About: Our home will be a great place to board your small dog at a quieter environment. I am a veterinarian and my husband works from home. We have a 7 year old Shih Tzu. We both love dogs and my dog will love to meet a new friend. We are flexible with pick up and drop off times since my husband, Justin, works from home. Your pet will be loved and cared for multiple times throughout the day. Pet transport service is available at additional cost. We have a large yard and will be walking your dog on leash. Our first floor is set up for dogs to play and look out the window. Only small number of dogs will be allowed at our place to provide a calmer environment.

We have lovely regular clients who's animals we have grown to LOVE like our own and are always welcome to bringing in anyone into our little wolf pack! Your furry friends will always have a place with us! Our house is like a mini farm. We have a dog named Trixie who loves to make friends and can play all day. A grandma cat who loves to care for all animals but also likes her alone time. Reptar our friendly beared dragon who judges everyone from his tank and last but not least our new lil guy Smore's. he is our ferocious ferret who will steal your shoes! Your pets will have an awesome time at our house making friends with our fur babies but we also have enough space to give them alone time when needed! We will tend to your best friends all throughout the day and make them feel loved and at home until you return. Your pet will have an endless amount of outside time, being able to enjoy our spacious backyard where they can run around with our dog or enjoy some one on one human time. We give lots of pets, cuddles & APPROVED treats often! We have quite a bit of space and can board or sit 2-3 dogs a day. We make sure to distribute time evenly between everyone,make sure we stick to feeding and walking schedules and everyone ALWAYS gets one on one playtime with me outside! Please bring allowed treats or let us know what is your approved treats are. We love to teach tricks and reward for good behavior! I have a fenced in back yard & I have a dog who enjoys the space and would love to have friends to spend her outside time with. We play fetch, tug of war & we go on long walks and enjoy days at doggy parks occasionally. We always make sure their safety is our first priority and will make sure to update you on any changes in going potty if we notice anything unusual or how we are getting along with your baby. We also send photos regularly!

“Kaylynne is such a SWEET young lady! We had to leave early to get up to Swannanoa where we were helping yesterday and she allowed me to drop our dog off before 8. My dog is still completely in puppy brain mode at 10 months old. She won’t run off at home as I use a training leash and she is focused on what we are doing and playing when I release her on to run and bring back her toy or visit our neighbor’s dog Our Puppy became anxious around 3 yesterday and she apparently remembered how to crawl up a fence like she did in her exercise corral months ago and she jumped over. She ran towards the road and Kaylynne tried to coax her back. Our dog had become anxious, Kahlynne explained, as it was her first time in doggie daycare. Kahlynne ended up calling me and I asked her to put me on speaker phone. I was able to call out and speak to our pup. It helped her to come back towards Kajlynne where she was able to take hold of her. She kept my precious fur baby in her house until I got back down the Mtn as fast as I could. I truly appreciate Kaylynne and all she did. Her own dogs are so sweet and she has a large fenced in backyard area where the dogs are free to run and play.”

I myself have a 2 year old lab mix who is my whole world, so I understand the need to make sure your baby is looked after! I also have at least a year of experience fostering a couple of cats, so I'm prepared for the chaos! My schedule is very flexible because I work remotely. I can care for your pet at any time of the day and make sure they get adequate exercise and nutrition! I live in an apartment complex with plenty of walking paths and a dog park that I'm sure would be so much fun for your pup! My own dog is initially reserved but friendly, so yours will have good company.

About: Through my time working in barns at age 6, to working in vets offices in adulthood, & caring for my own furry critters, i have gleaned copious amounts of knowledge regarding animal care & safety. My top priority is the happiness of pets & owners alike, & my effective communication & overall empathy lends itself greatly to the satisfaction of all parties involved. I have administered medications to countless animals, & know what it takes to care for nearly any critter, large or small. I have a deep passion for animals, & i find that my time is best spent caring for these loving creatures. There is truly nothing better than loving a critter, & i receive no joy greater than loving & caring for animals. I am working from home for the time being, & have ample amounts of time to care for & attend to animals. From daily walks, to playtime, all the way down to comfort & nap times, i am all in & have a very flexible schedule throughout the week to care for critters. My hope is to fill my time with not just the love of my own animals, but the animals of my community as well. I have a large fenced in backyard, with ample space for dogs to play & bask in the sun. I have 5 cats, a dog, & 6 rats(in a cage of course), & everyone gets along great (for the most part). My dog does best meeting new dogs outside of my home, & once he is settled with them he loves the company. He is a great addition to walks & playtime, & has done doggy daycare in the past & loved it. My dog is also a lover of cats, & is very gentle, sweet, & curious about them. My cats do well with other dogs, & in the instance of other cats, some of my felines can be picky, but i have plenty of space in my home to allow everyone to have their own safe space & comfort. 2 of my cats are loving & welcoming of other kitties, & will show them the ropes of the house no problem. I do scheduled meal times, between 7-9am, & 6:30pm, & ensure my animals have the best food & supplements to care for their own independent needs. Play time is a must day to day, & there is plenty of time & attention given to activities. Litter boxes are cleaned daily, if not multiple times a day, & my house is kept clean & tidy as to allow the fur babies to have the most room & accessibility in the space as possible. Animals are my passion, & i give great attention to their happiness & comfort.
