“Great job, our pets and their space was well take care of! Before we left, Megan & Jenny R were collaborating with us on how to provide the best care, and stayed in touch during their visits.”

“Anais was terrific. Efficient, friendly and so great with Zeke. She understands dogs and different temperaments and was wonderful interacting with Zeke. 10/10 would recommend!”

“We are so grateful for Megan! She is so amazing with our dog. The most important thing is that she loves our dog, which she absolutely does, but she also goes out of her way to make the experience great for the humans. She always sends updates and pictures and lets us feel comfortable knowing our girl is being taken care of when we can’t take her with us. Thank you so much, Megan!!”

“Angelique is the BEST!!! I have an elderly 14 year old Pitmix with high dietary supplement and high care needs. My character-judgung do g took to ger instantly with her loving animal vibe. She was loving, patient and took pics with sweet notes to settle any of my anxiousness about leaving her. She also took amazing care of my shy cat and my mouse. And she did small chores for a minimal fee. Angelique is dependable and when I got home I was so impressed on how she maintained my home and furbabies. We would hire her again as we would look no further!!! Thanks , Angelique 😍🤩”

“Vanessa was great! She arrived on time and she sent pictures and a thorough summary for each visit. Our more fearful cat seemed to appreciate Vanessa's approach and our braver kitty was happy for the attention. Will definitely rebook!”

“Heather is an amazing petsitter and took such good care of our three cats! She’s very responsive, great at communicating and proving updates, and was wonderful with the kitties. Thank you so much, Heather!”

“I was in a bind because I had to go on a work trip. So this was my first time having Marlene take care of my doggies. I am always reluctant to have new people in my home, taking care of my babies. But, after meeting her both I and my little guys felt comfortable. I returned to find my little guys very happy and well taken care of. While I was gone, she sent pictures each day. She was also very responsive whenever I reached out. I would definitely recommend Marlene and will be calling on her again in the future.”

About: Hi! My name is Emerson and I’ve owned a dog ever since I was a little kid which allows me to better understand them better. Especially since they communicate via different body languages. I love dogs and will love your best friend as if he was mine. A stay with me includes a lot of love, exercise ( depends on your furry friend is he needs to be active or not), a lot of backyard and inside house space. Your furry friend will be able to roam around and have him feel like home. Anything that you request for your furry friend will be considered and taken into account for their stay with me. I am very technologically savvy so you’ll be kept up to date with pictures and texts. I am home majority of the time as I work from home. I Love dogs so ready to treat your own like mine. Begin home full time allows me to take extra care of your fury best friend I have a fenced yard and plenty of room to allow your dog to stretch. I also have dog park 3 min walking distance to go for a walk and potty breaks if you’d like

About: Hi, Meghan here, I have always been a dog-lover, and currently have a lovable fluffy husky. I live in Oakland with my mom, a fellow dog-lover! I allow our furry friends on the couch, but can also work on furniture-boundaries if your pooch isn't allowed on furniture at your own home. I work from home, so I'll be home most of the day during the weekdays. The longest your pup will be home alone (with my pups) is around 5 hours. I am comfortable with big dogs. I can give medications, and can brush your pooch as well! Here's a little about us: Meghan has been a dog-lover since birth. She grew up with dogs of all shapes and sizes. Treesa loves pups of all sizes! Meet my pets: Just the dogs! About my yard We have a fenced backyard. My experience administering medication We are comfortable administering oral medication. **We do have a Potty Clause. We understand accidents happen, and are very forgiving, as pups are often excited and can't help themselves at first. However, we have occasionally had extreme repeat offenders. We take dogs on the basis that they are potty trained. If we feel there are an excessive number of indoor incidents, we will let you know, and ask for a $10 additional fee (per week, or fraction thereof), to cover the cost of laundry and cleaning supplies.** Thanks! I work from home so your pup will hang out with me and Winston at home, join us on walks, and get to spend the day with us! I have a fenced yard. Security gate at my back door means fresh air without escape opportunity. We're working on installing a dog door, so that should happen later this year!

“Angela was great! We needed a sitter last minute, and Angela was there to save us. She showed up for the drop-in visits as scheduled and took care of our kittens. Another go to sitter for us!”

“Nayeli was a life saver! We had to find a Rover during our Spring Break cancellation and Nayeli rose to the occasion. She was very communicative, thorough and loving with our fur babies. When a hiccup with our travels came up, Nayeli was more than willing to stop by again after the job was completed. I really appreciated her notes and photos. I would love to hire Nayeli again!”

