I’ve pet sat for my aunt’s cats on multiple occasions. I have experience with giving medication to both dogs and cats and would be comfortable doing this for your pet. I’m currently taking online classes to do earn my masters degree so my schedule is extremely flexible. I’ve available most anytime during the day on weekdays and most weekends The safety and happiness of your pets is my utmost concern. I will follow any and all instructions that you give me for how to care for your pet. I’m happy to play with your pet when I come and take them for walks outside.
About: Hi! My name is Morgan, and I’ve been around animals my entire life. I have experience caring for both dogs and cats of all ages and understand how important it is for pets to feel safe, comfortable, and loved while their owners are away. Whether it’s feeding, potty breaks, walks, playtime, basic care, or simply keeping them company, I treat every pet like they’re part of my own family. I’m dependable, attentive, and committed to following your pet’s routine so you can have peace of mind knowing they’re in good hands. Pet care is naturally set into my daily and weekly routine. I schedule my day around feeding times, walks, play time, and check-ins to ensure every pet gets consistent care. Mornings and evenings are dedicated to exercise, enrichment, and cuddles, while afternoons include potty breaks, supervision, and rest time. My schedule is flexible and intentionally designed so I can give every animal the attention, and time they deserve. When pets stay in my home, I create a safe, supervised, and comforting environment set to their needs. I maintain clean spaces, provide cozy rest areas, and offer play time. I follow the pet’s normal routine as closely as possible, including feeding schedules, medications, and preferred activities, so their stay feels familiar and stress-free. When caring for pets in a client’s home, my goal is to keep their routine uninterrupted. I handle feeding, walks, bathroom breaks, medication, playtime, and any specific instructions exactly as provided. I also respect the home environment by keeping everything tidy and secure. Whether in my home or yours, I focus on communication, safety, and reliable, compassionate care that helps pets feel calm, comfortable, and understood.
About: 🌱Since a little girl all the way up to now I have been surrounded by animals. I have experience in caring for both cats and dogs alike as I have fur babies myself; 3 cats and a Pharaoh Hound. 🌱 🌿I will gladly follow special care instructions and supervision advisories as needed to ensure your pet is comfortable in their own home.🌿 ✨Have an Exotic/ “Unconventional” pet? I’ll care for them too! 🐠🦜🐁🐍🦎( this excludes Insect pets.)✨ All I ask is that if I am to pet sit to please allow me to bring my dog if it is overnight stay. I am typically available full-time on the weekends only as I have all day off on those days. Weekdays I am available after 5pm. After I get off of work I typically care for my own pets before relaxing myself. I like to follow instructions provided by the owner. I typically prefer to give pets their respective space unless they show to be needy with affection or hyperactive and need an outlet for their energy via playtime!
About: Over 50 Years of Devoted Pet Care With more than five decades of hands-on experience, I have spent my life surrounded by animals—and wouldn’t have it any other way. From dogs and cats to horses, rabbits, and even rescues, caring for animals isn’t just something I do—it’s who I am. I have never lived a day without a pet by my side, and animals naturally trust me in a way that feels almost magical. Whether I am gently nursing a senior dog, chasing down a runaway pup with a worried neighbor, or caring for someone’s beloved cat like it’s my own, I bring patience, love, and a deep understanding of animal needs to everything I do. Pet sitting with me isn’t just reliable—it’s personal, heartfelt care from someone who truly connects with animals. If your pets could talk, they’d tell you they can’t wait for me to come back. I am retired and happily available full-time—weekdays, weekends, holidays and even last-minute needs (unless I’m spending time with my grandkids). Whether it’s daily check-in’s, overnight stays, or extended care, I’m here when your pet needs me. Your pet’s safety, comfort, and happiness are my top priorities. I treat every animal as if they were my own—earning their trust with patience, kindness, and plenty of love. I always follow your specific instructions and routines, whether that means meal times, medications, walks, snuggles, or just quiet companionship. I know how important consistency is, and I strive to keep your pets relaxed and cared for in the comfort of their own home. What I Offer: • Drop-in visits (feeding, playtime, potty breaks) • Dog walking • Overnight stays • Medication administration • Lots of love and attention I also keep you updated with messages and photos, so you always know your pet is safe and happy. I understand how much trust it takes to leave your animals in someone else’s care—I don’t take that lightly.

