About: I have had both dogs and cats my entire life and currently have both in my home. I would love to meet all of your furry friends! I am currently on a 12 week leave from work so I have plenty of time on my hands to ensure the best care for your pets. I have no problem with coming to your home to care for your pets, but if needed, my home is always open to any pets in need.

Pet care blends seamlessly into my daily routine because my remote work allows me to control my own hours. Since I am base-camped at my home office throughout the day, I have the unique freedom to step away for drop-in visits, morning feedings, or mid-day check-ins without restriction. I intentionally structure my workflow around your pet's specific care windows, treating their breakfast, play, and dinner times as the fixed anchors of my day. You will never have to worry about rushed visits or skipped routines; my flexible schedule ensures I can arrive reliably on time, stay for the full duration of the visit, and provide your pet with relaxed, unhurried companionship exactly when they expect it. Because I only care for dogs inside the comfort of your own home, my absolute priority is maintaining a secure, familiar, and stress-free environment for your pup while strictly respecting your property. 1) First-Visit Protocol: I always begin with a detailed Meet & Greet to learn your dog's unique triggers, gate or door codes, hiding spots, and emergency contacts. 2) Escaping & Door Safety: I am hyper-vigilant about "door-darting." I always look before opening external doors, double-check that deadbolts are engaged, and ensure all yard gates are securely latched before letting your dog out. 3) Leash & Walk Safety: During walks, your dog will always be securely collared/harnessed and kept on a standard, non-retractable leash. I maintain a high level of situational awareness, actively avoiding strange dogs, off-leash areas, and potential wildlife conflicts. 4) Home Security & Hygiene: I respect your home as much as I respect your pet. I wipe muddy paws at the door, clean up any accidents immediately using pet-safe products, ensure toxic foods or houseplants are out of reach, and keep your home locked tight when I leave. 5) Peace of Mind: With my remote work schedule, I arrive precisely when promised. You will receive detailed updates and photos after every single visit so you always know your dog is safe, happy, and well-cared for

About: I am the definition of a pet lover!! All my life I have owned all kinds of pets, including dogs, cats, lizards, frogs, snakes, and birds. I’ve been pet sitting since I was 12, I made money as a young teenager by passing out flyers in my neighborhood offering walks and play sessions. I’ve cared for many different breeds and sizes, and as an adult I have raised and trained 2 puppies, a Pit Bull and German Sheppard, and adopted four seniors. I currently sit for family and close friends regularly. I have a 9 year old chihuahua mix named Tucker and a chameleon named Skittles I am currently working full time but I am off Thursday-Saturday and off at 2 on the days I do work so I am available and time that I am not at work! I will treat your furry family members the same way that I treat mine, my chihuahua Tucker lives his life like a king! He sleeps in the bed with me and my wife every night and we have a fenced in dog park at my apartments so he gets to run around and play fetch and then when we are done he expects his massage session with my impact massage gun, we also have a grooming station on site so he very much enjoys his weekly baths. At my dads when I pet sit for him I take his German Sheppard Elsa on long walks and play hide and seek with her in the house(she always wins) My sister has a Golden retriever puppy so when he isn’t sleeping he is wanting to play chase and fetch in the back yard.

When I lived in Florida for about 9 years, I regularly pet sat for families, including overnight and extended stays of up to a month, as well as drop-in visits for walks and playtime. I genuinely connect with the animals I care for—I still remember and think about the dogs I’ve watched over the years. I believe the Lord created animals with love and purpose, and caring for them is something He has placed on my heart. I treat every pet like they are my own, making sure they feel safe, loved, and cared for while you’re away. About: My husband and I started fostering dogs through Nashville Humane Association in 2018. We fostered dogs in various sizes, personalities, and ages. A few foster dogs required medical accommodations such as oral medication administration and medicated baths. We adopted our current dog - REMI, beagle mix - in 2020 and we enjoy every second with our little guy. We are here to provide the care for you and your pet(s). We will keep your dog(s) safe and loved while they are under our care. I work full-time locally and My husband works full-time remote. We are home most of the time relaxing after work. We will be able to provide flexible availability to you. We have three+ acres of land where your dog(s) can roam and enjoy the freedom under supervision. We have a 20 lb beagle mix - six year old who can be your dog’s playmate.

