About: I love animals and have been around and cared for them all of my life. I have two dogs of my own and owned a horse ranch for the last 20 years. I now live in a new neighborhood, with a fully fenced yard. I do work during the day so my husband cares for our Rover pets while I am gone. All dogs love him and he is home during the day. I am a very experienced horse owner and can provide care for livestock as well as cats, dogs and birds. I raised Andalusian horses and have been around them most of my life. Pets are my passion, are important and I love to be around them. They make me happy and I would love to pamper your pets! For house sitting clients, I do work from 6-2pm. I am happy to house sit but am gone during those hours. My husband lets the dogs out as needed all day long. He is home all of the time, so we do not leave our boarders alone. Our clients pets interact with our own pets. We cannot take in pets that do not get along with other dogs and cats. Our boarders will sleep with us or on their own bed if one is brought.

Drop in visits seem to be the most comfortable as it can even be strange for them having someone new stay in their home

About: I've been a pet owner and I currently help my 5 adult kids with all their fur babies. Currently I live with my daughters 10 yr old great Dane named Lincoln. But when I'm in North Tacoma I help with a 13 yr old Australian Shepard named Dot. 3 yr old Corgi named kenzo. 9 yr old terrier named Kona. 1yr old terrier named Mocha. In the past when we picked up our cat at sitters he comes to us ready to come home, but this time he just laid there looking at us in the other room, ignoring us when we called him to come. You can tell our animals were well taken care of and were happy.”

“My dog Judy had a blast boarding with Chris, Bear and Cosmo. The accommodations were super dog friendly, with dog gates, doors, and especially the huge yard setup where the dogs had tons of space to run, play, and burn off energy. Judy got plenty of exercise and there was more than enough room for larger dogs to be comfortable too. Chris also took them to the great dog parks nearby, and Judy had a great time exploring there as well. It was also nice that all the dogs got along, which made everything feel easy and comfortable. Judy came home happy, tired, and had a great time during her stay. It was obvious she was being very well cared for and getting lots of attention the whole time. Thanks Chris!”
