“Ideal!”

“Lu is fantastic! He went above and beyond in caring for our dog while we were out of town. His love for animals was evident as he made us aware of any concerns and sent us daily updates and photos. We highly recommend Lu for his exceptional services.”

About: With over 40 years of experience caring for cats and dogs, I provide compassionate and attentive care tailored to each pet’s needs. Whether your dog loves leisurely walks or energetic hikes, I’m happy to accommodate their activity level. I also specialize in caring for senior pets, ensuring they receive the gentle attention and support they deserve. As a trusted member of the community for over 20 years, I’m committed to providing a safe, loving, and reliable experience for both pets and their owners. I’m currently working part time and have flexibility in my schedule for walks and home visits as well as over night stays. I’m available week days and weekends. In the comfort and familiarity of your own home, your pet and I will enjoy leisurely conversations, ear scratches, and plenty of play or cuddle time.

About: I’ve been in the veterinary industry for at over 3 years, certified as a veterinarian’s assistant. Dogs are my favorite animal of all. I’ve rescued so many cats and dogs over the years, and I’m able to handle puppies and older dogs that have special needs as well. Before I moved, I worked at 2 vet clinics at once, one emergency and one day practice. It was wonderful getting to be with the animals. However, I still have a few days off and try to find things to do that will keep me sharp when it comes to animal care! The biggest thing for me is respecting your home and your space. I try to leave everything as it is when I visit homes to care for animals. Your dog feeling safe and calm is really important, I’d hate to see my dog stressed and uncomfortable so I treat pets the same way I’d want my babies treated.

“Mary was outstanding with drop in visits for our kitty. He can be shy but Mary knows how to work with animals and made him and us feel instantly comfortable. Mary was prompt, communicative, diligent and caring. She provided detailed messages, wonderful photos, and the peace of mind that our kitty was in great hands. Thanks again Mary!”

I am a contractor and make my own schedule so I am readily available! I am able to give your animals any medicine they require. I’m always flexible to change my schedule to help with your needs! I am very respectful of the customers home, and try to make the dog feel confortable without their owner present. I am not taking in house customers at the moment.

“Cal is ABSOLUTELY wonderful !!! He was so professional and my dogs loved him. He sent pictures at check ins, which is always a sense of relief, knowing our babies are safe and happy! Highly recommend and will be having him again for our next pet sitting need!”

About: Hi I’m Karissa! I’m a passionate pet lover and have been dog & cat sitting for many years, having at least 14 years of experience. I love being around animals of all types and can provide whatever care they may need from overnight stays to daily walks. I grew up around my family dogs and over the years have watched, walked, and cared for my neighbors and friends dogs when needed. I have been around and am comfortable with dogs of all sizes. I work full time, however I am able to accommodate walks, visits, or overnight stays with my work hours. I am typically available all afternoons and evenings in addition to some mornings depending on the day! I understand that pets are not a one size fits all and with that being said, their needs may vary from one another. Whether they’re a puppy with high energy or a homebody, I am here to accommodate their needs and wants and to make them feel as comfortable as I can for the time I’m there.

“Natalie was great and provided us with a drop-in that we needed. Would definitely use her again.”

About: I love all kinds of dogs—big dog person here. I’ve taken care of pups around my neighborhood for years, walking them, feeding them, and making sure they’re happy, healthy, and getting plenty of attention. Whether it’s playtime or just hanging out, I’m all about keeping dogs comfortable and cared for while their people are away. It fits in around my class schedule for school, usually early morning or late afternoon are the times that work best for me to care for pets. I have a very good sense of what an pet needs, and listen to the instructions the owner has left in order to care for them well.

About: I am currently living in Carbondale, CO living for the outdoor adventures! I love getting to bring Leo on outdoor adventures with me and would treat your fur baby like my own with lots of love and fun adventures. I decided to get into dog sitting because I’m looking for some side work and what better way to spend my time then with more sweet furry friends! In my personal experience, I have had a wide range of different kinds of pets, such as chickens, lizards, hamsters, cats, and dogs. In my professional life with animal handling, I had the most incredible experience in the past in Colorado to be a part-time dog handler for sled dogs. I have also done a good amount of dog sitting for friends in the past. I can't wait to help out and make some new furry friends and maybe go on an outdoor adventure too! I do work full time but have flexibility in my daily schedule and have weekends open. Just as I treat my dog, I always prioritize a good healthy route and would do the same for your pet. I have a regular route with my dog and would treat and care for anyone else’s pets the same! I understand the importance of a safe and loving experience for your pets as I look for the same for my dog when I’m away. I have a lot of country land I live at with a grassy backyard.

“Clarissa stayed with our two cats for over a week and we are hiring her again on our next vacation. She adores animals and left my house spotless. We really appreciate her contacting us with pictures and updates of our furry love ones. We highly recommend Clarissa for your piece of mind while your away.”

“Marrisa was great! We have a nervous dog but Marrisa and our dog Gus got along really great! Our air b&b was hard to find and she persisted to find the cabin we were staying at!”

About: I love dogs and don’t have my own due to my rental situation. I grew up with three family dogs so know how to care for puppies to seniors. I’d love to help give your doggo the daily care it needs with walks during the week. It’ll give me a break from being a cat lady 🐶❤️ I work 40 hours a week, typically M-F so walks on weekends or in the evenings are preferred. My job is in Carbondale so I can get to your dog right after I’m out of work if needed. I’m eager to walk dogs and give them the exercise and love they need. Work schedules and vacations can make doggy care tough but I’d love to get to know your pup and keep it company as we get our daily steps in.

“Shaylee did 2 meal drop-ins for my 2 year old cat Casper! She was there in a timely manner and understood the instructions. Casper loved her tickles! ❤️”

About: My name is Faith and I am a loving dog mom, trainer and pet sitter. I have experience in basic obedience, reactive dogs, separation anxiety, puppy and adult dog socialization and group dog training. I have been sitting for dogs in my home and clients homes for about two years but have fostered lots of dogs for different organizations. I also lived at a rescue full time and took care of all 30 to 45 dogs living there. Whether you need somewhere safe to leave your furkid for the weekend, someone to stay at your home for a few days or just a friendly face to drop in and take care of fido, I've got you covered! Dogs are my passion and caring for them is the best job ever. I look forward to meeting you and your pets and making leaving town as easy as possible.

About: Hey thanks for stopping by! I’m a 25yr old adventure enthusiast, but since losing my dog in 2023, I’ve missed having an adventure buddy. When your pet is with me, they’re sure to be happy and worn out by the time you get home! I’ve been house/pet sitting on and off most of my adult life for a wide range of temperaments, sizes, and activity levels. As an active person, I love high energy animals that want to run/hike/play. If your pet is more a chiller, then they surely won’t be short of any snuggles and attention needed. Since I don’t have a stable environment to take in any pets at the moment, I’m happy to come to your pet in the comfort of their own home! Cheers! I do have a couple jobs with inconsistent schedules, so availability is case by case. If I am working and during busy season, it would be from 8am-4pm or 4pm-10pm. I am fairly flexible tho! I would treat your pet the same way I would treat mine. My own dogs have always had pretty much full free range in the house, but I understand and obey boundaries and rules that you have for your pet.

About: I am an active, responsible dog lovin’ gal. I have experience with over night care with multiple dogs as well as day time walks, feeding, and going on safe on and off leash pup-friendly adventures. I foster dogs throughout the year and have experience with all ages. I work from home and have a flexible schedule. I can adjust my schedule as needed based on the hours or care you need for your dog. I am a responsible care provider and have house sat and dog sat for the last 10+ years. I am happy to adjust to your needs in our home or yours!
