About: I've been a pet owner and I currently help my 5 adult kids with all their fur babies. Currently I live with my daughters 10 yr old great Dane named Lincoln. But when I'm in North Tacoma I help with a 13 yr old Australian Shepard named Dot. 3 yr old Corgi named kenzo. 9 yr old terrier named Kona. 1yr old terrier named Mocha. I am a full time grandma of a granddaughter who'll be 2 in Nov 18th. I will and can do house sitting during the week but it had to include allowing me to bring my granddaughter. She's great with dogs and cats. The whole family has them in various breeds and sizes. Otherwise I am available for weekends Fridays Saturdays Sundays possibly Monday if there's no school. My daughter is a elementary teacher so I was available all summer but now that she's back to work I have limited house sitting days but still open for pet check ins. I am detail oriented. About: I have always had a dog since I was a kid, when I was a teenager I used to walk dogs around my neighborhood. I also volunteered for an animal rescue. Now, I work for an animal urgent care and have experience with both dogs and cats, as well as own my own dog and cat. I'm currently working full time, so for boarding your pet may be alone while I'm at work unless they are kennel trained they can go to work with me. I will be taking them on walks before and after work. I work 10 hour shifts Monday through Thursday. I have one dog who is young and loves to play all day! I can kennel your pet if needed, as well as my own. I have fenced land for the dogs to run and play.

About: I’ve had pets all my life—countless cats, three dogs, two parakeets, fish, and two ferrets. I worked for PetSmart for a year, caring for their animals, and have experience with sick pets. I volunteered at my local Humane Society for a while as a dog walker, and I owner-trained my current dog, a retired/at-home service dog. I’m currently free the majority of the day and at night. As long as I have enough time to take care of my own pup at home, I can arrange my schedule around taking care of your pets, too! I’m a big fan of maintaining routine for pets whose people are out of town. I like to follow a schedule for feedings and walks and to maintain a training routine if that’s part of your life!

About: I have been pet sitting for a few years ever since I was in high school. I have taken care of many animals such as dogs, puppies, cats, guinea pigs, and chickens. I understand that every pet has their own individual personalities and take that into consideration. While I have fed according to their meal plans and dietary needs, walked, and given lots of love an attention to dogs and other animals I also take in their personality into consideration. It is important for your dog to feel comfortable and safe with the person taking care of them so that they won’t feel lonely or anxious while you’re away. I’m not currently working since I’m in Washington now after coming from school. So for now, my schedule is pretty open but I may get a part time job in the future if I can to help provide payment for my tuition. I walk the dogs at requested times or if the dog desires to do so, I always try my best to stay punctual on when they should be fed, taking them out on potty breaks, playing with them and giving them the care they need.

About: I’ve always had a love for animals. When an animal needs watched I’m the one family and friends call. I’ve done anything from drop in visits to a week at a time. I live in a home with dogs and ferrets. I also have a love for cats! I am familiar with them and take care of my grandmas cats when she needs help or overnight stays. Thank you for considering me to take care of your fur babies! As of now I am in school Tuesdays and Thursdays from 12-1:30ish. I also have softball practice Mondays and Wednesdays 5:15-7:45. I am available to house sit on those days as well if you are ok with me leaving for a bit. If you need last minute help please reach out. If I’m available I have no problem heading over! I would prefer no walks after dark if it’s an unsafe area. I have no problem caring for your pet however you would like. Walks, feeding, bathing, medications etc. We can go over that as needed. About: Live in a coded community? For reasons listed below, I NO LONGER provide animal care services to those living in an apartment complex requiring door codes for entry. ***PLEASE NOTE***, do to a recent experience that left me in utter shock with a pet parent, a parent who posed a security threat to not only her own animals, also my business as an independent pet sitter with her level of disorganization (not being able to provide working access codes before the visit began), financial hardship (pressuring me fo reduce care costs for several bookings in a row), harassment and dishonesty, I have decided I am choosing to no longer provide services to those living in an apartment that requires codes for entry. This pet parent had not properly provided access codes for the stay, began to harass me over her mistake, this overall, severely impacted how access and care for her pets could be handled which makes me too worried I may be put in this situation again by another pet parent, as a result of this pet parents disorginization by not being able to provide working codes, I was placed in an emergency situation in caring for the pets, an emergency situation that took 2 extra days of my time to help her out with with the animals, while I am happy to try and problem solve on the spot, jump through any necessary hoops to help resolve issues, due to the nature of my business, as an independent animal sitter, I would simply prefer to avoid that scenario and specifically type of access issue to pets altogether, unfortunately, my confidence in accepting bookings from those choosing to live in coded apartments depending on technology to enter, entirely depends on the actual owner providing working codes before a visit begins, it is just too much of a case by case basis, leaving me worried the pet parents will not be able to deliver proper access codes. As much as it pains me to deny services or care to anyone with pets, I just do not want to have pets in a situation where I am not provided working access codes, causing me to not be able to reach the pets. Regardless if you promise the codes you or your office will give me, will work, the owner will have to eat the cost of the locksmith when the owner the person distributing the non-working codes. Non working codes requiring a locksmith, will require additional time as they try and resolve the coded issue. It is unfortunate one bad experience with a disorganized/dishonest pet parent has caused me to deny services to others in this style of, 'living situation', though I do feel confident I will be matched to much more compatible, more organized pet parents who can properly provided a method to access the pets, (key, working codes, fob, link), and provide a safe and secure environment to their pets, again, with *working access codes* to ensure that my care can reach and be provided to the pets. My success relies on the orginization of your 'logistics'. A front door key to a house has worked well for me in all my life. Non working codes to a multi coded door entry system, deny entry to any person trying to access the unit. Though my intentions are set to deliver care to your pets, I cannot risk any failure of technology to be the reason I cannot deliver to your pets. I am a pet sitter who relies on proper access methods being provided by the pet owner, when the pet owner fails to provide proper access methods, I cannot deliver without a locksmith. For that reason, I choose to not accept coded apartment clients. Post bad experience, I now have a business phone to allow me better access to coded communities, though I am too worried I will be provided incorrect codes when more than 2 codes are necessary for entry, for this reason, I am declining any services to those who live inside of a surveillance complex requiring codes to access the "home".... Thank you to all my highly organized, very honest, very respectable, high clientele that I do still have, you all and your pets, are why I am still thoroughly fulfilled in providing care. You are the ones who make it very worth it. As a result of adding on a business phone for any coded community app based access, I have increased my prices to reflect my additional flexibility to serve you and your pets. About: Very detailed with following the instructions of pet owners and giving attentive care to pets in a loving and nurturing environment with walking services and in home care. I’ve raised 3 cats over 18 years, but they have all passed on. I’ve also provided dog care to family and friends over the past 10 years. I have integrated animal care into my standard routine on an as need basis, sometimes more heavily than other times, but it all works out in the end. I give them plenty of room to play and exercise and feed them 1-2 times a day. With dog’s I walk them every 2-4 hours and provide them with a fenced back yard with proper supervision. I would never leave them alone in the back yard unattended.