“Jessica was so friendly, kind, and passionate about animals. She went above and beyond our expectations. For example, she took the trash out on the last check in visit so that we would come home to a clean-smelling house. She wrote us amazing summaries of her visits with our kitty - reading them filled me with joy and made me feel better about being away from our pet. She made toys for our cat out of paper, which helped us discover Zelda’s love of paper balls! We will reach out to Jessica for all of our future pet needs.”

“Pluto was incredible with my two cats! They’re afraid of most people but they immediately loved her. She provided excellent care and most importantly good attention and loves for them while I was away. I got many thorough updates and adorable photos. Will certainly be rebooking!”

“Kacie did a great job with drop in visits for our two cats while we were out of town. She provided updates and pictures each day and it was nice knowing the cats were in good hands. I highly recommend booking with her!”

“Nicole made it through four wonderful days of D0gen care before she was sadly felled by strep throat and had to terminate her care. I had made back-up arrangements which she handled with great responsibility so that Dogen suffered almost no trauma as her sudden departure! He's now happy and so am I, and just hoping Nicolde gets well soon!”

“Natalia is amazing and she was great with my dog! She was punctual and responsive and also sent great pics of my dg while we were out of town. Will totally use her services again! Thank you!”

About: As avid dog lovers with over 15 years of experience, we've cared for various breeds, including our own Shih Tzu who sadly passed away last year. We also frequently looked after our brother’s French Bulldog, who happily reunited with our Shih Tzu, and a Siberian Husky, along with other family dogs. Living in a pet-friendly community with ample grassy areas, your pups will have plenty of space to roam and play. Before your drop-off, we'd love to arrange a meet and greet to acquaint ourselves with you and your furry companions! This is not our first time on Rover. We have been dog-sitting on Rover for about 3 years. The first two years were under a different account with our mom because of age. So we did it together with our parents and were very happy with both animal and human clientele who were just as happy with our services. If you would like to see reviews from then I can send over those Rover Account details as well! We understand the importance of ensuring both you and your beloved pets have peace of mind while you're away, and we're dedicated to providing them with a safe and enjoyable experience under our care! We are currently completely free, accommodating both weekdays and weekends. Our days will be completely catered to the needs of your babies. We understand the importance of convenience, offering flexible pick-up and drop-off times, including same-day services. Whether it's a weekday, weekend, or holiday, we're here to ensure seamless care for your beloved pets. We offer a fenced backyard patio and expansive grassy areas within our community, and we're happy to provide photos of the surroundings upon request prior to booking. Alternatively, we can arrange a meet and greet so you can explore our dog-friendly and secure neighborhood firsthand. Our area boasts ample walking spaces and provides poop bags for your convenience. For crate-trained dogs, we recommend bringing their crate to ensure their comfort. Additionally, please bring any items that will help your dog feel at ease and secure during their stay. If your dog requires medication, be sure to bring it along. While we do offer some dog treats, feel free to bring your pup's favorites to ensure they feel right at home. Your pets' comfort and safety are our top priorities, and we strive to make their stay as enjoyable as possible!

“Darren has been walking our border collie daily for the last week while our primary walker is away. We're so grateful for his timely, concise communication and the peace of mind that not only is our pup safe, but is getting the mental and physical stimulations he needs.”

About: I've been around and cared for dogs my whole life. Family, neighbors, nannying, and roommates. It was my job to take care of the family dog including feeding, bathing, taking on walks, and administering meds. Also in charge of caring for the dogs when we get together with family. Have experience with big dogs and small dogs. I am currently a full time grad student getting my doctorate in physical therapy. Looking for boarding and walking opportunities on the weekend (any time) or weekday evenings after 5pm My dog was crate trained so I can put dogs in crate when needed. I love to play with dogs and make sure they are entertained throughout the day and love walks. Make sure they have food and water. Pay attention to when they need to go out and potty and or run around to burn some energy.

Meghan M.

“My dog fell in love with Meghan at first sight, even though she's usually slow to warm up to new people. Pepper, my miniature dachshund, is always excited to see Meghan, whether for a walk or an overnight. When I pick her up Pepper is happy and tired. We call Meghan's house a doggie resort as a joke, because it's filled with toys and treats. Pepper's happy and I am, because I know my dog is cared for and loved (not to mention spoiled) when I can't be there. We both trust Meghan and would recommend her to anyone who is looking for a dog person to love and care for their pup when they need help.”
