About: I’ve had pets my entire life and am a devoted dog mom to Pepper. I also have a young child at Basalt Elementary School. Our previous dog was a pug & beagle mix named Hercules who lived to 18. I love animals and would love to check in on your pets or walk your doggies 🖤 I’m currently a stay at home mom and my daughter is in daycare four days per week. I’m available to drop in (check on, feed, & play) with your pets or walk your doggies every day except for Wednesdays. I’m available in downtown Basalt, Willits, and the surrounding area We have a 3 year old rescue named Pepper who we’ve had since July 2025. She spends her days with me at home, running errands, etc. or with my husband at his office. She loves kids, other dogs, and doing zoomies at Arbaney Park. Unlike crowded kennels or busy households, I care for just one household’s dog or dogs at a time alongside my own friendly and well socialized pup. I provide structure, consistency, and lots of love, with three daily walks and plenty of play and downtime. I have experience caring for dogs of all ages from energetic puppies to gentle seniors and can accommodate basic routines like medications, crate training, and slow introductions. I am attentive, communicative, and committed to giving your pet a safe and low stress experience while you are away. Pet care is a natural part of my daily routine. I work from home, so I am able to give dogs plenty of attention throughout the day. Walks are scheduled morning, afternoon, and evening, and I make sure there is time for play, rest, and companionship in between. Since I only care for one household’s dog or dogs at a time, I’m able to fully focus on their needs and adjust the routine to match their energy level and habits. I care for dogs in my home, where they can enjoy a peaceful, comfortable environment and lots of individual attention. I only host one household’s dog or dogs at a time, alongside my own friendly and well mannered dog. Dogs have full access to the main living areas, and I follow their usual routines as closely as possible—from feeding schedules to bedtime rituals. They receive three walks a day, playtime, and plenty of affection. I keep owners updated with regular photos and messages so they can relax knowing their dog is safe and happy.

From dog sitting overnight, to helping raise my sister’s kitten, to taking care of stray dogs in Sri Lanka, to loving on kittens in Vietnam, to volunteering at a horse rescue, I am passionate about animals everywhere I go :) I work full time in Aspen but if you are local I can take breaks during the day to take them out on walks or hangout for a bit! I can help train if needed, or help with walks, feeding, along with plenty of playtime! I’m very active so open to hikes and running as well!

About: From a young age I connected with dogs and have loved the special bond and relationship that comes with having them as a pet and companion. I currently own a husky so I am used to dogs of all sizes (and strengths) ! I enjoy any opportunity to give my furry friends extra TLC and lots of exercise outside from long walks to hikes on the beautiful trails nearby! I live in Old Town Basalt and can easily travel from Aspen to Carbondale! I'm currently work for myself so I have a lot of freedom and flexibilty to work your schedule into mine! All I ask is for a days notice to schedule and usually we can make it work! I have a fenced yard and a 4 1/2 year old male husky who is very social and loves a buddy to play with! He gets regular walks/hikes and can be walked with or without your dog based on your preference.
