“Couldn't be happier with the care our dog received. They kept us updated with photos and messages, and it was obvious our dog was happy, comfortable, and well cared for. They treated him like one of their own, and we came home to a relaxed, happy pup. It's such a relief to know we have someone we can completely trust. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for a dependable, caring dog sitter, and we'll definitely be booking with them again!”

“I had a lot of anxiety leaving my pup for the very first time and Russell did an amazing job with her! I would highly recommend him for your pet’s care! She was very well taken care of and he played with her, took her on walks and made her feel right at home. She is a high energy dog and he did fantastic with her!”

“Our pup had the best time staying with Jessica and her fam!! She was absolutely fantastic, loved him like her own and sent us so many photos and updates. Loaf will definitely be back to stay soon!”

“Everything went great with Ronald. My puppy, Kodi, enjoyed his first stay with him. Nice house and fenced in backyard too. Just rebooked for this weekend. Highly recommended.”

“Nicholas and Sara were fantastic again! Ruby had an extended stay with them and they were great about taking her for walks, playing fetch, and letting her roam and sunbathe in their backyard. They were thoughtful with their daily updates and flexible with drop off/pick up. Really couldn’t ask for better dog sitters!”

“It’s was the first time Bailey was with other dogs. We were a bit nervous but Sandra made sure that he had a great time. We feel very comfortable to let him stay with Sandra and her family. We definitely will book with her again.”

“This was our first time using Joselyn and she was amazing. She sent pictures each day, took Mochi on lots of walks, and to the dog park. Even with me not having good cell service on my trip, I knew Mochi was being taken care of very well. I’ll definitely use her again. Thank you ❤️🐕🦺”

About: I had pets ever since I was a little girl. My dream job would be to work with animals. I currently have two cats at home who I rescued after being abandoned by their mother. They are sweet and loving but can be a little shy or skittish around new people and things — so they may hide at first, but they warm up quickly! They are fully socialized and pose no threat to visiting dogs or other pets. I am a dog lover and I'm looking forward to watching and caring for your pets. Even though I'm new on Rover I hope I can earn your trust on caring for your pets. I'm hoping this experience will help me create my own successful dog boarding business in the future. Right now I work full-time at Mac.bid. Fill free to message me if you have any questions or concerns about anything. I look forward in working with all of you. Thanks. I work full time Monday through Friday , so I am only available to care for your pup on weekends — Friday evening through Sunday. During this time I am fully dedicated and able to give your dog my complete attention, love, and care all weekend long! While I do have a fenced yard, I also use a ground stake and leash for added security during outdoor time — especially for dogs I am not yet familiar with. This ensures your pup can enjoy the fresh air safely while I get to know their personality and behavior. All outdoor time is fully supervised regardless!
“Jennifer was fantastic with my dog Cody. She sent pictures and videos daily and messages letting me know how he was doing. Cody hasn’t done well in boarding environments. On the way home from Jennifer’s he was calm and content. He also became buddies with her dog Milo. I will certainly be taking Cody back to Jennifer!”

“Cannot say enough great things about Rachel and Lucas! We have used Rover over 6 times and have not had as near of an awesome experience as Hux did with them. With every picture and update, their care and attentiveness to Hux was visibly expressed, and even shown when he wanted to stay to play once being picked up. In the past, Hux has been taken care of well by other Rover sitters but the genuine love and care that was shown by Rachel and Lucas made the upmost difference and made leaving Hux the least stressful yet!”
“Brooke and Mark are wonderful! Excellent communication and lots of photos and videos. Our dog has been overly anxious in other boarding settings and was very comfortable here. We appreciated the walks and all the play time outside. We will definitely book again!”

“Elaine and Chip were wonderful with our dogs. They came home very tired. Our dogs are bigger so I know it can be a lot but they were so loving with our fur babies. They lived the fenced in back yard♥️”

“Christopher and Nicole are wonderful to our Simba. We were lucky to find them and we definitely will be rebooking in the future. And we recommend them to anyone! They are awesome.”

“I can't say enough positive things about my and my pup's experience with Brad. 1. Booking/Communication - From the initial booking, Brad was communicative and responsive ensuring that I would feel comfortable even before I dropped my pup off. 2. Drop off - At drop-off, Brad was extremely attentive to understand the unique needs of my pup especially as it pertained to his medication. In my moving around, I forgot to bring something my pup needed. Brad was extremely helpful in getting it resolved so that my pup's stay would be just fine. Additionally, Brad went out of his way to ask how, and what frequency, I wanted to be updated on my pup's stay. 3. Stay - My pup had a fantastic time staying with Brad and having pup siblings at Brad's house. I'm confident of this not only because, true to his word, Brad was not only communicative about what was going on each day (for the entire ~3wk stay), but he also sent pictures and videos with funny notes! I could see that my dog was active not only outside but inside the home, was playing well with the other dogs, and was being loved and snuggled daily. 4. Pick-up - The day of pick-up, my flight was delayed impacting my ability to pick-up my pup on time. Brad was completely understanding and was communicative to ensure that I had no worries. When I arrived to pick up my pup, all of the things I sent with my pup came home in great condition AND Brad sent me home with a treat that he had graciously been giving my pup as well! I could tell my pup was excited to go home but was sad to leave Brad and his new friends! Overall, we will DEFINITELY use Brad again and recommend him to anyone that is looking for someone to treat their pup like family when they have to go away. Thanks again, Brad!”

“Joshua and Audrey were awesome taking care of our fur baby! They sent lots of photos and were very responsive. My dog Roger had lots of fun playing with Chomps all weekend.😊”

“We couldn't have found a better pet sitter than Lisa P. Our dog Petey has a lot of anxiety, but Lisa knew exactly how to deal with him. She sent us pictures every day of him and he looked so happy and relaxed. We are so happy we found her and could relax on our vacation and not worry about him.”

“Nicole was great with my goldendoodle Kingston. She kept me updated from the time I left, and each day after. She sent me photos of him playing with her two dogs, and a German Shepard that was there one day on a play date. Kingston was well cared for, and judging from the photos he had a ball while there. He was able to run and play in Nicole's hugh backyard, and Kingston also had a dedicated room in her house to nap/sleep. Nicole is a fantasic sitter and I could tell that she loves dogs. I would definitely reommend her services if you need a dog sitter.”

Many sitters in SC ask that dogs be up to date on core vaccines like the Canine Parvovirus, Canine Distemper, Canine Adenovirus, Bordetella, and Rabies.
By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.
