and therapy appointments, fyi. We have a home in Akron, with a fence in our backyard. We live near a forest, it is a quiet area. We have a small neighborhood, where the street dead ends to a forest. We don't get drive thru traffic, that use our area as a "short cut".

“Tabbi was awesome with the pet kids! She had a challenge and she conquered it! The dogs were so happy when she stopped in 3 times each day to walk water and feed them. She sent us pictures and a report card for every visit. We will definitely give Tabbi a call the next time we need a sitter for Sadie and Ranger!”

About: Ive always been drawn to animals, they’re better than humans lol. As a tot, I’d make it my mission to befriend as many kitties and pups as possible, this led to long-term house sits for my friends + family, and building a bond with said animal. I’ve been caring for pups my entire life as I grew up with them. I’d be honored to pet sit your fur babies! As of right now; I attend trade school in the mornings and work part-time nights. Given that I work only three hours per night and classes end before 1pm. That gives me plenty of time to stay for a couple hours or even check in multiple times throughout the day! I like to do everything on a schedule; Feed, nice stroll/restroom break, play for at least 30 minutes then, hopefully tucker out the pup and repeat! It’s imperative that you’re attentive to your animal as they have needs too and cannot speak. They also don’t have entertainment like we do that’s when I make sure to keep busy with them. I also like to send pictures as little updates so you can keep an eye on your fur baby. (if you’d like of course)

About: Hello! I am a medical assistant who pet sits on the side. I grew up with dogs and feel comfortable sitting dogs of any size. I can provide your pet with the care it needs including but not limited to daily exercise, medication needs, potty breaks every 4-8 hours, enrichment activities, and plenty of pets. I do work a standard 8-4:30, but could tweak my routine to best fit your pet. I love to exercise, so if your dog is up for a couple laps around the block, I would be happy to have a buddy join me. I’m also studying for the MCAT’s, so evenings our usually spent studying indoors, and I’d love to squeeze some play breaks in or have a cuddle buddy with me as I study. As a sitter, I will always follow the owners guidelines and never take any liberties with your pets. I will leave your home just as I first saw it. If there are any other tasks, like bringing in mail, I am also happy to help with that.

About: I have loved animals all my life and have been asked to watch family and friends pets on countless occasions. I believe in the importance of enrichment activities as well as the good ole belly rubs. Whatever the pet is in need of I am happy to help make their day brighter. I can’t wait to spread the love to more fur babies! I’m currently working full time but always have time for walks and playdates with your pets! Weekdays after 6:30 and weekends work the best but I am flexible! I have a2 year old Beagle Boston terrier who gets a few hours of physical activity and mental enrichment a day before winding down for snuggles and love. We spend time on training and puzzles as well as engaging walks.

About: Hello! I’ve recently joined Rover and am excited to try something new! I have years of experience in the hospitality industry within restaurants and retirement homes, and have developed excellent customer service ethic. As far as my experiences with animals, I’ve grown up with and helped care for a Boxer mix, Puggle, Doberman, 3 Chihuahuas, a Bichon Frise, and many cats over the years, as well as other pets. I love and get along well with all doggies and genuinely enjoy gaining the trust and affection of cats. Animals are one of the greatest joys in life, and I have no problem making sure that they are properly cared for, because I’d want someone to provide the same care for my pets when I am not able. I have dog-sat overnight many times for a family that I also babysat for, which included making sure Marley (the dog) was let outside about 3 times during the night and provide him with fresh water and food in the mornings. I am a reliable and trustworthy person, and in need of extra income to make ends meet. I’ve realized that I would love to work with animals to ease the stress of everyday life, and would enjoy easing the stress for pet parents by making sure their babies are safe and sound. About: I’ve taken care of dogs, cats, rabbits, and other small animals since I was a child for my family and neighbors. My first pet sitting job was watching a cat and a rabbit for my neighbor.
