About: I've been an animal lover my entire life and have hands-on experience caring for dogs of all sizes, breeds, ages, and personalities. I've owned pit bulls, Italian Greyhounds, and cats, giving me firsthand experience with everything from strong, energetic dogs to sensitive, high-energy breeds and independent felines. Because of this, I'm comfortable adapting to each pet's unique needs and personality. In addition to caring for my own pets, I've volunteered at my local Humane Society, where I spent time working with dogs of various breeds, sizes, temperaments, and backgrounds. This experience helped me become confident handling dogs with different energy levels and personalities while ensuring they felt safe, comfortable, and cared for. I'll follow your pet's routine, administer medications if needed, and carefully follow any feeding, walking, or care instructions you provide. With experience caring for my own pit bulls, Italian Greyhounds, and cats, as well as volunteering with dogs at the Humane Society, I'm comfortable working with pets of different breeds, sizes, and temperaments. I'll provide plenty of love, attention, exercise, and regular photo updates so you can have peace of mind knowing your pet is happy, safe, and well cared for while you're away.

About: For 15 years I ran a successful dog walking business outside of Boston, and have now returned to the northwest to help my mother age in place. I'm missing my animal friends, and am ready to help with yours! I'm experienced and mature, conscientious, reliable and careful, with the same high expectations for myself that you have. About: I’ve been taking care of all kinds of animals for over 8 years now! I love dogs and cats, but I’ve also cared for horses, goats, sheep, pigs, chickens, and more! I’m a full-time university student, but I’ll still have plenty of time to care for your animals! Especially in the evenings and afternoons! I’m free most of the summer as well! I have a big yard for your pups to run around in, and a friendly little pup of my own! I can crate your pup if needed, or I can also drop in to your home as well!

About: I've been a pet owner and I currently help my 5 adult kids with all their fur babies. Currently I live with my daughters 10 yr old great Dane named Lincoln. But when I'm in North Tacoma I help with a 13 yr old Australian Shepard named Dot. 3 yr old Corgi named kenzo. 9 yr old terrier named Kona. 1yr old terrier named Mocha. I am a full time grandma of a granddaughter who'll be 2 in Nov 18th. I will and can do house sitting during the week but it had to include allowing me to bring my granddaughter. She's great with dogs and cats. The whole family has them in various breeds and sizes. Otherwise I am available for weekends Fridays Saturdays Sundays possibly Monday if there's no school. My daughter is a elementary teacher so I was available all summer but now that she's back to work I have limited house sitting days but still open for pet check ins. I am detail oriented. About: I’ve grown up spending time with and taking care of my own dogs and cats as well as those of my family and friends! In the past couple years I have been doing a lot of pet sitting for people from my job and church, and I would love to branch that out to be able to meet more furry friends! I’m currently working a very part time job, so I have lots of time for hanging out with your animals! I only work a couple evenings during the week so I have plenty of free time especially during mornings and mid-day on weekdays:) Usually when I pet sit I stay overnight, but I have had a couple instances where I just check in every once in a while and I’ll play with them in their own space so they can be as comfortable as possible!

About: I've been an animal lover my whole life. I have taken care of all types of animals. Friends and neighbors have always trusted me to take care of their animals, starting at a young age. I have taken in strays, rescued several dogs from shelters. I also volunteered for an animal rescue for several years and have fostered animals from time to time. I am the person who finds the pets at an event and stays with them the whole time. I have experience with dogs, cats including puppies and kittens, seniors, and animals with medical needs. I currently work only about 5-8 hours a week and have plenty of time to cuddle and walk your pets. Spending time with animals is my favorite thing to do. I will walk your dog twice a day, and can also take your pets on drives (with my pet seatbelt and/or car seat) if that's something you would like. Daily belly rubs are always included :) I have a fenced back yard. Pets are welcome to all areas of my home and always allowed on the couches and bed. I also have a comfortable dog car seat for dogs under 50 lbs as well as a collar/harness seatbelt restraint for larger dogs. I will take up to 3 dogs at a time, if your dog loves to be social (My home is two-story, with multiple dog gates should your dog need a break also). If your dog prefers to be the only animal around, please let me know and I'll let you know if I can arrange that.

