About: Hi! I’m Mazi. After working in dog boarding facilities, I realized that while the dogs were well cared for, many of them were missing the one-on-one attention, exercise, and companionship they truly deserved. That inspired me to focus on pet sitting so I can give every pet the individualized care they need to feel safe, loved, and happy while you’re away. I have hands-on experience working in dog boarding facilities, where I cared for dogs of all ages, sizes, and personalities, monitored their health and behavior, administered medications, and made sure they were comfortable and safe. I also have experience caring for cats and understand that every pet has their own routine and unique needs. My background has also given me the skill to match each dog’s breed and temperament with the right way to help them safely and effectively get their energy out I’m currently in college pursuing my undergraduate degree with plans to attend veterinary school, so animal health and welfare are something I’m incredibly passionate about. In my home: For daycare or boarding, I require that dogs are crate trained, since dogs will be crated overnight and anytime I’m not home. We do have a yard, but it is not fenced, so all outdoor time is supervised and on-leash. In your home: During our meet & greet, we’ll go over your pet’s routine in detail (feeding, potty breaks, walks, medication, etc.). About: I’ve been pet sitting for about 5 years now. It started with neighbors and family friends, and it’s kind of just grown from there which is how I ended up here on Rover! About: I have taken care of both dogs and cats for family, neighbors, and friends for the last 6-7 years. I have more experience with dogs— ranging from all sizes and ages, however I love cats and never say no to a feline friend as well! About: I've owned both dogs and cats sense I was little. Throughout my childhood years I would frequently watch over the neighborhood pets. I am especially great at training the little ones as well as entertaining and exercising the energetic type! I currently work part time and am looking to fill some days with something else. I do have the ability to run around in dogs to get their energy out! I have a pretty flexible schedule so I can move anything around, especially if it’s a walk for the morning!
