“Connor was amazing! We are so glad we found him to watch our pup while we were out of town. I was nervous about leaving him since this was my first Rover experience, but Connor was so reassuring and he sent such great pictures of Prince living his best life while we were gone. Our pup is a young rambunctious teenager of a boy and Connor did so great with him! He even worked on some new commands & did some training while we were gone. We will absolutely book again for our next vacation!!”

“Amazing and thoughtful. Buddy has separation anxiety and when left he struggles. She has been very open to working with my dog. Buddy adjusted well due to her calm and loving nature. Thank you so much ❤️”

“Victoria was absolutely amazing! Oliver came back so happy and relaxed. It was clear he had a wonderful time and bonded really well with everyone there—he even seemed to miss them afterward! Thank you so much, Victoria, for taking such great care of him. We truly appreciate it and would highly recommend you to anyone looking for a loving and reliable dog sitter.”

“Corey was absolutely awesome!! My pup is shy of new places but the daily videos and pics Corey sent to me showed he acclimated immediately! I am so happy to have found Corey to take care of my fur baby!”

“Kaitlin and Yung were wonderful with my dog! I got daily pictures and updates, which I really appreciated. I’ve already booked another boarding with them. Thanks so much, Kaitlin and Yung!”

“Really appreciate Rebeca helping dog sit our sweet boy, Bailey with very little notice! She was very communicative throughout the whole process and while we were out of town which I very much appreciated. Love that she has a big fenced in backyard space too. Will definitely keep her in mind for our next dog sitting needs!”

“Gail goes out of her way to make sure our boys feel comfortable while they are away from home. She never disappoints and I do not worry while they are in her care which says a lot. She always sends photos and keeps me in the loop.”

““Jaelyn stepped in last minute to care for Nala after my sitter canceled, and I’m so grateful she did! While she didn’t proactively send pictures or updates, she always responded promptly whenever I checked in and clearly communicated how Nala was doing. She was incredibly patient and understanding with Nala while she experienced some stress-related accidents in a new environment with other dogs. Jaelyn answered all my questions thoughtfully, helping me understand and feel confident about Nala’s behavior. She is kind, sweet, and truly caring — I highly recommend her!””

“I can’t say enough good things about the care my 12-year-old baby Dharma received! Leaving an older dog behind is never easy, but from the moment we connected, I knew Dharma would be in loving hands. Mei was incredibly attentive, patient, and truly treated Dharma like part of the family. I received regular updates and photos, which gave me so much peace of mind. Dharma came home happy, relaxed, and clearly well cared for. If you’re looking for someone who genuinely loves dogs and understands the needs of senior pups, Mei is the one. Thank you so much for taking such wonderful care of my girl!”

“Mary watched my two dogs a total of four times for three days at a time, and I waited till the last visit to write a review. Mary is absolutely awesome. My youngest can be a handful at times, but Mary is extremely patient, caring, and truly just loves dogs. I received a message from Mary on the second visit that my dog threw up and was not feeling good. She asks me if she can boil chicken breast and rice for him to have something easier on the stomach. This just made me feel good about leaving them in her care and that she had his best interest. She truly wants the best for them. She is the first person my dog has ever ran up to invitingly and was not timid of. I will definitely be going back to Mary if I’m in need of a good dog sitter.”

“Carolyn was so nice!! She was great with updates and her family seemed so nice too. Her dog penny was very sweet and seemed to get along great with Wally. Thanks so much Carolyn!”

“My dog Sammy loves staying with Luz. Her dogs, Professor and Chickenleigh are very sweet and kept Sammy company during his stay. Luz was very attentive and sent me pictures everyday. Highly recommend!”

“Jane was amazing! She shared very thorough updates every evening during Mickey’s stay along with photos and videos. Very well communicated and easy to reach out for any questions even before his stay. Thank you Jane for everything!! :)”

“We are so thankful to have Kayla watch our Lucy! She goes above and beyond. We always know she's in good hands. Lucy just loves her and gets excited to see her when we drop her off!”

“We cannot thank Catherine enough for the service that she provides. Our pup is always very happy to arrive at Catherine’s and, more importantly, happy and relaxed when he returns home. Catherine was so kind and flexible when our flight was canceled, resulting in what we anticipated would be a very, very late pick up. You should not hesitate to make a booking with her. She will take very good care of your fur baby.”

“Quincy had a great week with Michelle and her family, including Cinnamon. Quincy was taking medications and recovering from leg surgery. Michelle cared for him the way I would have. This was our first stay with Michelle and we will definitely stay with her again.”

“Ann & Richard were wonderful! Scout had a great time in their beautiful home and loved running in their big backyard! She will definitely be back when we head on our next vacation, thank you again!”

“I can’t recommend Noelle highly enough! From the moment we met her, it was clear that she genuinely loves and understands dogs. She took amazing care of our pup, Noelle sent regular updates, and little notes about how he was doing, which made us feel completely at ease. Not only did our dog look happy and relaxed when we got home, but it was obvious he had built a real bond with her. Noelle went above and beyond in every way”

Dog parents share their Rover experiences - Clifton
Linda took great care of our dog, Goldie. It was really nice to have her at a home that only boards one dog at a time as I think multiple dogs can become overwhelming. Linda’s dog, Lucky, is very sweet and I know Goldie enjoyed having Lucky as a playmate. Linda kept in touch with us and sent photos of Goldie during her stay. It was nice to have peace of mind about our dog being taken care of in a loving home while we were away.

This was Luna's first overnight stay (10 days) with a non-family member. When we did the meet and greet, Shaye and Peter were very warm and asked a lot of questions about Luna. They were made sure Luna felt comfortable with them by letting her sniff around their hone. It was apparent they were dog people. During the stay, Shaye sent periodic updates on how Luna was acclimating to her stay and pictures. We felt very comfortable with Luna staying with them. Their dog, Julep, was very sweet and mild mannered. We would definitely use Shaye again in the future.

If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
