The only other time we have used this service to book care, the caregiver was also watching about six other dogs and we only got one brief note in the middle of the stay. With Peter and Missy, they only had one other dog for a short part of the stay, but the rest of the time it was just our dogs and theirs, Gunner. One of our dogs is blind and the other one is very needy, so we are always a little worried, but we did not have to be concerned at all. It was obvious that they were being given all the attention and care that we would hope for, and they became fast friends with Gunner. We will 100% use Peter and Missy in the future!”

About: I've been an animal lover my whole life. I have taken care of all types of animals. Friends and neighbors have always trusted me to take care of their animals, starting at a young age. I have taken in strays, rescued several dogs from shelters. I also volunteered for an animal rescue for several years and have fostered animals from time to time. I am the person who finds the pets at an event and stays with them the whole time. I have experience with dogs, cats including puppies and kittens, seniors, and animals with medical needs. I currently work only about 5-8 hours a week and have plenty of time to cuddle and walk your pets. Spending time with animals is my favorite thing to do. I will walk your dog twice a day, and can also take your pets on drives (with my pet seatbelt and/or car seat) if that's something you would like. Daily belly rubs are always included :) I have a fenced back yard. Pets are welcome to all areas of my home and always allowed on the couches and bed. I also have a comfortable dog car seat for dogs under 50 lbs as well as a collar/harness seatbelt restraint for larger dogs. I will take up to 3 dogs at a time, if your dog loves to be social (My home is two-story, with multiple dog gates should your dog need a break also). If your dog prefers to be the only animal around, please let me know and I'll let you know if I can arrange that.

About: I’ve always had a love for animals. When an animal needs watched I’m the one family and friends call. I’ve done anything from drop in visits to a week at a time. I live in a home with dogs and ferrets. I also have a love for cats! I am familiar with them and take care of my grandmas cats when she needs help or overnight stays. She went above and beyond with the meet and greet, having Rufus explore the place before going there to stay. She took him on walks and made sure to have water available and a foldable bowl for any moment he needed to drink. She was thoughtful throughout every part! I highly recommend her and couldn’t be happier with my Rover experience. :)”
