About: A lifetime dog-lover! Volunteer dog walker at Colorado Animal Rescue. Have been a proud owner of Labrador retrievers and a basenji! Dog walking is my sole pursuit, so you can expect wide availability: 7 days a week from dawn to dusk. Walk at the dog's preferred pace -- happily jog with a dog needing a higher level of activity. Expect me to follow these rules to keep your dog safe and healthy: - Maintain your dog on leash always. - Avoid contact with people and other dogs. - Small treats are provided only to reward desired behavior -- unless the owner specifies no treats. - Have fun! Always! I love dog-walking so much that I am happy to walk your dog any time from sunrise to sunset, seven days a week including holidays! I invite pets into my home and am always happy to visit with your dog in your home. I will keep the dog safe, stick closely to the dog’s normal routine, and respect the home as if it were my own. While I’m new to professional pet sitting, I have experience caring for friends’ pets and understand how important it is to make sure your furry family members feel safe, comfortable, and loved. About: I’ve been caring for fur babies since I graduated high school, giving both puppies and senior dogs the special attention they need. I love animals of every shape and size and treat them like my own—because let’s be honest, they run the household anyway. Your pet will get a happy, stress-free stay with plenty of love, snuggles, and top-tier spoiling. I work a full-time job during the day, but I’m available for drop-ins and visits in the late afternoons and evenings. I’m also free all day on Sundays, as well as one select weekday depending on my schedule. If you communicate your needs ahead of time, I’ll always do my best to make it happen. Your fur baby’s safety and happiness are my top priorities. I come to your home so your pet can stay in their favorite place, surrounded by familiar smells and routines. About: I have grown up with always having animals around. I have lived on multiple farms, and have volunteered with several animal sanctuaries, including one for wildlife in Costa Rica. I also have spent the last five years fostering animals with the Humane society as I lived in Asheville and completed my schooling. Through this experience, I have worked with neonatal newborns, pregnant and nursing mothers, potty training- ages, senior pets, and those who take medication. As I create this account, I am traveling and petsitting on the road. My schedule is very flexible because of this, and so I am open to long or short stays. Every animal is unique, and I love to get to know their personalities and preferences! It is my goal to ensure that animal and animal parent both are happy and comfortable.

About: I have been around dogs my whole life! I absolutely love walking, playing and giving dogs all the love and care they deserve. From taking care of my own dog to helping friends and family out with theirs, I am here to help when you need it! During off season I have lots of free time to walk/drop-in/watch your pups! About: I’ve taking care of friends and neighbors dogs for 25 years over night and walking them. I am very reliable. I am retired so have a lot of availability. I also have a golden doodle who is well taken care of. I am retired and have plenty of time to dog sit or walk dogs all day. I am very reliable. I am a vet and retired firefighter. I have no yard. I walk my dog three times a day. My cat stays in the house all day. My dog and I play fetch in the big yard where I live.

About: I have worked with dogs for a few years and grew up with cats. I take care of a lot of my friends and families animals. I have a lot of experience with dogs of all sizes and ages. I am starting the Vet Tech program alongside working at a local vet clinic as well! I am a early riser and will come and feed and let out your dogs. I will be there all night and let them out throughout the night. I am very accommodating. I will not have dogs staying in my home but I will get there early mornings and late evenings to take them out on walks.

About: I strive to treat everyone's furbabies with the highest level of care as if they're my own. I've cared for every age of dog and cat for...really my whole life. I can administer medications and keep an eye on and assist more "special needs" furbabies if needed. I am a Biology major and try to learn as much as I can to care for animals the best I possibly can. I am currently working on animal first aid but I do know human FA so I can spot an emergency and care for minor wounds. I am currently working as needed at my job but, even then, my days are really open. I do have medical appointments here and there so sometimes I just need to leave the house for those but I try to return to the house expeditiously because I dont want the animals to be alone for too long. I understand not leaving dogs (especially) for too long between potty breaks so I can work around that but I try to stay at the house for 95+ percent of the time I am sitting. I purposely work around the animal's schedule so that they can be as comfortable and cared for as possible. I try to get as much information from the owner as possible so that I can make the time as similar to when the owner is around. I know changes can be stressful so avoiding any as much as possible is the best. I am known to be a cuddler but if they want their space I can definitely give it. I can give outside time to the best of my abilities and can transport in my own car with great safety if needed (e.g. if they love lake play, etc.). For younger animals, I can give regular care and make sure the space stays clean and cared for as best as possible. I understand that they need more supervision and help. I also try my best to keep an eye on outdoor heavy animals and shy animals to make sure theyre doing alright during my stay as well.

About: I’ve owned and trained two dogs from puppyhood—a Husky and my current German Wirehaired Pointer, Lenny. Training and building a strong relationship with my dogs has always been important to me. Having lived in the Roaring Fork Valley for over 12 years, I spend most of my time outdoors hiking, walking, and exploring. When your pup stays with me—whether for an hour, a day, or overnight—you can count on them getting plenty of exercise, fresh air, and attention. They’ll come home happy, tired, and ready to snuggle. I work from home so I usually get out for a walk or run in the morning. Afternoon jont to split up the day and then an evening activity depending on what is on the schedule. I have a fenced backyard and Lenny (my pup) to add to the fun. She’s a great companion to other dogs but also great for training.

At times, life got a little too busy for me to continue with this enjoyable “work”, but now I am able to re-cultivate this passion once again. I have a Chihuahua mix of my own that I rescued in 2020, and he is such a sweetheart and a major lover of cuddling. During my downtime, I can be found reading, hiking, cleaning, or doing yoga. For a small additional fee, I would love to help you with any other needs you may have, such as house work, organizing, cleaning, or light yardwork. I strive to meet all the needs and desires of your fur bab. From walks, to hikes, to overnight stays, I aim to make myself available! I work in an office setting M-Th 8a-5p, but I typically have flexibility with many breaks and a long lunch. I work from home on Fridays. About twice a month, I am on-call on the weekends (8a-8p), and will provide more details if that overlaps with your booking. I live in Rifle, so I offer drop-in visits and dog walking from Glenwood Springs to Parachute. For overnight stays, I will travel from Aspen to Grand Junction. I have a fenced yard for potty breaks, and a doggy door that leads to my little yard. My dog doesn’t use the doggy door, so I am happy to keep it closed if that is your preference. I love to go on walks with dogs, and will walk them for whatever amount of time they are used to or suits their energy level. I have a sweet, small dog that is friendly to all animals he meets. He will play with your pet, or give your pet space, he is happy either way.
