About: I have been caring for dogs of all sizes and ages for the past 20 years. I have always used a very simple approach to dog sitting. A tired dog that is engaged is easy to take care of. My property has lots of things that will keep your dog curious and entertained. I have squirrels that run around in the trees and moles that leave chutes in the ground. Outside my fence you will often see rabbits, deer and the occasional opossum. Your dog will love the new smells and occasional sightings of these animals. For physical activity I have plenty of long stretches for play and ball chasing as well as some basic agility obstacles your dog may find interesting. My semi wooded lot has lots of sticks to chew on. Your pet will be included in walks around the neighborhood and my local park. Having recently retired from corporate America I am looking for things to keep me busy and make use of my love of pets and experience caring for them. I also recently lost my dog to cancer and while I am not quite ready to adopt a new dog I miss having one around. I do not have a 9-5 so except for the occasional errand I will be around for your pet full time. I take the responsibility of caring for your dog very seriously. I attach a tracking tag to the collar of every dog in my care as well as an extra layer of security. Feel free to ask me any other questions you may have and rest assured you will not regret booking me for any of your pet needs. I am retired so with the exception of an errand I will be available to your pet full time. Pets are allowed on my furniture and bed. Please advise if this is a behavioral you are trying to discourage! Your pet will enjoy plenty of time outside and walks around my neighborhood and local park. I have a fenced in wooded acre. Your pet will be given free range of my home, but I will crate or contain them when I am away for their protection. I currently have no pets so your dog will receive my full attention.

About: Hey, I’m Kate! I’m a college student studying to pursue Radiological Technology, and continuing to incorporate my love for animals! I am completely open to any animals such as dogs, lizards, bunnies, birds, even snakes! I’ve helped reactive dogs, sick dogs, and I’ve even owned a bearded dragon! I am just now finishing my second semester of college and will be available full-time during the first week of May! I’m open to anything from just a walk, to a week’s worth of care. About: I have never had a dog of my own, but have plenty of experience around them! I have helped family and friends with their pets on many occasions. I am a stay at home mom and I don’t go anywhere often, so I have plenty of time to take care of your pets! I have a large 2 story house and a fenced in area. I do have my 4 year old son at home until he goes to preschool so prefer dogs that like kids! My cat typically stays upstairs so your pets can stay downstairs with me. If going to someone else’s home, I will follow all instructions left for me, and take care of your home and pets as I do my own.

About: I’ve had several dogs, I have 4 at the moment and make sure each one gets the same amount of attention and love. I take them on walks and play with them when I can. I’m currently available at any time. I make my own schedule and can adapt to your needs. I can take dogs on walks and play with them. About: I’ve always loved animals and always have had pets. I’ve worked as an assistant groomer in NY. Many friends have relied on me to take care of their pets while at work or on vacation. Some of these pets have been on special diets, so I'm very conscientious about any food or treats that I gave them. The animals love me, and I love them. I am working part-time at a local grocery store on the weekend. My hours are the same every week. I have Monday though Friday open to care for any and all pets. I can also go before and after I work to take your dog or dogs out. An also spend some time with them I currently live in an apartment. I walk my dog, Martha, everyday. I take time each day to play and work with her and to encourage social interactions with other humans. I also care for the feral cats that live around the apartment building. When I have cared for friends pets in the past, I’ve fed them, walked them and generally spent time with them. They get lonely when their owners are gone, so I try to counteract that by spending quality time with each pet.

About: I’ve had dogs and cats my entire life, and even a horse when I was younger! I have taken care of my animals for 6+ years, so I’ve fed, walked, bathed, and given medicine to these animals for that time. About: I have been dog sitting for the last 2 years and babysitting for 7 years. Building a relationship with my family is everything. Also, making sure that I am following all of the rules and instructions the family lies out. I work FT in HR. Therefore, I am available to dog sit on weekends and during the week after I get off work. Usually, I am able to coordinate a schedule pretty easily with families. When I stay overnight, I make sure the dog(s) sleep with me in the bed, if they are allowed. I try my best to walk the dogs at least twice a day and play with them/give them treats, and all the love they deserve!

About: Hey, my name is Sarah, but i go by Aspen! I started pet sitting years ago but now I'm back on Rover! I am currently working part time (previously full-time) at and animal hospital, where I have been for a year and nine months taking care of the boarding cats, dogs, and exotics. I know how to clean, feed, and give medicine to most animals. I have also grown up with animals and have a true passion for them. I am able to walk as many as four dogs at once and I know how to pay attention to multiple animals at the same time. Currently transitioning to part time at an animal hospital, I work Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday 7-12 and I work alternating weekends, so I get about 2 weekends off a month. I am still new to Rover and trying to plan what I will do for each dog, but it is very much designed to you! Personally, I walk my dogs 3 times a day and feed them twice a day while my cats free feed dry food and get fed wet once a day, and everyone gets tons of rubs! I love playing with my dogs, I know how to play both with toys and with out. I can really get a dog's energy out, so most breeds and puppies are welcome!
