Vivian was so great with our border collie. She has a past injury to her trachea so walking can be difficult for her, she was so patient with her and took her time. I definitely recommend her!

About: I've been an animal lover my whole life. I have taken care of all types of animals. Friends and neighbors have always trusted me to take care of their animals, starting at a young age. I have taken in strays, rescued several dogs from shelters. I also volunteered for an animal rescue for several years and have fostered animals from time to time. I am the person who finds the pets at an event and stays with them the whole time. I have experience with dogs, cats including puppies and kittens, seniors, and animals with medical needs. I currently work only about 5-8 hours a week and have plenty of time to cuddle and walk your pets. Spending time with animals is my favorite thing to do. I will walk your dog twice a day, and can also take your pets on drives (with my pet seatbelt and/or car seat) if that's something you would like. Daily belly rubs are always included :) I have a fenced back yard. Pets are welcome to all areas of my home and always allowed on the couches and bed. I also have a comfortable dog car seat for dogs under 50 lbs as well as a collar/harness seatbelt restraint for larger dogs. I will take up to 3 dogs at a time, if your dog loves to be social (My home is two-story, with multiple dog gates should your dog need a break also). If your dog prefers to be the only animal around, please let me know and I'll let you know if I can arrange that.

About: "As a dedicated and reliable pet caregiver, i will provide an experience tailored to your dog’s unique personality and needs. I understand that your dog is a beloved family member, which is why I prioritize maintaining their familiar routine—from specific feeding times and favorite walking routes to their preferred sleeping spots. Whether your pup is an energetic adventurer who needs plenty of playtime or a calm senior who appreciates gentle companionship and belly rubs, I offer attentive, one-on-one care in a safe and loving environment. You can travel with total peace of mind knowing I provide regular photo updates, clear communication, and the same level of affection I give my own pets. My goal is to ensure your dog stays happy, healthy, and tired out until your return!" As a part-time employed Mom and Grandma, I like to be busy and have time to spare for loving more than just my family and pets. At this moment, I have 3 dogs and two cats, all who need my personal attention several times a day. I would love to do that for you too. I know what it’s like to be stressed about your kitty or dog while away and I can help relieve that, even for just a day or a week.

About: I am 31 years old, pretty active. Dogs around me usually get what they want. I spoil them more than i spoil myself. They are family so I will treat them like family. I am a stay at home mom & I lam easy to get a hold of. If you want pictures everyday, i will provide you pictures everyday. I love hikes and going for walks. Let me know your needs and I will follow your rules. All I ask is that I meet you & your dog beforehand so we can make sure that your dog is okay with me & won’t think I’m a stranger just walking in the house. I am a huge animal lover! Can’t wait to meet you and the pup/pups! I have two dogs of my own that I adore! I’ve had them both since they were pups. They are my first kiddos. I take care of them daily. I follow all rules that are given to me. If they love all the pets then I will love them with all I got. If they love fetch, then I’ll throw the ball until they get tired.

Kelsey is fantastic! Kelsey has been walking our dog on a regular basis for the past four months. She is responsive and has even been willing to walk my dog at the last minute. She always sends cute pictures of my dog which puts a smile on my face while I am at work. She has watched our dog when we were out of town for four days. I highly recommend Kelsey and will continue to have her as a friend to our dog.

About: I’ve always had a love for animals. When an animal needs watched I’m the one family and friends call. I’ve done anything from drop in visits to a week at a time. I live in a home with dogs and ferrets. I also have a love for cats! I am familiar with them and take care of my grandmas cats when she needs help or overnight stays. Thank you for considering me to take care of your fur babies! As of now I am in school Tuesdays and Thursdays from 12-1:30ish. I also have softball practice Mondays and Wednesdays 5:15-7:45. I am available to house sit on those days as well if you are ok with me leaving for a bit. If you need last minute help please reach out. If I’m available I have no problem heading over! I would prefer no walks after dark if it’s an unsafe area. I have no problem caring for your pet however you would like. Walks, feeding, bathing, medications etc. We can go over that as needed. Thanks!

About: I’ve grown up around all types of animals and breeds mostly pitbulls and I currently have a pitbull of my own that I rescued around six months old and have been raising myself he’s so sweet and gentle I also help take care of my sister‘s pitbull I take him on multiple walks a day while she’s at work and givelots of attention, taking them on walks and playing with them is very important to me, I’ve also house sat for neighbors and took care of their pets, and that included cleaning their horses and chicken stalls and giving there dogs medicine/supplements multiple times a day Because I do not work a traditional job my schedule is completely open and dedicated to your pet. I customize my daily routine entirely around your dog's normal habits. For house sitting, I can stay at your home throughout the day to ensure constant companionship. For drop-in potty breaks, I am highly flexible and can visit whenever your dog needs a relief break most. Your pet will never have to wait long for a walk, a potty break, or a belly rub! When I watch pets at your house, my main goal is being respectful of your home and keeping your pets safe and stuck to their usual routine. I treat your home with total respect and always make sure doors and gates are locked tight. Dogs stay on a leash for walks, and I keep a close eye on them in the yard so they don't get into anything. I'm super clean, I always pick up after them, and I'll send you tons of cute photo updates so you know they’re happy! And I’ll follow any and all rules!

About: Hi! I’m a dedicated pet sitter who understands that every dog has unique needs, energy levels, and routines, and I take that seriously. I’ve cared for both cats and dogs since my teens, with experience across small and large breeds, senior dogs, and pets who require medication. I’m also comfortable caring for dogs with more complex needs, including epilepsy, and I prioritize calm, attentive handling to keep them safe and supported. What sets me apart is that I don’t just “watch” dogs, I focus on structured, engaging care that helps them feel balanced and happy while you’re away, whether its walks tailored to their energy level, mental enrichment and engagement during visits, consistent routines to support behavior, or lots of affection and attention. I’m very active and love being outdoors, so I’m happy to include longer walks, hikes, or more engaging outings if that’s something your dog enjoys. Since I work a full time job from home, I have a flexible schedule and am willing and able to give your pet the attention it needs throughout the day. Routine comes easy for me, and my work schedule makes it easy to adapt to whatever you need for your pet. I can also send regular updates and photos, so you always know how your pet is doing and can feel completely at ease. I treat every pet like my own (I have 3 dogs!), with patience, attentiveness, and genuine care. I’d love to connect and see if I'd be a good fit for you and your pet! **House Sitting Update:** Starting June 2026, I’m offering house sitting with daytime care rather than overnight stays. I’m happy to spend as much time as needed with your pets throughout the day, including extended visits and multiple days in a row. For stays lasting multiple days, I’ll typically head home around 9:30–10 PM and return around 7 AM the following morning. This allows me to provide plenty of quality time, attention, and care for your pets while still maintaining my overnight schedule at home. I’m happy to work with you to create a routine that keeps your pets comfortable and your home well cared for while you’re away!

Rylee is fantastic. I can’t recommend Rylee highly enough. She walked my dog, and he absolutely lights up when he sees her — tail wagging, full-body wiggles, the whole package. You can tell she genuinely loves what she does, and dogs pick up on that instantly. Rylee is reliable, communicative, and always goes the extra mile. She paid close attention to his needs and quirks, and treated him like her own. It’s one thing to have a dog walker — it’s another to have someone you trust completely with your four-legged family member. That’s Rylee. If you’re looking for someone who is caring, professional, and genuinely exceptional at what she does, look no further. I was lucky to meet her, and anyone who hires her will be too.

Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a walker. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your walker or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your walker questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and walkers on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.

Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.

Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.

If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement walker.
