“Kaitlin was fantastic! Very helpful, accommodating and timely with communication. She sent several photos of my dog while he was staying with her. Cannot thank you enough for caring for my dog, I know he was in good hands.”

“Jen and her family were a delight to work with! They integrated our dog right into their family activities and he was happy and well-rested when I picked him up. I’d hire her again in a heartbeat!”

“Michael is a very nice person who took in my 2 small dogs last minute while we were visiting Glenwood Springs for a family weekend getaway. My dogs were stressed out staying at a hotel and I needed to find a sitter fast. Michael greeted us outside of his very nice community located right near the Colorado river. He was very welcoming and patient and gave excellent care to my dogs. He followed all of my care instructions and my pups were happy and wagging when I picked them up. I would highly recommend him to watch your pets!”

“Willow had a great weekend with Megan! She came home happy and tired. Megan was great at communication, very quick at responding and sending photos. She also handled all of Willows quirks well!”

“Suzanne was wonderful in accommodating a last minute request for care. She was super flexible on time and pickup and was very attentive. She took Bodee on many walks and adventures while in her care and even sent pics. 10/10 experience and highly recommend.”

“Charlotte was so great with our dog. He is usually very wary of new people, but he warmed up to Charlotte and the others in the house quickly and easily. I would definitely feel great about leaving him in her care again.”

“Amy was amazing with my little Sola. She (& her dog Jackson) made her feel at home with walks, cuddles, and attention, and, me at ease, it being my first time using Rover. I would highly recommend Amy to anyone and their dog.”

“Erin and her family were fantastic sitters for my dog Pika! Erin sends lots of photos and has 2 very friendly dogs that made Pika feel right at home. Especially in a pinch when we had last minute plans around Christmas. Highly recommend, thank you so much Erin!”

“We’ve had wonderful experiences boarding our dog with Katie and Ryan. They are communicative, kind and willing to accommodate our dog’s medication schedule. We received regular updates and photos, and it’s clear our dog was happy and well-cared for in their care. Highly recommend!”

“Kirsten (and family) were great for our dogs! They gave them plenty of love and took them on walks. We greatly appreciated the pictures, letting us know they were settling in ok. Our two large dogs can be a bit to handle, but Kirsten was great! Thanks again!”

About: I have a lifetime of experience caring for both dogs and cats, and I understand that every animal has unique needs, personalities, and routines. I’ve worked with pets of many different temperaments, behavioral challenges, and health conditions, so I’m comfortable adapting my care to ensure each pet feels safe, understood, and well cared for. I approach every sitting opportunity with a strong sense of responsibility and professionalism, while also providing genuine love, patience, and attention. Whether your pet is energetic, shy, senior, or requires extra care, I strive to create a positive and comfortable experience for both you and your pet. I am currently working in healthcare Monday-Friday 7am-4pm so weekdays are best for evening sitting or boarding pets that can handle being alone for that time. I am completely free on the weekends. I am an early riser and love to get out and enjoy the sunshine with a pet but am happy to stay close to home for pet needs. I do prefer to walk on leash as I don’t have a fenced in area and do like to ensure safety of the pets I care for and others around. There is a fenced in dog park a short walk from my apartment to let dogs run off leash if approved by owner. I don’t have any pets in my home so if I am to sit at my residence the pet would be in a secure and private environment. I keep a clean and safe household for all types of pets. I also am respectful and receptive to all household and pet needs on an individual basis.
“Jessica did an amazing job watching Ziggy! The photos she sent put me at ease knowing Ziggy was okay. I would highly recommend Jessica for dog boarding! We will be using her again when we leave town!”

About: Hi there! I'm a former special education teacher and a lifelong animal lover who believes every pet deserves patience, understanding, and lots of love. I have a senior cat and a French bulldog with mobility issues of my own. As a former special education teacher who worked with students with significant support needs, I've developed a calm, compassionate approach and plenty of patience—skills that translate surprisingly well to pet care! I'm currently working at a groomer’s in Edwards hoping to learn the trade. Therefore I am comfortable working with dogs and cats of all sizes, abilities, personalities and age. This includes seniors, puppies, reactive, shy, or high-energy, and I enjoy taking the time to build trust at their pace. I am also very skilled in behavior modification so I am capable and willing to follow any puppy training protocols as well. I'll make sure they feel safe, happy, and cared for. Expect plenty of belly rubs, playtime, and photo updates along the way. I can't wait to meet your furry family member! My work schedule is pretty flexible so I can let them out in the morning and be home at a reasonable time to let them out. I am single and older so I am home more often to spend time with them and treat them like my own. I have a very mellow frenchie of my own to keep them company. He loves having friends. My pets are my babies and I will treat yours the same way. As a teacher who worked with children with significant support needs, I am patient, flexible, understanding, responsible and believe in establishing trusting relationships with students, fur friends, and owners.
“We highly recommend Nevada for all of your pet care needs! She is experienced, knowledgeable, dependable and flexible. Our dog Birdie is shy with strangers, but Nevada was patient and attentive and made her feel right at home. Her sweet dog Duke is a gentle soul and was very accepting of Birdie in his space. Nevada will treat your pet like her own, providing lots of love and exercise! Birdie always comes home happy and smiling!”

