“She took great care of my baby! She sent pictures and had quick communication. She gave Pluto the extra attention she needed and plenty of outside time. I was able to enjoy my time away without any worries.”

“If we could give 100 stars we would! Our Baby boy Jaxxson is our fur-son and we have been on the search for someone that would give us comfort when we travel in knowing he is in excellent hands and safe. Delmina and her Husband did just that! This is a beautiful family and they treated our baby boy like royalty. We received so many pictures and videos that we almost felt like we were there with him. We can’t say enough great things about how well this stay went. You won’t be disappointed with how she cares for your pet!”

“Alex and Ashely were amazing sitters for my 5 year old pup Carter. It was my first time using Rover and boarding my pup. They were very friendly, had great communication, and Carter took to them immediately! I loved the daily updates accompanied by photos they provide me. It made me feel at ease with him being away. Carter seemed so happy and comfortable. I will DEFINITELY be using their services again!”

“Sydney and her family were amazing. It was our first time leaving our Luna with a sitter while we traveled so we were a little worried but were Immediately put at ease upon meeting them. Very kind and nice people. Lots of property for the dogs to play in and they provided consistent updates. Sydney and her family will definitely be our go-to going forward. I highly recommend them.”

“Javier and Cristina were amazing to leave my Australian Shepherd with. My dog had the best time, I could tell by how well behaved he was when we got home. He still gave us tons of love but I could tell he was very active and played a lot. They also sent periodic pictures and videos that left me at ease. Highly recommend and would definitely be back.”

“Rebekah saved our trip! Our usual dog sitter had to cancel our reservation and we were left searching for a dog sitter the day before our trip! Rebekah was so quick to respond and we will definitely be using her again! Thank you for loving on Gilbert and taking such great care of him. He truly seemed to be happy and comfortable during his stay!”

About: I had a dog most of my childhood and when my daughter was younger. I’ve had a dog in my house when my daughter moved back. I’m available 7 days a week currently. We take walks three times a day. A cage is not necessary but is recommended in case their first night in new surroundings is hard. Doggy beds are a must and poop bags also. We try to keep a clean neighborhood. My daughter has a very friendly small dog that gets along great with other dogs. Yard is currently not fenced but is working on making that happen.
“Leeandra was sent from Heaven. My baby is a 9 years old chihuahua. She never stay but with my daughter before. I was stressed. But Lolita walk down her place like her own. She kept me posted with updates and photos. She changed her dresses every day, feed, and strolled around. And my Lola is a spoiled one! She ate her food! Usually she doesn't eat the first 2 days. Overall great, and I will have her as her regular sitter.”

“I cannot say enough wonderful things about Ruth! From the moment I met her, I felt reassured about leaving my little fur baby in her care. I was initially concerned because my pup can be quite the handful, but Ruth quickly proved to be my personal dog whisperer. My dog gravitated toward her almost immediately, which was a huge relief for me. It was clear that Ruth has a natural way with animals, understanding their needs and behavior effortlessly. What truly stood out was her exceptional communication. Ruth was extremely responsive, sending me regular updates and adorable pictures that allowed me to stay connected and informed about how my dog was doing. I never felt anxious or unsure during my time away, thanks to her dedication. If you're looking for someone who genuinely cares about animals and provides outstanding service, look no further than Ruth. I wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone in need of a dog sitter. My little one and I are both looking forward to our next visit!”

“Excellent care, loving kindness, and great communication. Brenda is super professional and made our senior dog feel right at home. Our dog’s needs are fairly simple, but Brenda asks lots of questions to make sure everything will be just the way we need it. Highly recommend.”

“Tyaisha was absolutely amazing! This was my first time leaving Khloe, and she took such great care of her. She kept me updated throughout the day with pictures, which made me feel so happy and at ease. Khloe was happy, which was wonderful because she tends to be very anxious. I’m so grateful to have found someone I can trust with my baby and feel completely comfortable with. I would highly recommend her—she is professional, caring, and made my experience truly amazing!”

“Netasha took great care of my dog while I was out of town on vacation! She sent lots of pictures and updates. My dog seemed to love hanging out with her dog Leo as well. Would definitely love to use her services again.”

“We had an excellent experience with Miriam and her husband! From the moment we dropped Maxx off, we knew he was in great hands. Their home was clean, welcoming, and they were both incredibly kind, nurturing, and attentive. They sent us daily pictures and updates, took Maxx on walks, fed him on his normal schedule, gave him a new toy, and even followed all of our sleeping instructions. They also have a huge fenced yard where he had plenty of room to run and play safely. Overall, this was a 10/10 experience. We felt completely at ease while we were away, and it was obvious that Maxx had a wonderful time. We would absolutely trust Miriam with him again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a caring and reliable dog sitter!”

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Myeshia! I needed a last-minute sitter for my 7-month-old puppy, Demi, and from the moment I sent my request, Myeshia responded quickly and made me feel completely at ease. She was warm, welcoming, and easy to talk to. We spent time discussing Demi’s needs, and by the end of our conversation, I felt confident and comfortable leaving my baby in her care. As a pet parent, that peace of mind is priceless. Throughout Demi’s stay, Myeshia kept in touch with me, sending updates and videos that reassured me my puppy was happy, safe, and well cared for. I truly believe she was a God-send when I needed help the most. I feel incredibly blessed to have found her, and I will absolutely be a repeat customer. If you’re looking for someone who genuinely cares for your pet as if they were her own, I highly recommend Myeshia!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Gary and Beth were definitely five star Sitters! Our flight was extremely delayed so it was great to know that Mytee was in good hands. One less thing to worry about. Also, Mytee opened up to them and quickly when usually he’s very weary of new people. I was impressed! We would definitely book with Gary, Beth, and their kind children again. Our go to Sitters!

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your pet, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justice’s National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.
Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page .
While each sitter sets their own vaccine requirements, staying up-to-date on your dog’s vaccines is the best way to be "boarding ready". Vaccinations help create a safe environment for all pets under a sitter’s care.
Many sitters in GA ask that dogs be up to date on core vaccines like the Canine Parvovirus, Canine Distemper, Canine Adenovirus, Bordetella, and Rabies. Cats may be required to have Feline Viral Rhinotracheitis and Rabies up to date.
By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
Emergency support is available by phone or email in English 24/7. When an incident occurs, we recommend that sitters contact our Trust & Safety team immediately so that they can connect your sitter with a board-certified veterinarian or offer other resources to help.
If a sitter needs to cancel at the last minute, Rover’s reservation protection means our team will work with you to find a suitable replacement as quickly as possible.