About: I have multiple years experience working at a shelter. I also raise my dog gamble who is a German Shepard wolf mix. He is 3 I am currently a single stay at home mom with my 2 year old son and have plenty of free time for all your fur babies I am able to do walks or outside play time if your yard is fenced. About: My wife Diana and I run the Barksville Pet Waggin here in Clarksville. We have been growing our pet/home sitting business steadily for the last 15 years. We moved from Texas 4 years ago. Before that we served as pet sitters in the Austin, TX area for 3 years. Prior to moving to the Austin area, we had numerous clients throughout El Paso and Las Cruces, NM. We have experience caring for animals of all sizes, varieties and ages, administering pet medication including shots, walks, and caring for animals with special needs. We have significant experience with older animals who need special care. We also have experience dealing with larger dog breeds who can be a challenge to care for or walk. We have cared for a wide variety of animals in the past including dogs, cats, birds, lizards, goats, chickens, geese, horses and even an alpaca!! When away we’ll make sure that your fur-children have lots of cuddles and playtime. We enjoy helping fur babies get the exercise they need to stay happy and healthy until mommy or daddy return. My wife works but helps out and we often share overnight duties. Having two of us does often help with flexibility in scheduling. We also do have a team of background checked and trusted pet sitters who work for us who help fill in the schedule when we can’t. These sitters are trained, insured and supervised by us. You will get the same Barksville Pet Waggin quality from all of our sitters and you will know, meet and approve in advance of who will be in your home if we are unable to do your sitting. You will know BEFORE you book if we are not available. Anyone booking for a holiday period must pay one month in advance and these reservations are non refundable. Half of the reservation amount can be credited towards a future booking. ** If you are booking an overnight pet sitting we do require an actual bed to sleep in. An air mattress in the living room or couch surfing is not going to work for us. If you want older more reliable people you get older bad backs that require a real bed. If you would like care in our home we could take small dogs there. We have a fenced yard and one small dog of our own. Diana’s mom is home full time so pups would have supervision all day.

About: I’ve been sitting / watching dogs and other animals for more than a couple of years and I truly enjoy what I do . I dogsit for primarily the neighborhood I live in and all of my clients are by word . Your animals will be in the best care and get all the love they need ! I love to make sure they’re in the best care and I even send pictures throughout the day to update people on how they’re animals are doing ! I’m currently a full time college student at APSU . I’m done everyday around 12:30 so after that my day is free ! Weekends are not busy at all so those work perfect as well ! If I were to sit in the weekdays I’d do a morning stop then of course whenever school gets out go and check up on the animal ! I have a fenced in yard if clients need their dog to stay at my house . Amazing neighborhood but I do prefer to stay at houses the dogs are used to do to potty issues inside of the house from a new home . I do routinely walks and overall give amazing care to animals of all kinds !

Although I don’t have a fenced yard, I make up for it by using leashes and taking pets on regular walks around my neighborhood or to nearby parks. I enjoy being active and love spending time outdoors with the dogs, giving them plenty of exercise and enrichment. About: I grew up with 5 dogs who were family and continued this into my adulthood. I have two beautiful dogs who are my children as I don’t have any but them. My sister received her degree in animal behavior and has passed all of her knowledge onto me. I truly understand the anxiety of finding a place for your babies while your away and rest assured they will become part of our pack. I work from home and prefer not to leave the house most days with how traffic is. Walks are standard in the morning and evening but can be modified if your doggo isn’t leash comfortable. Feeding is 2-3 times a day with my lab getting 3 times a day so we do have different feeding schedules already if yours is different! I do have leads currently for the un fenced backyard (to be fenced in the next month) but we like to sit outside and work throughout the day for plenty of fresh air. I upgraded to a sectional just for the dogs as it’s just me and them. Senna and Frankie love company and we hope to see you soon!
