About: Hi, my name is Shavonna and I’ve been on Rover since the beginning of Spring 2019. I’m 32yrs old and I live in Rock Hill SC, and I have two boys and a daughter. They are 1yr, 4yr, and a 11yr. I love working with animals, it’s my passion other than being a mother to my kids. I went to school for veterinary assistant and have a certification to help animals or to take care of them. I treat animals is like they was my own. I’m very sweet and gentle when it comes to someone pet and if you let me I can show you how a good pet sitter I can be! My skills are is to let the pet know that I’m in control because sometimes the pet might run over you, so you have to show them who’s boss. Any other way I will not neglect the animal nor abuse, I feel that’s an awful thing to do! Like I said you have to treat the animals as just as if was my own because they are human beings just in a different way! I work from home. So basically I be at home the majority of the day. So I have time on my hands to fit pet care in my schedule! I make sure they are well love as much love I give to my boys and daughter! I also will take them on walks as needed to get the nature outdoors!

About: I’ve taken care of dogs for over 15 years. Neighbors and friends have relied on me to walk, feed and bathe their pets while they are on weekend getaway or week long vacations. Our dog Stella loves to have other dog friends to hang around with. My wife and I both work from home and are able to take extra care of your dog during the day and at night our little ones once home from school love to play with the dogs. We are able to walk your dog two or three times a day during the work week and four or five times on the weekends along with letting the dogs play outside in the backyard that is fenced in and private. We interact with our dog each and every day, she typically follows us around the house and is very calm and quiet. The kids love to interact with her and throw the ball to her outside.

About: I grew up in a family that always had pets and working dogs mostly mixed breeds and some purebreds. I have had two dogs (one at a time) in the last thirty years. My first dog was a registered black Labrador. My wife gave her to me on our second Christmas together. Her name was Genoa - after the Italian city I studied in as a grad student. She passed away at nineteen years old. I now have a Maltese - Shih Tzu. He loves to play fetch even though he is eleven years old. I do DoorDash part-time, so I have a flexible schedule. I can work around your dog's routine to make sure they're fed and exercised regularly. In my experience, animals feel more comfortable and secure in their usual environment, so the only new element is my presence and how I interact with them. I have cared for dogs that need regular medications and exercise, and I maintain their schedule and activities as closely as possible. This is especially important to me when dealing with dogs who are crated or confined. I want to build a strong relationship with your pet based on trust and consistency.

About: I wouldn’t say I have professional experience in pet care yet. However I have confidence in my ability to care for anyone’s pet as I have many years of experience with my own cats, dogs, and hamsters. With frequent walks, treats, and my undivided attention. I know I can keep a pet happy and active. I am excited to help you help me with my pet care journey!! I have a very flexible and open schedule. I am not in school yet and do not have a full time job. I can work any day of the week at reasonable hours around (6:00am-10:00pm). I have a medium sized home with a big back yard. Your pet will be in the company of my sweet dog and my sassy cat. My pets receive frequent feedings, cleanings, treats, and attention. I live with my twin brother and my mom who are animal lovers as well.

I'm comfortable administering oral medications when needed and always do my best to follow each pet's normal routine so they feel as happy and stress-free as possible. I currently have flexible availability for drop-in visits, dog walks, and house sitting. Once my fall semester begins on August 25 and I start my weekday nanny position on August 31, my availability will become more limited, but I'll still be accepting bookings that fit my schedule. I do my best to respond quickly to messages and keep my calendar up to date so you'll always know when I'm available. I know it's a big deal to trust someone with both your pet and your home, and I don't take that responsibility lightly. I'll follow your pet's routine as closely as possible, keep their environment clean and comfortable, and provide updates and photos so you can relax while you're away. During our meet and greet, I'll ask plenty of questions to learn your pet's routines, preferences, and any special instructions so I can provide the best care possible.

About: Whether your dog be small and hyper, large and lazy, or somewhere in between, I am guaranteed to put in the time and effort to make sure your pet is comfortable and content while you are away! I also take pride in good communication and leaving your home as I found it when performing home visits/stays - I treat everyone’s pets and belongings as I would my own! I have experience with pets of all sizes and personalities and am able to provide the patience it takes to tend to each one’s individual needs. A little about me: - I work a remote position, so I am home/available during the day. -My fiancé, Jacob, and I moved from Virginia to NC in July of last year, and just recently purchased a home in Rock Hill! We live with our beloved Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, Willow. - I have a B.S. in Biology with a pre-veterinary minor - JMU alumni (GO DUKES!!💜💛). I also have experience working as a veterinary assistant in various clinics. - I enjoy traveling and spending time outdoors. I’m also a major foodie and love to cook or going out to try new restaurants! About: I have plenty of experience with dogs and cats! I have had repeat clients and have helped family and friends with their pets on many occasions. I will always treat and love them as I would my own. I am a stay at home mom and I don’t go anywhere often, so I have plenty of time to take care of your pets! I typically provide potty breaks every 1-2 hours and will go on walks if requested, as long as it’s not too hot out. I live in a large 2 story house with a fenced in area and is in a quiet neighborhood. I have a 4 year old son and twin 5 year old girls so your pets need to be okay around kids! If going to someone else’s home for drop ins, I will follow all instructions left for me, and take care of your home and pets as I do my own! 🩷

