A real home while you're away
Pet care experience
Aunt Cathy's Place has moved to Conyers! New property, new home, ready to begin slowly taking in guest dogs again on a small scale. Yard will eventually be enlarged but home is very spacious and has over 2.5 acres of forest and a stream! Inquire if you'd like to have your furkids vacation here while you're away! I have cared for pets all my life and currently babysit dogs (one at a time or one household at a time) in my home. I have a fully fenced yard with sun, shade and a patio for supervised outdoor lounging and exercise. Dogs are welcome to snooze on the couch as long as they don't tear it up. I do ask that you bring your dog's crate with you so he can be fed there and be allowed to sleep there if he prefers, but he will NOT be locked in all day - he will be romping in the yard or snoozing on the couch or a cushion. I will also happily host your caged pet - have much experience with parrots, canaries, finches, rats, mice, rabbits, guinea pigs and other small mammals and even reptiles. About this sitter: Former professional zookeeper and pet lover since I was old enough to turn over a rock and bring home a whatever creepy-crawlies I found under it, lol, I can care for anything from dogs to chickens to rabbits to hamsters to horses to reptiles. I only allow one or two doggy clients at a time so pets get personalized attention. Can keep small caged critters and smaller dogs in my home. There are no children in the home and no cats here. Quiet private home with acelreage. Fenced areit is. definitely be enlarged when able, but perfectly suitable for potty and snozxing in sun as it is. * I took a break for a year or so in order to move and settle into my new life, so yes during that hectic time I admit I was not as responsive as I typically am. Now that I have reactivated and updated my profile, response times should be fast once again. I'm excited to be getting back to what I love!

Incredible experience leaving my golden baby boy Chase with Cathy! She is pleasant to work with and very caring towards animals - makes sense since she was a zoo keeper! Nice big yard for Chase to roam around in, she sent a tonne of pics throughout his stay, we couldn't be happier!

Cathy was a great host and always sent photos of my pup. I definitely recommend her to anyone.
