About: I’ve taken care of many pets since I was young and I have always loved doing it! I myself have one cat and one dog. I’m working part-time and in school, so I am doing this on the side as an extra source of income as a college student and a way to express my love and passion towards animals. My job is in its slow season for the next couple of months, so my schedule is very open besides classes. I can tend to any needs necessary for your pets. I am willing to go above and beyond to meet your animals needs and make sure they are comfortable when being in my care, and I will always let you know if they are not.
About: I have a big love for animals, especially dogs! I’ve had a dog, more specifically, a German Shepherd in my life since I was born. I recently moved back to Long Island from Arizona for college so I have a lot of free time lately! I would love to get to know your dog as I am very patient and loving toward animals ❤️ The extra money would be nice, but I’m really interested in getting to experience different types of personalities through the dogs that I will meet. I have watched my uncle’s German Shepherd for an extended period of time as well as my brother’s pitbull, my German Shepherd and also my miniature dachshund so I know what it’s like to have a full house! :) I hope you feel confident to choose me to watch your best friend I am currently finishing up my last semester of college as well providing services on Rover, so I have a lots of free time and very flexible hours :) I will take very good care of your furry friends, no matter what the task. About: Owned dogs since I was a child, Chesapeake Bay Retriever, Irish Red & White Setter and a Chihuahua. Experienced with golden doodles and labs. Currently getting my pilots Licence’s and enjoy reading books I’m currently time building for my commercial Licence whenever the weather is good around 5 hours a day when possible. Usually busy at night around 5-8ish otherwise free. I have a tall fenced in yard where I play with my dog or walk him around my neighborhood. Otherwise he sits with me while I study or read.

Plus she also let the cats have some outdoor time in the snow (they are indoor/outdoor cats so it was good that they got some outdoor time while I was away so things seemed normal).”

Vanessa is fabulous ! Comfortable with a larger dog , knowledgeable about breeds and dog care in general! She easily recognized all my dog's "language" and had him playing and earning a bell rub with in no time ! Vanessa let the dog out and fed him and all was tidied up when she left and my pup was exercised and content to go to sleep ! Our experience was terrific .
Had her watch my cat Georgie twice now for seven days, twice a day. I have no complaints and trust her completely at this point to watch my best buddy while I’m away. My cat according to her great pictures seems to be very friendly with her. If you have a pet that needs a sitter I encourage you to schedule a meet and greet. I imagine if I go away again I will be scheduling her again if she is available.

Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