About: I have lived on a farm and owned pets my whole life! I love animals and I'm very accustomed to taking care of them. I also occasionally house-sit and pet-sit for close friends and family! I am currently a part time college student in Lynchburg and I only have a residential class one day a week. I do work part time as a server so some days I might have to take care of your pet until I go to work in the afternoon and then return in the evening. Dog/house sitting works better for me because I live on a farm with lots of other animals, which can make it tricky to keep other pets in the house.

About: Hello i just started this service but i had dogs all my life and many dogs of my friends i used to take care off. So i am well aware of how to take care of multiple dogs and also this is my fill time job now and i will look around with utmost care and oh yeah i love playing with them. So i promise they wont be bored at all. I recently quit my job because i decided to take this up full time and i will be available all the time so yeah i am so looking forward to host and play and care all of the pets😀 I have a fenced yard and quite big and also have a pet stella( boston terrier) who is very very friendly and playful and loves dogs and humans

About: I am a previous dog owner and have the biggest heart when it comes to animals!! I’m great with bath time and training. I love the outdoors and have no problem spending plenty of time outside running around playing catch! There is a dog park in my neighborhood and plenty of places in the area if the dog isn’t use to other animals. I live 10 minutes from river walk and other great walking trails! I also have a nice size patio for sun bathing. I use to work at a dog kennel so I have experience working with every size dog from a chihuahua to an English mastiff. About: I have taken care of animals since I was a teenager. Friends and family have trusted me to take care of their beloved pets! My personal animal family has consisted of two cats, a Husky, a Guinea pig and Chocolate lab name Waggs. If I can be trusted to watch a untrained husky for a month successfully, I can watch any animal lol. I love and welcome all animals! I’m currently not working and I have open availability to watch your dog anytime and any day! Best days for me are weekdays and weekends! I live in a dog friendly neighborhood where there are plenty of dog friendly areas to walk your dog. I cant wait to meet them!

About: I've owned 3 dogs throughout the years and I've always petsat for friends and family since I was a young teenager. I am also a former employee of Happy Dog Daycare and Spa for 3 years. I have kept some clients from my time at Happy Dog and still petsit for them, my friends and family regularly. Typically every other week or a few times a month. I have a collection of dog toys and keep food and treats stocked in-home. If pet parents allow, I will let their dog play with my family's dogs, daily walks around the neighborhood or local parks and a comfortable environment. These also apply for house visits and any activity or request made by pet parents will be followed.

About: I've taken care of dogs of all breeds since I was 16 years old. I love walking, caring and looking after your furry friends and will treat your dog like it was my own! I'm a lover of the outdoors and will take your dog on a wonderful walk or for playtime outside! I have experience administering medications (both oral and injection) to senior dogs and caring for dogs with unique needs (deaf, blind, partial paralysis, etc.) My work schedule is currently very flexible, so I have time during the day for potty breaks and walks, as well as house sitting during the week and weekends. I will follow all instructions when caring for your dog in your home. My motto is to leave a place better than I found it!

About: I’ve had a dog since I was 9-10. I always take care of my family dogs when they go on vacation. I’m the best dog caregiver ever. I love all types of dogs, no task to hard. I have two sweet dogs I’m on a routine always, I currently do nails but that’s as a side job since I’m still in school online and It’s whatever hours i can log in I do have a fenced yard and also there’s a dog park at my house that me and my two fur baby’s love going outside to play and they will keep your fur baby company for sure they are the sweetest.

About: I have had cats and dogs my whole life, haven’t yet met an animal that didn’t like me. I have experience with difficult dogs, nervous and overly excitable fur missiles. I’m willing to work with them as long as I feel safe to do so but im not a trainer, I don’t know how to make them unlearn bad behaviors and learn good ones. Right now I don’t have a regular full time job, I have been searching and applying but no offers as of yet. I have no kids or pets of my own so I’m available at nearly any time, from drop-in visits to overnight sitting. I understand letting a stranger into your home is unsettling, I don’t take it for granted and I’ll do my best to respect your home and pets. I don’t currently have my own home, I live with others so I’m unable to board pets. It tends to be less stress anyways for the pet to stay home where they are in a familiar environment. Unless they have a rigid routine involving sleeping in your bed with you, and won’t go to bed otherwise, I tend to stay on the couch.