“Lu is amazing. He really cares about making sure your dog will be happy in his care and for that reason he met with me and my sweet Ruby multiple times prior to booking to ensure it would be a good fit. Ruby can be a little anxious when our family is not around. Lu saw that and took extra special care of her. He even let her sleep with him despite her snoring :) Lu cared for Ruby for one week and shared photos and sweet stories everyday. I felt totally comfortable and relieved knowing that Ruby was getting longs walks and trips to the park each day. I will definitely ask Lu to take care of Ruby again.”

“Jessica was very diligent with check-ins and updates to let me know that my boys were well taken care of! They looked so happy in all of her picture and video updates, she went above and beyond to make sure I knew what was going on while I was gone! Highly recommend as a pet sitter and will be seeing if she’s available next time I go out of town ☺️”

“Marissa was great with our cat! It made such a difference not having to worry about how he was doing while we were gone, we could relax and enjoy ourselves! Every photo she sent we could tell he was happy, and he loved her right away when they met. Thanks Marissa!”

About: Hello fellow animal lovers! My name is Melissa and I have a history of taking care of dogs, cats, horses and other animals. I’ve voluneered at dog shelters muiltple times. I grew up with dogs and rabbits. I have a dog named Ulysses. He is a German shorthair pointer. Your animal will have my full attention and affection. Feel free to ask me any questions you may have. Hope I can help ! I work at a restaurant in Aspen 3-4 days a week. Usually only a 6-hour shift. Tuesday’s, Wednesdays, and Thursday nights are my fixed schedule but may change. My boyfriend Scott works during the day so he's at home at night while I'm at work. So, there will always be me or Scott at home with your dog and ours. I live in a 2br 2bath apartment with a small patio. The dog parks close by as well as lots of places to walk around town. I take my own dog Ulysses to Crown mtn park, Basalt mtn, or up by Sopris at least once a day. The Rio Grande trail is right by my place as well.
“I was overwhelmed with a new 6 month old puppy and was exhausted! My Vet suggested I try Rover to find a pet sitter. I was exhausted. So I connected with Megan and asked for "HELP" Within 10 minutes she relied "I can help." So we did a meet & greet with my dog Cedella at my cabin. The next afternoon I was off to a music gig for 7 hours...and kenneled my dog. Megan arrived at @ my cabin, as discussed, and handeled my puppy very professionally. I had no worries and enjoyed my performance that night. Thank you Megan, I look forward to having you take care of Cedella again soon. GG 🐾”

“Mary is a kind, trustworthy person that loves animals. I had a last minute work trip, and Mary was able to jump in and take care of my two cats - working around her schedule to make it happen. She’s easy to communicate and gives great updates. I had the pleasure of meeting her before I left, and communication with her was seamless throughout. I would hire her again.”

About: Hi, My name is Ania. I live in the Basalt/Willits area and am from all over the map so it's not really an option to currently have a pet of my own. Growing up I've had three cats and have pet sat/house sat plenty. Seeing as I've never been able to have a dog of my very own, any pup that does come my way gets treated like my cuiriget pet. I'm very active and ensure that your pups get all the exercise they need and get all of their medications and food at their scheduled time. From the spry little things that don't have an off button all the way to the old ladies/gentlemen that are just looking for some love, I am the right person for your little fur baby. I work full time from Sunday-Wednesday in a dog-friendly environment that allows me to bring dogs to work as long as they are well behaved and do ok with other dogs/children. I also get 3 day weekends which is mostly spent outside enjoying the fresh air. I won't leave your dog at home by themselves if I can help it so we can keep each other company all day. I love to sit on the ground so I can be closer to them when it's time to chill. My apartment is very close to many hiking paths and parks in town. My roommates and I are all pup-deprived and I can assure you that your babies will get all the love in the world, and then some.
“Destiny was able to check on my cat during a super last-minute trip. She was very responsive, reliable, and kept me updated throughout my time away. I would definitely book with her again!”

