He is a puppy with a lot of energy, but she has so much patience with him and is happy to help with his training as much as possible during her visits. About: I have been taking care of dogs most of my life. I am 57. I have done dog training and agility with 2 of our dogs. I have had a puppy and dealt with Senior dogs too. I love to give our dog lots of attention with play time, walking and outdoor activities. I love to take walks and go to other parks too. With the owner's permission, I love to go to the dog park-Bow Wow dog park and the Akron Dog Park. I give your furry one lots of attention with play time-throwing toys-playing fetch with a ball or toy. Letting them have backyard time. We have a fenced in back yard for the dogs to be free. I also will brush your dog and pet them and give them attention, while you are away. I will treat your dog like he/she is my own dog. Another place I will take dogs is Petsmart or Pet Supplies Plus for social interaction and exercise. I am at home and available most days. We have a 20 year-old Son, who also loves dogs! My Husband helps out too, with walks and letting the dogs out in our backyard and is a dog person. Currently, I am not working. I have a knee problem and some medical issues that prevent me from working full time. I have plenty of time to take care of your dog. We love to take walks and go to the dog parks. However, if you prefer your dog not to go to the dog park, that is fine. We could go on walks and let your dog go outside in our backyard. We have lots of dog toys, bones, balls, etc... I do have a walk thru pet gate that I set up to block off the kitchen and dining room area. We will feed our dog and your dog separately in separate rooms. I love to brush and pet dogs. If needed, we could bath your dog too. We are a "dog" type family, that is our preference. We have had fish, hamsters and also a guinea pig in the past. I grew up with a cat in our home, as a child. We will throw ball and toys for the dogs and play with your dog. We have a small crate that is in our garage, however we don't usually use the crate. If we leave the home, depending on the situation, if your dog is destructive or chewing on furniture or other items, then we will crate your dog when we leave for church or a short errand. If you have a calm dog and the dog is not destructive and well mannered, then your dog could stay in the family room area, unless you prefer that your dog is in his crate. We will use 2 dog gates near our steps to go upstairs. We prefer that our dog and other dogs do not go upstairs. As a House Sitter, I would do any needed cleaning up of any messes I make. I would be bringing my own food, as I am gluten free and dairy free. The only thing I would need is some freezer and frigerated space for my food. I would follow your normal routine for your dog or dogs. I do have occasional Dr and therapy appointments, fyi. We have a home in Akron, with a fence in our backyard. We live near a forest, it is a quiet area. We have a small neighborhood, where the street dead ends to a forest. We don't get drive thru traffic, that use our area as a "short cut".

Alicia was calm and reassured me that everyrhing would be fine and she'd be able to make it in. She made it twice a day, right on schedule. About: All K9 Solutions is fully insured and licensed here in Akron OH. I've been training dogs for 6 years and professionally for 4 years. After I worked for reputable training companies, one here in Akron area as the head trainer, I decided to open my own company called All K9 Solutions. I grew up with dogs, and have experience with cattle, sheep, goats, pigs, horses, chickens, and ducks as I used to manage a farm as well. I personally network all over the US with other dog trainers. One of my recent travels has been to Kansas to help host a working dog workshop with a few small departments. I have two Belgian malinois who I strive for their needs to be met daily. From mental stimulation to physical stimulation while giving them a “job”. My youngest is 3 years old and does many sports (PSA, AKC sports, and has been dabbling in odor work), and my oldest is 10, he’s a retired military explosives K9 who served on the boarder of Jordan up until 7 years old. Both the sweetest dogs you’ll ever meet. All of my dogs have off leash obedience training that is kept up with. I have a background in dog training, boarding, and daycare; from puppies all the way to seniors. I strive for knowledge with dogs as there’s always new information to learn and dogs aren’t cookie cutter. I’m also an STSK9 MVP student for advanced obedience. I’m very passionate about teaching others about dogs from genetics and breeds to how their psychology works. My business hours run from 7am-10pm. My availability is open from the afternoon to night time, this way all morning routines are completed, walks, potty breaks, feeding, training sessions etc. All dogs are boarded in a home environment instead of a facility. This way your dogs aren’t as stressed being away from you, and they can comfortably enjoy their vacation too. All dogs are kenneled to ensure safety (not investing anything they shouldn’t, no free roam 24/7 with other client’s dogs you don’t know, and they have their own space to decompress). Since the yard isn't fenced in, all dogs must be leashed with a properly fitted collar with a longline when going outside, a harness, or a slip lead. However, a good peaceful walk with all the smells is always more mental and physical stimulation for the dogs than a fenced in area with limited access. Reactive dogs and fearful dogs are welcome as I have years of experience with them, and training them to grow confidence and obedience. I also have experience with special need's animals. Loud dogs are welcome too. If your dog(s) show healthy body language and do well with other dogs, my two malinois are gentle beings and always love a play mate. Minka especially, she follows the other dog's pace and reads their body language. I do ask that you leave your vet information with me and emergency vet information as well for an emergency contact if ever need be. Better safe than sorry. I also do ask for a second choice of contact incase the primary owner is unable to be reached. All dogs must be up to date on vaccines and bordetella for boarding and daycare. Safety precautions are always taken. For the well being of the dogs and myself. Please note that I do require all important behaviors are made aware of by the owners before hand and I will notify owners upon any concern of sickness or bite risks. I send updates each day as well or will add photos to your rover card.

About: Growing up with dogs as a part of the family I have taken care of them my whole life. When I was 15 my family brought home a new puppy and I didn’t have a summer job, so she was my responsibility. Potty break is the first and foremost needed when I arrive at a client's home. Then a walk, a little time for some training and a little bit of play as well. About: I have been a lover of animals for as long as I can remember. From horses, to kitties, to dogs and rabbits, I’ve watched and cared for them all. I love meeting new critters! I have a very flexible schedule working retail and picking up substitute teaching so I can work with you to make sure your pets get the car they need when they need it! I have a sweet baby boy cat who has not had problems with other animals, but can play or leave alone if needed. We have a large house with plenty of room. A nice backyard as well to run and play! If I am at your home, I will follow any directions you have to make sure that your pets get the same care that you would give them!

About: I’m currently living on campus at my college and I come from a company in my hometown called HomeWard Bound which is a pet-care company that is very similar to Rover. I have many months of experience which lead me to enjoy this job and wanting to continue it when I live on campus. Over the summer I will be mainly free since my priority is occupying my time with taking care of animals and learning more about them! I care with patience and trust. After working in dog boarding facilities, I realized that while the dogs were well cared for, many of them were missing the one-on-one attention, exercise, and companionship they truly deserved. That inspired me to focus on pet sitting so I can give every pet the individualized care they need to feel safe, loved, and happy while you’re away. I have hands-on experience working in dog boarding facilities, where I cared for dogs of all ages, sizes, and personalities, monitored their health and behavior, administered medications, and made sure they were comfortable and safe. I also have experience caring for cats and understand that every pet has their own routine and unique needs. My background has also given me the skill to match each dog’s breed and temperament with the right way to help them safely and effectively get their energy out I’m currently in college pursuing my undergraduate degree with plans to attend veterinary school, so animal health and welfare are something I’m incredibly passionate about. I also volunteer with animal shelters, participate in dog day outings, and love advocating for rescue animals whenever I can.
