“Rachel truly goes above and beyond with the pups she walks/watches. She made sure our pup felt comfortable with the fireworks due to it being the fourth. She even turned on some music to help calm our pup with the noise and text me to let me know and even came back to open the door so the pup could go hide under the bed in her safe place. Rachel makes it so I do not have to worry about our pup when I am gone. I highly recommend her! She will be our go to as long as we are in the area. She is always on time and leaves details summary of what went on. Again I can not recommend her enough or thank her enough for what she does!”

“Alicia always goes above and beyond to ensure that my Pippa is well taken care of. When my flight was canceled last minute, she was so flexible with adding and adjusting visit times.”

About: My love for animals started as a child growing up around and taking care of horses, dogs, cats, and guinea pigs. I spent many years riding and working in barns as well as teaching riding lessons to children, and have always been the go-to for friends and family when pet care or house sitting is needed. I also had my own dog for about 8 years, a Staffordshire Terrier named Chloe who sadly crossed the rainbow bridge 3 years ago. I recently moved from Colorado Springs, CO and am excited to give your furry friends some play time and TLC! While in Colorado, I helped my good friend with her dog business on Rover for about 3 years, so I have experience with drop-in visits (with both dogs and cats), dog walks, housesitting, and also provided boarding in my home which I plan to do again eventually. Knowing and understanding your pets temperament, routine and any special needs is highly important to me to ensure they are comfortable and safe at all times. I also have experience in senior dog care and medication administration for both dogs and cats. I'm highly flexible with scheduling right now as I am hoping to make pet care my full time job. I do request at least 1-2 business days notice so there is time for a meet and greet, I feel this is very important so I have a chance to meet your furry friend and understand their temperament, routine, and any special needs. I am always highly respectful of your home as well as your pets routine, ensuring they are happy and comfortable and not saddened while you are away!
About: Hello, my name is Lydia. 🐶🐈⬛ I am a full-time pet sitter and dog walker/hiker with more than a decade of experience that began with large and high energy dogs. Thank you for considering me to care for your pets! My first priorities are always the comfort and happiness of your pets alongside the security of and respect for your property. 🐾🐾🐾 I only charge $10 per additional pet for each service! House-sitting is priced to include staying overnight in your home for the full extent of the stay--including weeknights--as well as all bathroom breaks, walks, playtime, etc. your pet will need. If you do not need or want me to stay overnight, please select either a drop-in visit or walk/hike option. 🐾🐾🐾 My childhood dog, B.B., a fiercely loyal Jack Russell terrier, taught me how strong the bond between animals and their humans can be. My family adopted B.B. when we were both four years old, and we grew up together exploring the woods around our Mississippi home. As a Jack Russell, he was only about 15 pounds, but he was scrappy, incredibly smart, and I knew he would protect me from anything we encountered on our adventures. He was my best friend and companion through an unpredictable and often stressful childhood, and he looked out for me until he passed away at nearly 20 years old. Now I try to give the same patience, attention, and companionship B.B. gave me back to the pets I care for. The first pet I took care of besides B.B. was a Weimaraner belonging to my neighbor that I began dog sitting at the age of nine until I was a teenager. Since I first began dog sitting over 15 years ago, I have cared for all creatures great and small from pet rats to dogs, cats, chickens, ducks, and even horses for extended stays. I've cared for pets of all ages, ranging from puppies to seniors, including complex care requiring medicine to be given multiple times a day. One of my own cats, Sabbath, has feline lower urinary tract disease and requires two oral medicines which I give to him daily. As an experienced cat owner and sitter, I am not afraid to work with cats with all their claws or antisocial personalities and find that, through time and building trust, even the most stubborn personalities will open up to me. My childhood adventures with B.B. instilled in me a lifelong passion for staying active and exploring nature through hiking. To this day I am an avid hiker, and I believe that B.B.'s active lifestyle is one of the factors that allowed him to live such a long, healthy life. Now I take my toy Australian shepherd, Andy, on these adventures and specialize in exercising and socializing dogs on group hikes. I have experience hiking dogs as a pack of two or more up to eight dogs at one time (including multiple dogs over 100 pounds at one time). These pack hikes have proven to be physically, mentally, and socially enriching for my doggy clients, especially recurrent pack hikers. They love the new sights, new smells, and playtime with other dogs. I am a flexible, full-time sitter, and I am currently available any day of the week for one-time or recurrent dog walking/hiking, drop-in visits, or overnight house-sitting until slots begin to fill up! For walks and hikes, I always bring plenty of water for myself and the dogs along with other necessities including waste bags, a first-aid kit, and, if needed, paw protection. When caring for pets in their own homes, I work with pet parents to try to keep their pets' routines as consistent as possible, adding in walks and playtimes as needed, to ensure they are just as comfortable as when their parents are home. I have two cats and a dog of my own, so I do not typically offer care in my home.
“Hailey was incredible! She came to my house to take my baby out for potty breaks while I was away and treated him like her own. Super reliable, caring, and thoughtful—highly recommend!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

About: What truly sets me apart is not just my love for dogs, but the hands-on experience I have caring for a wide range of breeds and personalities. I currently have three dogs of my own a sweet 8-year-old Chihuahua-Yorkie mix who is our spoiled little baby, a very energetic Shih Tzu who keeps me on my toes, and a gentle giant of a German Shepherd who’s just a big cuddly lovebug. Because of them, I have real-life experience managing everything from small, senior pups to large, high-energy breeds. I’m especially patient with hyper dogs I know how to keep them active, happy, and well-behaved. Whether it’s caring for older dogs who need extra love or keeping up with pups who never seem to run out of energy, I genuinely enjoy every moment of it. I treat every dog like family and strive to make them feel safe, loved, and entertained while you're away. You can trust that your furry friend will be in caring and capable hands! I currently work part-time with a flexible schedule, which means I get to choose the shifts that work best for me. This allows me to easily plan around pet sitting needs. As long as I’m given a little notice, I can adjust my work hours to fit your schedule whether that’s for regular check-ins, overnight care, or last-minute plans. You can feel confident that your pet will get the attention and care they deserve without any conflicts. Although I don’t have a fenced yard, I make up for it by using leashes and taking pets on regular walks around my neighborhood or to nearby parks. I enjoy being active and love spending time outdoors with the dogs, giving them plenty of exercise and enrichment. My own dogs are very friendly and would love the extra company, which helps create a warm and welcoming environment for any visiting pets. I’m dedicated to making sure every pet feels comfortable, safe, and cared for whether they’re staying in my home or I'm visiting them in theirs.

“Leslie is a pleasure to work with. She’s fast to respond, professional, and makes us feel safe leaving Kota in her care. Would recommend to anyone looking for a walker or boarder.”
About: I have taken care of multiple dogs and cats since I was 15! Family friend and friends have trusted me to take care of all the needs of their pets and I love doing it! I am currently a student at Austin Peay and work during the day, but I have a pretty flexible schedule during the day so I would be able to check on pets during the day. I am free during evenings! I primarily take care of my dog Koko by making sure she gets enough outside time, bathing her, and feeding her. She gets lots of play time and loves when I give her treats

As a manager of a doggie daycare, I have experience in basic and obedience training as well as administering injection and oral medications. I will follow your instructions to ensure your pet is comfortable and safe. I'm active, love walking dogs and participating in playtime with your fur baby.