I work Mondays-Thursdays, although this varies and I am usually available for walks and check-ins every day after 5pm. I am usually available all day Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays for dog sitting, walking, and boarding. My house has a fenced in yard in the front. I also live right next to a lovely greenway to take the dogs out for longer walks. I also have a bed and bowls for food and water.

I am happy to adjust to your needs in our home or yours!

“Danica was wonderful! She took such great care of our cat while we were away for a week. She was able to connect with our cat who is notoriously shy and can take days to come out of hiding. Would recommend her to anyone, especially someone with a shy/anxious kitty.”

About: I am currently living in Glenwood Springs, CO living for the outdoor adventures! I love getting to bring Leo on outdoor adventures with me and would treat your fur baby like my own with lots of love and fun adventures. I decided to get into dog sitting because I’m looking for some side work and what better way to spend my time then with more sweet furry friends! In my personal experience, I have had a wide range of different kinds of pets, such as chickens, lizards, hamsters, cats, and dogs. In my professional life with animal handling, I had the most incredible experience in the past in Colorado to be a part-time dog handler for sled dogs. I have also done a good amount of dog sitting for friends in the past. I can't wait to help out and make some new furry friends and maybe go on an outdoor adventure too! I do work full time but have flexibility in my daily schedule and have weekends open. Just as I treat my dog, I always prioritize a good healthy route and would do the same for your pet. I have a regular route with my dog and would treat and care for anyone else’s pets the same! I understand the importance of a safe and loving experience for your pets as I look for the same for my dog when I’m away. I have a lot of country land I live at with a grassy backyard.
About: I love dogs and don’t have my own due to my rental situation. I grew up with three family dogs so know how to care for puppies to seniors. I’d love to help give your doggo the daily care it needs with walks during the week. It’ll give me a break from being a cat lady 🐶❤️ I work 40 hours a week, typically M-F so walks on weekends or in the evenings are preferred. My job is in Carbondale so I can get to your dog right after I’m out of work if needed. I’m eager to walk dogs and give them the exercise and love they need. Work schedules and vacations can make doggy care tough but I’d love to get to know your pup and keep it company as we get our daily steps in.
“Lu and family are professional, communicative and very nice people. My cats, who are very shy, loved their company - I was pleased to see how friendly they were with them. Highly recommend!”

“Good communication and super flexible. We used Megan for daycare as we hiked close by. Jersey was well taken care of and Megan was flexible with pickup after we finished out hike. Thanks again!”

“Katie was so friendly and accommodating during our last minute request! She was so sweet and I immediately trusted her with my Pomeranian. I would absolutely use her again and recommend her highly!”

“Karen is simply the best at caring for my dog. I trust her completely and my dog Lilly (who is older and a bit anxious) just walks right into their home wagging her tail every time! She has a nice yard and they go on walks in the park next door. Karen is organized and responsible. Lilly loves being there!”

“Ania was great! Very good communication and easy pick up/drop off. Our pup got a nice walk and comfortable place to stay while we were out hiking on a trail that didn’t allow dogs. Centrally located in Glenwood Springs and would definitely recommend if in the surrounding area!”

“Nevada took such great care of my timid dog. Her own personal dog also did a great job of feeling mine feel comfortable and at ease. Nevada sent me pictures thru out the visit and was even able to do pick up/drop off”

“We had a great experience with Lu! Our dog was well taken care of during the time she spent with Lu. We were sent pictures throughout the 6 hrs and updates on how she was doing. Thank you Lu for taking care of our baby girl!”

