About: I’ve been caring for dogs since I was 10 years old, and taking care of animals has always been something I truly enjoy. Over the years, friends, family, and neighbors have trusted me to care for their pets, whether it’s feeding them, taking them on walks, keeping them company, or simply giving them lots of love and attention. I’m patient, responsible, and attentive to each pet’s personality and needs. I know how important it is to leave your furry family member with someone you can trust, and I’ll always do my best to make them feel safe, comfortable, and loved while you’re away. I work full time, however, I have plenty of flexibility to spend quality time with your pets. I’m available for walks, playtime, drop-in visits, and overnight stays, especially in the morning. About: I grew up on a small farm with lots of animals, always taking the dogs on walks or keeping the cat food away from raccoons. I've walked many people's dogs across the country of various sizes and ages and love having pets in the home while I don't have any myself. I usually am working from home or gone for a few hours a day. I love waking up and walking the dog outside before starting my day and winding down in the evenings the same way. Walking/outside breaks throughout the day is crucial for me and I love having a pet to accompany me. On the weekend I love to hike in the mountains and enjoy taking dogs. I have a park next to my apartment for easy walks., I'm always attentive to their eating schedule. Pets get a lot of attention and snuggles especially in the evening.

About: I am currently living in Glenwood Springs, CO living for the outdoor adventures! I love getting to bring Leo on outdoor adventures with me and would treat your fur baby like my own with lots of love and fun adventures. I decided to get into dog sitting because I’m looking for some side work and what better way to spend my time then with more sweet furry friends! In my personal experience, I have had a wide range of different kinds of pets, such as chickens, lizards, hamsters, cats, and dogs. In my professional life with animal handling, I had the most incredible experience in the past in Colorado to be a part-time dog handler for sled dogs. I have also done a good amount of dog sitting for friends in the past. I can't wait to help out and make some new furry friends and maybe go on an outdoor adventure too! I do work full time but have flexibility in my daily schedule and have weekends open. Just as I treat my dog, I always prioritize a good healthy route and would do the same for your pet. I have a regular route with my dog and would treat and care for anyone else’s pets the same! About: Ever since I can remember, I’ve been surrounded by animals. Growing up with three large dogs and two cats gave me a strong foundation in animal care and a lifelong love for pets. Over the years, I have volunteered more than 130 hours with animal shelters and rescue organizations, gaining hands-on experience with a wide variety of tasks including walking, bathing, administering medications, transporting animals to and from veterinary appointments, and fostering dogs in need in my home. I’m also a full-time dog mom and currently work part-time from home, which allows me to maintain a flexible schedule and provide attentive care. I love spending time outdoors, whether that’s long neighborhood walks, hiking local trails, or simply enjoying fresh air with a happy pup by my side. I understand that pets are family, and I treat every animal in my care with the same love, patience, and attention that I give my own. I would love the opportunity to help with all of your pet care needs and provide peace of mind while you're away. I have two dogs at home that I care for full time. First thing in the morning I let my pups outback into the fenced in yard. I then feed them breakfast around 7:30am. We love to go to the park or for walks, we do this every day. Some days we will head up to a lake or reservoir for some swimming. We have dinner in the evening and potentially another walk. When caring for a pet in your home, I like to do a meet and greet with the dog first if that is a possibility. When being in your home I can provide the dog with treats and a slow introduction to gain their trust. Once this has been completed, then I will go about their daily routine per your request.

About: I am based in Carbondale, CO. I am currently pet/house sitting full time throughout the summer and fall so I'm able to provide a high level of care for pets and homes throughout the valley! **UPCOMING HOLIDAY AVAILABILITY** THANKSGIVING Over thanksgiving (11/25-29) I will be camping in Southern Utah with my sister and her dog friendly labradoodle. I have a large truck camper that I will be staying in. If you have 1-2 dogs that need care during that time, I can bring them with me, so long as they are up for hikes and are friendly with other dogs. CHRISTMAS & NEW YEARS 12/23-25 I will be in the front range at my sister's house to celebrate Christmas. She has a friendly labradoodle. I'm open to taking 1-2 dogs with me to stay there as long as they are friendly with other dogs. 12/26-1/1: HEAVILY DISCOUNTED RATE FOR THE FOLLOWING ACCOMODATIONS: My parents and sister will then be visiting me in Carbondale area for the remainder of the holiday since I will have to be available for ski instructing during the peak season. If you need house sitting during those dates, I can do that, but would need to request my sister's labradoodle and 3 adults (my sister and my mom and dad) be allowed to stay there as well. Though I may have to work during a portion of those dates, my family is off of work so there would be minimal times that your pets would be unattended. Feel free to send a request and we can discuss in more details (I will adjust to the lower rates after we discuss). I will be part time ski instructing at Snowmass this winter so I still have a high level of availability throughout Dec-Apr as well. I've cared for my own dogs, roommates' dogs, friends' pets, Trusted Housesitter stays, and Rover sits over the past 10 years. I've cared for dogs from puppyhood to 13 years old. I've also cat-sat for friends, Trusted Housesitters, and Rover clients over the years. I'm more than happy to take them on walks, hikes, to dog parks, and out for potty/play breaks throughout the day. The longest I've watched someone's pet was for 2 months, and I loved it! I'm also happy to take them camping if that's their jam. Feel free to reach out with any other questions! A note on transportation - I have a truck camper (converted from a former ambulance) as my main vehicle. If there is any concern of me parking it on your property for house sitting or other services, let me know and I can park it elsewhere. It is reliable, 4WD and does super well on winter roads, so if you're up a dirt road, I have no concerns about being able to get there. If you have any questions about it, don't hesitate to ask! I currently am full time pet sitting for the summer and fall. I am very attentive and love morning, midday, and evening outings for fetch, dog park hangs, hikes, and walks. I can be available throughout the day full-time. After December, I will be part-time ski instructing for Snowmass. I am still available for all the same services but will need to be gone for a longer portion of the day if I'm working that day. I don't anticipate that it would be longer than 6-8hrs depending on how far away the sit is. A note on boarding - this is if you need overnight care for your pet or pets at MY home. House sitting is overnight care at your home or accomodations, sometimes I know that gets a little confusing. I much prefer house sitting in your home as I find that pets are much more happy in their own familiar environment with the all their comforts that they're accustomed to. If you need boarding outside of your home I can discuss a couple of options with you depending on the temperment of your pet and the length of the request. I will always be up front and transparent if I'm able to accommodate the request. I am very respectful and clean when staying at a client's house. I treat it like my own (if not better). I love going for walks with your pup and keeping them on a leash. I also don't give in to the cute puppy eyes when I'm eating my food and keep them to their parents' approved food and treats. I always make sure we are on the same page about your needs and expectations and that I am 100% available and able to commit. Because of this, I have never cancelled on a client after a booking is confirmed.

About: I have grown up with always having animals around. I have lived on multiple farms, and have volunteered with several animal sanctuaries, including one for wildlife in Costa Rica. I also have spent the last five years fostering animals with the Humane society as I lived in Asheville and completed my schooling. Through this experience, I have worked with neonatal newborns, pregnant and nursing mothers, potty training- ages, senior pets, and those who take medication. As I create this account, I am traveling and petsitting on the road. My schedule is very flexible because of this, and so I am open to long or short stays.
