About: I've taken care of dogs of all kinds since I was 10. Neighbors relied on me to let their dogs out while they were gone! I prioritize pet care and love to make sure the doggos get plenty of exercise and stay healthy! Give me the cat food recipe and I'll mix it. I leave everything as I found it when pet sitting in house and ensure that your fur babies have a safe and fun time! I send lots of cute pictures so that you can have plenty of cute updates to share with family, friends and coworkers.

About: I’ve been around dogs my whole life and have had my own dogs over the past 12 years. My friends would say I’m something of a “dog whisperer” because I connect with them on a deep level. I strive to understand them and make sure they are as happy as they possibly can be. That means understanding what dogs natural tendencies are and what stimulates them then using that information to tailor an amazing experience for that dog. I see them as individuals (as we all should) and I offer them nothing but my respect. I think this gives me a unique approach to caring and loving the animals in my life. I work from home so my schedule is pretty flexible! I can start and stop based off the needs of you and your little buddy! I’m happy to accommodate what you need! For visits, the first think I asses is safety for myself and your pet. I also make sure I have a firm understanding of your pets needs and as well as any additional instructions you have for me. I have a very calming presence around dogs no matter how much they might bark at first or feel weary - it’s natural for them to react. So I take the time, if needed, to earn your dogs trust by letting them take their time to warm up to me.

About: I consider myself a dog lover since I was a kid! I grew up with two dogs and have been dogsitting for three years now. My wife and I have a lovely, very friendly Chihuahua, his name is Domingo and he’s 1 year old. We recently moved from Downtown Austin where we used to dog sit for our neighbors and people in our building - from puppies to senior dogs (small-medium size only). Looking to meet more dogs in the area to take care of! I'm currently searching for a job and decided to join Rover as a dogsitter in the meantime. My wife and I live in a lovely-cozy three bedroom house in Easton Park (Southeast Austin area). We generally care for small and medium size dogs since we can accommodate those more easily in our space. Friends and family often ask me to look after their fur babies when they are away because they know they will be nurtured , loved and watched over. Pet sitting was one of my first gigs as a kid and sitting as an adult brings me wholesome joy. My day is pretty flexible because I work from home all but two days a week. My evenings and weekends are free. I have time in my day for walks, check ins and whatever else for your fur children. I prefer caring for your pet in your home. Familiarity is important for your pet. I can follow any rules or preference that you have for your fur baby. I will treat your space with respect and clean up behind myself and your fur baby.

About: I have taken care of many animals for the past 9 years and enjoy meeting each and every one. I am very familiar with dachshunds, corgis, pit bulls, and chihuahuas, but am open to any and all pets. I am a stay at home mom so my schedule is very open and flexible. Your pet will be in great care to not get left alone. I have a fenced yard and a baby gate to keep pets from walking up stairs if they have issues with trying to walk up stairs. I can kennel pets if needed as well as supply a water and food bowl.

About: I have owned dogs nearly my entire life. I have at least 22 years of experience raising and caring for dogs of all kinds. I have personally owned golden retrievers, a terrier mix, and a pit bull rescue in the past. I do not currently own my own dog due to my current move to Austin, but I frequently dog sit for my friends and family. I am an avid dog lover and have experience training puppies, administering medication, and attending to strict dog scheduling needs. I am currently in between jobs and will be available 24/7 during the week and on weekends until the beginning of October. At that time I will still be available, but my schedule will be more limited. I live in a dog-friendly apartment with my boyfriend who is also an avid dog lover and has owned dogs his entire life. We live in downtown Austin, but we live directly across the street from a 7 mile hiking trail, and about a block away from a large dog park. Daily walks, runs, and playing in the dog park will all be routine in your dog’s care.