About: Ever since I can remember, I’ve been surrounded by animals. Growing up with three large dogs and two cats gave me a strong foundation in animal care and a lifelong love for pets. Over the years, I have volunteered more than 130 hours with animal shelters and rescue organizations, gaining hands-on experience with a wide variety of tasks including walking, bathing, administering medications, transporting animals to and from veterinary appointments, and fostering dogs in need in my home. I’m also a full-time dog mom and currently work part-time from home, which allows me to maintain a flexible schedule and provide attentive care. I love spending time outdoors, whether that’s long neighborhood walks, hiking local trails, or simply enjoying fresh air with a happy pup by my side. I understand that pets are family, and I treat every animal in my care with the same love, patience, and attention that I give my own. I would love the opportunity to help with all of your pet care needs and provide peace of mind while you're away. I have two dogs at home that I care for full time. First thing in the morning I let my pups outback into the fenced in yard. I then feed them breakfast around 7:30am. We love to go to the park or for walks, we do this every day. Some days we will head up to a lake or reservoir for some swimming. We have dinner in the evening and potentially another walk. When caring for a pet in your home, I like to do a meet and greet with the dog first if that is a possibility. When being in your home I can provide the dog with treats and a slow introduction to gain their trust. Once this has been completed, then I will go about their daily routine per your request.
About: I’ve had dogs since I was a kid and have taken care of multiple different breeds over the years. I love getting to meet them and seeing their little personalities 🥰 I have a sweet 12yo husky girl who is my best buddy and loves to go on walks and kayaking with me. She gets along great with other dogs, cats, kids and pretty much anyone. I work from home and my schedule is pretty flexible during the day. I usually let my pup out around 8 am then feed her and let her out again around lunch. After 5pm I try to take her on a hike or dog park a couple times a week. On weekends I’m usually free but we try to go on longer hikes or just explore somewhere new since we just moved to this area. In clients home I’m happy to hang out with the pets, take them out, feed them, play with them, etc. I’m not currently taking care of pets in my home because of my apartment’s restrictions.
“Suzanne is so sweet and an absolute gem. From the moment I met her I was very comfortable leaving my senior dog. She always sent pictures of walking him. I knew Barney loved being with her because when I picked him up he was happy and never showed any stress. Caring and compassionate. Highly recommend.”

About: Hey pet parents! I'm Camila, I’m 22 years old and I love animals! Growing up in a big home surrounded by an even bigger park, animals, particularly dogs and cats 🦮🐈 were an important part of my upbringing. From a young age, I immersed myself in understanding their behaviors and needs, in order to provide exceptional care for these beautiful creatures. I bring a deep understanding and passion for animals to every pet sitting assignment. Whether it's providing playtime, administering medications, or simply offering comforting cuddles, I am committed to ensuring the happiness and well being of your beloved pets. If you choose me to take care of your pets, they will receive the attentive care and companionship they deserve while you're away. Hope to connect soon! Cami 💕 I have a lot of availability on April, please text me with anticipation, I start at 8 am till 12 pm, everyday. Thank you! 🤎 When I take on a daycare assignment I only take one per night, so I can direct my whole attention to my special guest ♥️ I can fence them if needed and I love to take them for walks!, also I don't have any pets at home right now. I am based in Aspen but I live in Carbondale, so we would have to take into consideration that I have to travel with the pet for 30 minutes to get there and come back to Aspen. When it comes to caring for pets at my client’s houses 🏡 I just take on instructions and follow them carefully, if I need to take them for a walk and feed them i do so, if I need to stay with them and give them company I will do so gladly and I will never go off the script.
“Jacqueline and Brad took amazing care of Pepper while I was out skiing for the day. I am so glad to have found them as an option for future day care in the valley! I could tell Pepper had a full day of activity and being social when I picked her up. I will definitely ask for their help again in the future.”

“Monica was very warm and welcoming. Dropped off the pup so I could spend a day at the hot springs. She was eager to hang out with new people and seemed very relaxed when I picked her up. Would definitely book again!”

About: I am based in Carbondale, CO. I am currently pet/house sitting full time throughout the summer so I'm able to provide a high level of care for pets and homes throughout the valley! I've cared for my own dogs, roommates' dogs, friends' pets, Trusted Housesitter stays, and Rover sits over the past 10 years. I've cared for dogs from puppyhood to 13 years old. I've also cat-sat for friends, Trusted Housesitters, and Rover clients over the years. I'm happy to take them on walks, hikes, dog parks, and potty/play breaks throughout the day. The longest I've watched someone's pet was for 2 months, and I loved it! I'm also happy to take them camping if that's their jam. Feel free to reach out with any other questions! A note on transportation - In addition to my ambulance camper, I have an e-bike I often enjoy cycling throughout the valley, so parking availability at your home should not be an issue. I currently am full time pet sitting for the summer. I am very attentive and love morning, midday, fetch, and evening walks. I can take them to the dog park or on hikes, or if they're good with bikes, I can take them on even longer run/bike rides. I am very respectful and clean when staying at a client's house. I treat it like my own (if not better). I love going for walks with your pup and keeping them on a leash. I also don't give in to the cute puppy eyes when I'm eating my food and keep them to their parents' approved food and treats.

