About: I’ve taken care of dogs since I was a kid. We always had pets growing up. I work from home and watch one dog at a time, giving them the attention and care they need. I work from home with a flexible schedule, so I have plenty of time for walks, play, and pets. I am able to accommodate to the dog’s that I’m watching schedule. I live in a dog friendly neighborhood that is great for walks. I make sure dogs are well fed and will cook for them if needed/wanted. I am also comfortable giving dogs medication they may need.

About: We've designed our experience a little differently than most. Rather than filling our home with multiple unfamiliar dogs, we intentionally host just one dog (or one family's dogs) at a time. We made this decision because we know separation can be hard. Our goal is to give every guest a calm, relaxing vacation while giving their humans peace of mind knowing their pup has our full attention. My husband Cameron and I have both been around animals our entire lives and have experience with puppies, seniors, bulldogs, and dogs with special needs. We also have two young kids (ages 3 & 6) who absolutely love animals and know how to be gentle and respectful around them. Whether your dog loves hiking, backyard sniff sessions, playing fetch, or simply curling up on the couch for a nap, we'll happily match their pace. We'll also send plenty of photos and updates throughout their stay because we know being away from your dog isn't always easy. We'd love to meet you both! We keep our schedule intentionally flexible so we can build our day around your dog's routine instead of expecting them to adjust to ours. Your dog's safety is our number one priority. Our backyard is fully fenced and we supervise outdoor time closely. Because we have young children, we've already built our home around safety. Medications, chemicals, and anything potentially dangerous stay locked away, and as a gardener I'm always mindful of which plants are safe and which aren't. If your dog joins us for a walk or an adventure, they'll always be on leash and right by our side. They won't be left unattended anytime, ever. We don't take guest dogs to dog parks or introduce them to unfamiliar dogs. We prefer controlled environments where we know exactly what's going on. We know leaving your dog with someone new can feel stressful. We take that responsibility seriously and will care for them like one of our own.

About: I am a compassion-driven dog-lover who strives to provide a peaceful and relaxing stay for your pup. As an animal shelter volunteer at OAS and rescue dog owner, I have experience working with dogs from all walks of life! I’m particularly experienced with helping shy dogs and senior dogs relax in new environments. As a fully remote worker, my flexible schedule allows me to be present for the dogs in my home. Your furbaby will also have my dog Shrimp as a companion! Shrimp is a calm little dog that loves lounging in the sun and napping on the couch! He’s a very sweet pup and is kind to other dogs! Over the years, he’s helped me rehabilitate many of our shy and injured foster dogs. I WFH full-time from Monday to Friday, so I provide breakfast and a AM walk just before I start my work day. During the work day, your dog will have access to my private fenced yard for potty breaks and sunbathing. After work, I provide a PM walk, dinner, and evening cuddles! For weekend stays, we are flexible based on your dogs preferences! We love going on outdoor adventures if that is something your dog is into. For dogs that prefer a lazier weekend vibe, they can sunbathe with Shrimp in my backyard while I do gardening! I will treat all dogs in my home as if they were my own. I WFH for 5 days a week and my husband WFH for 2 days a week, so there is almost always an adult human in the home. Our yard is fully private, fenced and secured to ensure a safe environment. Because this will be a new environment, some dogs may start off shy or unsure of themselves. I always take special care to provide a calm/safe space for your dog to ease into their surroundings and warm up!

About: At my house, your dog will be in a cozy family environment with my two friendly pugs! Other than my two dogs, yours will be the only dog in the house. I only accept one dog at a time! No contact with unknown dogs over here :) After years of watching dogs for friends and family, I decided it’s time to take it professional! I am a knowledgeable dog lover, a remote worker, and I have a great (fenced!) backyard. After an early wake up and garden time, we have puppy breakfast and then a snuggle sesh! During the day we alternate between downtime in the office/free roaming and outdoor breaks when weather allows. Outings happen in the evening, we love the east bay regional parks! If we don’t have time for an outing, we bust out the backyard toys to still get in a good chunk of playtime :) Banshee (1.5, pug mix) is always down to play tag with pups that have more energy, and Azula (6, pug) is ready for a couch nap partner all day long My large backyard is fully fenced, to keep my two small dogs safe. Even so, we never leave dogs unsupervised! I am a lover of (force free!!) crate training to keep dogs safe and secure when left alone for short periods of time, but as a remote worker this is rarely necessary. I am knowledgeable of plants and foods that are dog toxic, and am experienced in dealing with allergies and other minor health issues and I am comfortable giving medication.

About: Berkeley Humane Society and Oakland Animal Services volunteer, trained with dogs of all temperaments. I also dog sit for family and friends, and love building trust and keeping routines consistent. I focus on quality walks, not quick outings. When appropriate, I take dogs to East Bay spots like Point Isabel, Albany Bulb and Berkeley Marina for space and stimulation. For drop-ins, your dog will get lots of attention, movement and care. I walk my dogs daily, often on longer outings. I adjust pace and distance based on your dog’s needs. Dog care is my priority right now. I’m available mornings, afternoons, and evenings. I have flexibility and I can accommodate longer walks or extended visits I prioritize safety at all times. Dogs will always be on-leash and handled either full attention and control. About: **Available after 3pm on M,Tu,W,Th, Anytime on F,Sat,Sun** I’ve cared for dogs my whole life and have always loved being around animals. Growing up, I regularly helped care for my family’s dogs whenever they needed support, which gave me plenty of hands-on experience with feeding, walking, playing, and making sure pets feel safe and loved. I’m also a cat parent to my two kitties, Michi and Kiki, whom I’ve raised since they were just 8 weeks old. They’ll soon be two years old! Caring for them has given me daily experience with cat care, routines, playtime, and creating a calm, comfortable environment for pets. I genuinely enjoy spending time with animals and treat every pet with the same love and attention I give my own. I am currently a master’s student at UC Berkeley. Most days of the week, I end classes at 1pm, so I will be available after that, Sundays and Saturdays the whole day! I have a large apartment for your pup to play in! I also have an outside space for your pup to play in with supervision. Your pet will be my priority during our time together, and rest assured that they will be treated with the utmost respect, love, and kindness!