About: I’ve had the opportunity to take care of dogs that have hearing, vision, and temperament problems. I’ve never had an issue not being able to walk a dog. And if you haven’t ordered dog, I will have no issue helping the dog get stepped or into a car if needed. I love all dogs and I personally own a large dog and a medium sized dog. I’m currently work full-time so I won’t be completely available all the time, but I’ll make time for your pups. But I’m a pretty flexible person. I don’t offer for the animals to be kept at my house. If I were to have a dog stay at my home or if I had to go to a clients home, I would just make sure to have all of my things together as well as ground rules with the owner.

About: Hi, my name is Shavonna and I’ve been on Rover since the beginning of Spring 2019. I’m 32yrs old and I live in Rock Hill SC, and I have two boys and a daughter. They are 1yr, 4yr, and a 11yr. I love working with animals, it’s my passion other than being a mother to my kids. I went to school for veterinary assistant and have a certification to help animals or to take care of them. I treat animals is like they was my own. I’m very sweet and gentle when it comes to someone pet and if you let me I can show you how a good pet sitter I can be! My skills are is to let the pet know that I’m in control because sometimes the pet might run over you, so you have to show them who’s boss. Like I said you have to treat the animals as just as if was my own because they are human beings just in a different way! I work from home. So basically I be at home the majority of the day. That being said, we are more than willing to give ample enrichment via new park walks, frisbee throwing or training exercises. We are also skilled at grooming dogs and cats, including nail clippings, if that is an interest. We love to give cuddles and share our bed and couch, but we have crate trained before and will do whatever is best for your pet. Special dietary issues are no concern, as we already deal with daily in our home.

About: Hi! My name is Morgan, and I have a strong passion for caring for animals. I’m also finishing my bachelor’s degree online and plan to apply to veterinary school in the near future. I take pride in providing attentive, compassionate care and making sure every pet feels safe, comfortable, and well-loved while you’re away. Whether it’s sticking to routines, administering medications, or just giving extra cuddles and attention, I treat every pet like my own. I am more than happy to provide updates on your pet throughout the day, to ensure they are being properly cared for!

About: I am a previous dog owner and have the biggest heart when it comes to animals!! I’m great with bath time and training. I love the outdoors and have no problem spending plenty of time outside running around playing catch! There is a dog park in my neighborhood and plenty of places in the area if the dog isn’t use to other animals. I live 10 minutes from river walk and other great walking trails! I also have a nice size patio for sun bathing. I use to work at a dog kennel so I have experience working with every size dog from a chihuahua to an English mastiff. Keep me in mind for all of your dog walking and over night stays! Thank you!
About: I have lived on a farm and owned pets my whole life! I love animals and I'm very accustomed to taking care of them. I also occasionally house-sit and pet-sit for close friends and family! I am currently a part time college student in Lynchburg and I only have a residential class one day a week. I do work part time as a server so some days I might have to take care of your pet until I go to work in the afternoon and then return in the evening. Dog/house sitting works better for me because I live on a farm with lots of other animals, which can make it tricky to keep other pets in the house.
About: I've grown up with dogs my entire life and currently have both a dog and a cat who mean the world to me. 🐶🐱 Over the years, I've cared for pets for neighbors, friends, and repeat clients through drop-in visits, walks, and house sitting. I love getting to know each pet's unique personality and making sure they feel safe, comfortable, and loved while their family is away. I'm comfortable administering oral medications when needed and always do my best to follow each pet's normal routine so they feel as happy and stress-free as possible. I currently have flexible availability for drop-in visits, dog walks, and house sitting. Once my fall semester begins on August 25 and I start my weekday nanny position on August 31, my availability will become more limited, but I'll still be accepting bookings that fit my schedule. I do my best to respond quickly to messages and keep my calendar up to date so you'll always know when I'm available. I know it's a big deal to trust someone with both your pet and your home, and I don't take that responsibility lightly. I'll follow your pet's routine as closely as possible, keep their environment clean and comfortable, and provide updates and photos so you can relax while you're away. During our meet and greet, I'll ask plenty of questions to learn your pet's routines, preferences, and any special instructions so I can provide the best care possible.

Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a walker. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your walker or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your walker questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and walkers on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement walker.
