About: I’ve cared for dogs and cats my whole life. From energetic Huskies to tiny Yorkies, plus a few adopted cats along the way. I did this for a couple years around my neighborhood in middle. I currently work part-time and take online classes at my own pace, which leaves me with plenty of hours to dedicate to your furry companions. Right now, I usually work mornings, and occasionally in the evening. So I have lots of availability in most evenings. I’ve cared for dogs in a variety of settings, including fenced yards, cable runs, and supervised free roam. I’m experienced with crate training and handling dogs with different leash manners, from strong pullers to well behaved walkers. For cats, I’ve always kept them safely indoors and monitored them closely to ensure their well being.

About: I’ve had dogs, cats, and exotic pets me whole life! I absolutely adore animals and enjoy spending time with them. I’ve had big and little dogs, cats, lizards, fish . And would love to take care of your family members as I would my own! I’m currently shifting to an opening schedule but it is a bit crazy, depending on distance from my work I can let out during my lunches as well. I do tend to stay at the house I’m sitting at so the pet doesn’t feel alone I won’t be able to bring pets to my home as unfortunately my dog is reactive. So I will not offer bording. But am more than happy to meet your pet in your home! I usually will ask for a favorite treat or snack for the pet and pick it up as a peace offering. About: Hello! I have experience taking care of small and large dogs, cats, fish, birds, horses, and small animals. Most of this is from pet sitting for family friends and neighbors, as well as taking care of my own pets. I also have some experience taking care of cats from a previous job that offered cat boarding. I’m comfortable giving oral medication and changing diapers if needed. I’m currently on maternity leave for the next 5 weeks so I have very open and flexible availability. I will have to bring my baby with me but as long as you’re comfortable with it, it shouldn’t affect your pets care in any way! I’m excited to get to know you and your furry friend! I strive to make this a positive experience all around and will ensure your pet has a great, safe time in my care. I value open and transparent communication and love sending pictures! About: I have had dogs for my entire life! I currently have 2 dogs. Both are Rhodesian Ridgebacks. Trinity is our senior girl 13 yrs old, and Shira who is 2. I have had the most experience with big dogs (mainly German Shepherds and now Rhodesian Ridgebacks). I have done Schutzhund with my shepherds and have done dog shows and obedience shows locally with my Ridgebacks. Our dogs and the ones I take care of are always my priority. I treat all dogs like they are mine so they get all the love, snuggles, and attention they want. I have a safe and secure home and yard. We have a 3/4 acre completely fenced back yard fenced to 6 feet high. We are in the country and have lots of bunnies for them to chase. We also have a creek on our property that in good weather would be fun for the dogs to play in. I have some agility equipment that I will break out when the weather is nice and let dogs go through those or show them how. For rainy days we have toys and dog puzzles to keep their minds active. We also have a shop that I can put up agility equipment when the weather is lousy and cold so they can chase each other around in there if they are getting antsy. I also do daily obedience with my own dog and any other dog that is with me and wants to join in. While most of my experience has been with big dogs, I will work with any style and breed of dog after I meet them and we get to know each other. I also have experience working with packs of dogs, as at one time, I had a large pack of both German Shepherds, and then Ridgebacks. I also have a lot of experience working with puppies and can help with basic training. I seem to have a knack to help dogs who normally don’t eat or are very nervous when being left with someone else. I have had many boarders who’s moms and dads said were picky eaters or wouldn’t eat for a couple of days and somehow with me they eat well, don’t miss meals, and many times expand their diets. If you have a dog that takes medication I can, and have, administered meds that their parents bring. But I will only administer prescription meds written by a licensed veterinarian to the specific dog with explicit instructions. Bottom line, I don’t just “board” dogs. They are part of the family and treated as such until you get back. They Are talked to, interacted with by my dogs and myself and my husband all day long. They aren’t just put in a room or left outside to fend for themselves. They are truly being loved and cared for from the minute they are dropped off until the minute you pick them up. My husband and I are retired so I am full time at home now. So I can board 7 days a week. And overnight care at my house will be my specialty as you never have to worry about your dog being left for hours during the day or night. I have a very “dog friendly” home. That being said my house is clean and fairly tidy. I clean daily to make sure the dogs are in the best environment. My goal is to have your dog go home with you better than when they came. If they are full of mud from playing outside in the rain they will be washed and dried before they go home. If their nails are too long I will cut them (if the dog allows). If they need to be brushed, I will brush them and often give them a massage…this is especially good for the nervous dogs. If they are scared and feel nervous they will be returned happy and calm from being pampered while you were away. Our dogs are allowed on the furniture including our bed and can play inside or outside with my dogs who are very friendly to other dogs and people. I don’t crate any of my dogs and don’t require dogs that stay with me to be crated during the day or night. If you prefer your dog to be crated at night I will follow your instructions if you bring the crate that they are used to. Many of the dogs that I board sleep in our bed but they also have very plush beds throughout our home that they can sleep on overnight or during the day for naps. Wherever they feel more comfortable sleeping is fine with me even if they don’t want to be in our room with us and our dogs.
