About: I love rescues, seniors, energetic dogs, loafers and grumpy pets. I call all dogs pups, no matter how old they are. With a scared or unsure dog, I don’t try to force a friendship. I’m happy to sit with them, keep them company and let them decide when they’re ready. I worked for several years at a local veterinary practice and about two years in an emergency veterinary hospital, working with dogs, cats and birds. I’ve had dogs and cats throughout my life, including adult rescues. I also have farm-sitting experience with chickens, ducks, geese, quail, rabbits, turtles, pigs, sheep, goats and turkeys, and have spent time around cattle, zebras, donkeys and horses. My schedule is currently very flexible, with plenty of time for the dogs in my care. In the spirit of full transparency, I am currently interviewing for roles that are remote or may include hybrid work arrangements with part-time hours outside of the home. That being said, all opportunities are within distance of taking breaks at home to let pups out to roam about. Pups have free rein of the house and are welcome on furniture and beds. We have a spacious fenced-in backyard and one friendly, active senior dog who enjoys having company. I’ll want to know what your dog is used to at home — meals, sleeping, crate routine, favorite spots and anything that helps them feel comfortable. Dogs are welcome on the furniture and bed here.

About: Hi! my name is Chloe, I’m a paralegal and I love animals. I have a lot of experience with being a caregiver for pets. My uncle previously was a breeder and he would have my sister and I take care of the puppies during his work days. I also have experience with caring for others pets and have completed many services through Wag. Now that summer is approaching, i am ready to fill my evenings and weekends with animals. I will have more availablity as the summer goes on. Depending on any service, I usually read the owners notes to care for the pet during the time asked to do so. I’ve previously used Wag and when I complete the services I communicate a lot with the pet parents throughout the time letting them know what I’ve done, etc.

About: I’ve been around animals my entire life. Grew up with horses, dogs, cats, chickens, donkeys etc. I have always had a deep love for animals and truly enjoy being that trusted person with others fur babies. About: I got my last dog when I was 16. She was almost 16 when she passed. I taught her all the tricks she knew. I now have another puppy and in the process of training her. Its always been a dream to become a dog trainer. Until then, I would love to help other people take care of their dogs! I currently don't have another job so I have lots of time to play! I'm available any day of the week. I currently have a 11 month old terrier mix who would love to play with other dogs! My yard doesn't have a fence but I keep my dog on a leash at all times when she's outside. When I'm in someone else's home, I'll be sure to have them on their leash

About: I've been around cats and dogs my whole life and always enjoyed learning their unique personalities and social hierarchies. I am still (forever) mourning the loss of my childhood dogs and funnel my love for them towards any dog I encounter. I was a 4Paws sitter in college, so I have experience with socializing puppies and some basic training, while adapting to the dog's different ages. I have a cat of my own that I love like my own human child, and I spread that care and joy to any kitty I encounter! I am currently very flexible as I am new to the area and between jobs. I have the time to show your pet the care and love that it needs while you are gone! I have my own car so I can easily travel to care for multiple pets if necessary. My yard is not entirely fenced in, but there is grass in the back and front. I have one cat in my home, so I require cat-friendly dogs that can ideally be crated for short periods if needed. As far as other cats, I know it can be situational, but I do have the space to keep the cats separated to begin with/ the whole visit if necessary. All of our indoor plants are pet-friendly as well!

About: I’ve been a dog lover since about the age of 10 when we got my family dog, Shadow, a cockapoo. As a kid and while growing up, I even trained Shadow to compete in agility competitions and took him to training weekly while also practicing with him in the backyard! When I moved out, I got my own fur baby- a golden doodle named Bubity! Obsessed doesn’t even begin to describe how much I love my dog as I have a water bottle, pair of slippers, shorts and sweatshirt with him on it! I promise to treat your dog as if they’re are my own! I’m currently working as a nurse while also attending classes virtually for my masters. My schedule is a set Monday- Friday in the office from 830AM-430PM! I am pretty flexible and can come to your house during my lunch break if needed to let your furbaby out! I have a fully fenced in yard and my one golden doodle at home. I am more than happy to host your dog for play dates in our yard. I know how hard it is to get a routine set with your dog whether it be something as simple as turning the TV on before leaving the house, walking a specific route to get them to go potty or giving them a special treat when they’re going to be left alone. About: I’ve had dogs and cats all my life. I currently have 4 dogs and 1 cat and a fish! I lost my 15 year old dog recently that I took care of her medical needs for 2 years she had congestive heart failure I’m currently working part time for myself so I have lots of free time to drop in and walk and care for dogs and cats!
