Hi! I’m a dedicated pet sitter who understands that every dog has unique needs, energy levels, and routines, and I take that seriously. I’ve cared for both cats and dogs since my teens, with experience across small and large breeds, senior dogs, and pets who require medication. I’m also comfortable caring for dogs with more complex needs, including epilepsy, and I prioritize calm, attentive handling to keep them safe and supported. What sets me apart is that I don’t just “watch” dogs, I focus on structured, engaging care that helps them feel balanced and happy while you’re away, whether it’s walks tailored to their energy level, mental enrichment and engagement during visits, consistent routines to support behavior, or lots of affection and attention. **House Sitting Info:** I’m happy to provide house sitting with daytime care and spend as much time as needed with your pets throughout the day, including extended visits and multiple days in a row. My standard house sitting schedule does not include overnight stays, but I may make exceptions on a case by case basis when the circumstances are a good fit. I’ll discuss this with you during the meet & greet and consider factors such as your pets’ needs and schedule, the distance from my home, and my family’s schedule at the time of the booking. If I’m not staying overnight, I’ll typically spend the day with your pets and head home around 9:30–10 PM, returning around 7 AM the following morning. I’m happy to spend as much time as needed during the day to provide plenty of quality time, attention, and care while you’re away, and I’ll work with you to create a routine that keeps your pets comfortable and your home well cared for!

Ingrid took great care of our home, dog, and two cats. She even helped troubleshoot when our septic pump decided to throw an alarm while we were away for the week. Highly recommend her and will definitely use her again for our pets!

Ingrid is a dog lover for sure. When I went to meet her the first time, she came out with 5 large dogs surrounding her .... and she had all of them under control. I found her concern to keep my pet's regular schedule to be a sign that she understood how important routine meant to my pup. They got along fine and I've used her time and time again. I've gone for long weekends and even week long holidays and she was always able to accommodate my pup's needs.

Schedule
Since I work a full time job from home, I have a flexible schedule and am willing and able to give your pet the attention it needs throughout the day. Routine comes easy for me, and my work schedule makes it easy to adapt to whatever you need for your pet. I can also send regular updates and photos, so you always know how your pet is doing and can feel completely at ease. I treat every pet like my own (I have 3 dogs!), with patience, attentiveness, and genuine care. I’d love to connect and see if I'd be a good fit for you and your pet!