About: I've had dogs all of my life, numerous breeds and energy levels. I've personally owned a Golden Retriever and now a Bernese Mountain Dog. I used to run dogs in college and I fell in love with dogs, so I thought why not get exercise with a furry friend by my side! I can work with various leashes/collars/harnesses, etc. I've trained dogs with basic commands and potty training. I would love for your dog to come meet us and our Bernese! I have a Bernese Mountain pup, so between working full time and raising kids, making sure my little not so little pup gets exercise and a lot of sniffing everyday is extremely important and has become a fixture in our schedule. Teddy is fully vaccinated and can provide proof, so no need to worry! I ran and walked dogs in college for 2 years and I loved it. I've had numerous dogs in my life time and I make sure the dog is comfortable and ready to enjoy the time with us! This stay be a dogs most enjoyable time of the day, so making it fun especially with our Berner while getting to the point is crucial. Whatever piece of equipment like leash, harness, collar or piece of walking equipment you prefer for your dog I will work with. Comfortability is huge for pups/dogs. Crate would be preferred if not potty trained. I can let pups out to pee during the night. We want your dogs stay to be the best and would be grateful for your trust in us!

About: I have had dogs for my entire life! I currently have 2 dogs. Both are Rhodesian Ridgebacks. Trinity is our senior girl 13 yrs old, and Shira who is 2. I have had the most experience with big dogs (mainly German Shepherds and now Rhodesian Ridgebacks). I have done Schutzhund with my shepherds and have done dog shows and obedience shows locally with my Ridgebacks. Our dogs and the ones I take care of are always my priority. I treat all dogs like they are mine so they get all the love, snuggles, and attention they want. I have a safe and secure home and yard. We have a 3/4 acre completely fenced back yard fenced to 6 feet high. We are in the country and have lots of bunnies for them to chase. We also have a creek on our property that in good weather would be fun for the dogs to play in. I have some agility equipment that I will break out when the weather is nice and let dogs go through those or show them how. For rainy days we have toys and dog puzzles to keep their minds active. We also have a shop that I can put up agility equipment when the weather is lousy and cold so they can chase each other around in there if they are getting antsy. I also do daily obedience with my own dog and any other dog that is with me and wants to join in. While most of my experience has been with big dogs, I will work with any style and breed of dog after I meet them and we get to know each other. I also have experience working with packs of dogs, as at one time, I had a large pack of both German Shepherds, and then Ridgebacks. I also have a lot of experience working with puppies and can help with basic training. I seem to have a knack to help dogs who normally don’t eat or are very nervous when being left with someone else. I have had many boarders who’s moms and dads said were picky eaters or wouldn’t eat for a couple of days and somehow with me they eat well, don’t miss meals, and many times expand their diets. If you have a dog that takes medication I can, and have, administered meds that their parents bring. But I will only administer prescription meds written by a licensed veterinarian to the specific dog with explicit instructions. Bottom line, I don’t just “board” dogs. They are part of the family and treated as such until you get back. They Are talked to, interacted with by my dogs and myself and my husband all day long. They aren’t just put in a room or left outside to fend for themselves. They are truly being loved and cared for from the minute they are dropped off until the minute you pick them up. My husband and I are retired so I am full time at home now. So I can board 7 days a week. And overnight care at my house will be my specialty as you never have to worry about your dog being left for hours during the day or night. I have a very “dog friendly” home. That being said my house is clean and fairly tidy. I clean daily to make sure the dogs are in the best environment. My goal is to have your dog go home with you better than when they came. If they are full of mud from playing outside in the rain they will be washed and dried before they go home. If their nails are too long I will cut them (if the dog allows). If they need to be brushed, I will brush them and often give them a massage…this is especially good for the nervous dogs. If they are scared and feel nervous they will be returned happy and calm from being pampered while you were away. Our dogs are allowed on the furniture including our bed and can play inside or outside with my dogs who are very friendly to other dogs and people. I don’t crate any of my dogs and don’t require dogs that stay with me to be crated during the day or night. If you prefer your dog to be crated at night I will follow your instructions if you bring the crate that they are used to. Many of the dogs that I board sleep in our bed but they also have very plush beds throughout our home that they can sleep on overnight or during the day for naps. Wherever they feel more comfortable sleeping is fine with me even if they don’t want to be in our room with us and our dogs.

About: I have always had a dog since I was a kid, when I was a teenager I used to walk dogs around my neighborhood. I also volunteered for an animal rescue. Now, I work for an animal urgent care and have experience with both dogs and cats, as well as own my own dog and cat. I'm currently working full time, so for boarding your pet may be alone while I'm at work unless they are kennel trained they can go to work with me. I will be taking them on walks before and after work. I work 10 hour shifts Monday through Thursday. I have one dog who is young and loves to play all day! I can kennel your pet if needed, as well as my own. I have fenced land for the dogs to run and play.