About: I offer personalized, one on one care in a calm home environment where your dog is treated like family. Unlike crowded kennels or busy households, I care for just one household’s dog or dogs at a time alongside my own friendly and well socialized pup. I provide structure, consistency, and lots of love, with three daily walks and plenty of play and downtime. I have experience caring for dogs of all ages from energetic puppies to gentle seniors and can accommodate basic routines like medications, crate training, and slow introductions. I am attentive, communicative, and committed to giving your pet a safe and low stress experience while you are away. Pet care is a natural part of my daily routine. I work from home, so I am able to give dogs plenty of attention throughout the day. Since I only care for one household’s dog or dogs at a time, I’m able to fully focus on their needs and adjust the routine to match their energy level and habits. I care for dogs in my home, where they can enjoy a peaceful, comfortable environment and lots of individual attention. I only host one household’s dog or dogs at a time, alongside my own friendly and well mannered dog. Dogs have full access to the main living areas, and I follow their usual routines as closely as possible—from feeding schedules to bedtime rituals. They receive three walks a day, playtime, and plenty of affection. I keep owners updated with regular photos and messages so they can relax knowing their dog is safe and happy.
“Mariah is absolutely great with Rory. She is always punctual and sends lots of pictures. Even cleaned up when Rory had an accident on our couch and I wasn’t going to be able to get home to clean it. Couldn’t recommend more!”

“Such wonderful & caring sitters! Destiny and her partner, Cal, watched our old Golden and gave her so much love and attention. They sent us great pics and updates while we were gone. On the last day of our trip a wildfire broke out up near our house. They saw an alert about it on their phone and didn't hesitate to go grab her and take her home with them when they couldn't get ahold of us. I'm so thankful for their dedication.”

“Came to walk my dog and went above and beyond to make sure she was settled in. Stayed extra to play with her because she had the puppy zoomies!! Even ensure the safety precautions I have in place as far as rooms blocked off were set before he left and I didn’t even ask him! Great dog sitter”

“Jessica is SO great! Communication was easy and I felt relieved knowing my pup was well cared for while at work. I will definitely be using her again for walks and housesitting! Highly recommend her services!”
“Jasper has been a huge help walking our dog, Birdie. She can be very nervous and somewhat reactive around new people, but he has been incredibly patient and accommodating with her. He’s given her the time and space she needs to slowly warm up, which we really appreciate. Jasper is always timely, responsible, professional, and very communicative. You can truly tell he loves animals, and Birdie is in great hands with him!”

“Megan has been prompt, professional and reliable. Great communication. Megan just started walking my dog this week, but she and "Nellie" are already great buddy's. It is reassuring to me that my dog is being exercised and cared on days when I do not have the time. We are looking forward to using Megan lots in the future.”

About: I have watched dogs and cats of all ages and breeds for neighbors and family friends growing up. I love all kinds of dogs and cats, and love spending time with them. I am available starting July 2026 for weekdays 8-5pm I just earned my Masters degree, so currently have a lot of free time in the summer. I am a very thorough pet owner, with timed feeders and water fountains. I have two curious and intelligent cats so I know how to cat-proof a home to keep them safe as well. “Christine was very prompt and professional and we could tell she really loved spending time with our Dog Duke. Definitely would recommend to any folks looking for a great dog sitter/walker.”
About: I have taken care of dogs my whole life. One day I dream of opening my own dog daycare. Family, friends have always gone to me for dog sitting, walking and I find great joy in spending my day with dogs. I just moved to Colorado and not sure what I want to do with my career. So I am available during typical work hours, not afraid of early morning. Pet care does not feel like work to me so I will always make time I have an extremely sweet, loving German Shepherd if your dog wants a buddy to hang with. I also am a long distance runner who will take your dog any distance you want. For drop ins I will spend quality time and give quality attention to your dog. If you go with me I promise your dog will thank you
About: What sets me apart is my lifelong experience with dogs and years of caring for a variety of breeds since moving to the valley. I’m skilled at handling multiple dogs at once, including those with different temperaments, ensuring each one receives the care and attention they need. I have a very flexible schedule and I am able to travel to provide my services. With some notice I can be available for anything you need! I have one gray tabby cat who is a little timid with dogs at first but warms up quickly and has made friends with several dogs in the past. We are able to separate her in another room if needed. She is not great with other cats but as stated before we can separate if and when needed to ensure comfort and safety for everyone involved! I professionally care for your home property and pets, handling tasks like plant care, mail collection, bird feeders, snow clearing, feeding and medications if necessary, As well as any other duties during your absence. With experience overseeing properties for extended periods, I ensure all needs are met with direct and frequent communication, so you can have peace of mind knowing your home and your pets are in trusted hands!

“Aaron was great. Was able to take care of my dogs with short notice. Great communication and flexibility. Will definitely reach out to Aaron again if I need my dogs to be taken care of. Thanks”

“They are amazing dog sitters and the reason we could enjoy the great hikes in Aspen. Lucky had a great time with them. Thank you so much for accommodating our schedules.”
