About: What sets me apart from other sitters is my enthusiasm and love to create connections with all animals as if they were my own with the best pet care provided. Open to all animals but most experience with dogs that need exercise in the mornings and afternoons. We can make it work! I work some nights doing pizza delivery and some mornings snow plowing during the week. All in all, most days are available! I have a big enough car to pick up a lot of animals for walks. I am very reliable in getting to and from a clients home on time and ready to work.

About: Ever since I can remember, I’ve been surrounded by animals. Growing up with three large dogs and two cats gave me a strong foundation in animal care and a lifelong love for pets. Over the years, I have volunteered more than 130 hours with animal shelters and rescue organizations, gaining hands-on experience with a wide variety of tasks including walking, bathing, administering medications, transporting animals to and from veterinary appointments, and fostering dogs in need in my home. I’m also a full-time dog mom and currently work part-time from home, which allows me to maintain a flexible schedule and provide attentive care. I love spending time outdoors, whether that’s long neighborhood walks, hiking local trails, or simply enjoying fresh air with a happy pup by my side. I understand that pets are family, and I treat every animal in my care with the same love, patience, and attention that I give my own. I would love the opportunity to help with all of your pet care needs and provide peace of mind while you're away. I have two dogs at home that I care for full time. First thing in the morning I let my pups outback into the fenced in yard. I then feed them breakfast around 7:30am. We love to go to the park or for walks, we do this every day. Some days we will head up to a lake or reservoir for some swimming. We have dinner in the evening and potentially another walk. When caring for a pet in your home, I like to do a meet and greet with the dog first if that is a possibility. When being in your home I can provide the dog with treats and a slow introduction to gain their trust. Once this has been completed, then I will go about their daily routine per your request.

About: Hello fellow animal lovers! My name is Melissa and I have a history of taking care of dogs, cats, horses and other animals. I’ve voluneered at dog shelters muiltple times. I grew up with dogs and rabbits. I have a dog named Ulysses. He is a German shorthair pointer. Your animal will have my full attention and affection. Feel free to ask me any questions you may have. Hope I can help ! I work at a restaurant in Aspen 3-4 days a week. Usually only a 6-hour shift. Tuesday’s, Wednesdays, and Thursday nights are my fixed schedule but may change. My boyfriend Scott works during the day so he's at home at night while I'm at work. So, there will always be me or Scott at home with your dog and ours. I live in a 2br 2bath apartment with a small patio. The dog parks close by as well as lots of places to walk around town. I take my own dog Ulysses to Crown mtn park, Basalt mtn, or up by Sopris at least once a day. The Rio Grande trail is right by my place as well.

About: Hello! I have had dogs and cats my entire life, and have one dog of my own that would love to be friends with your fur baby! I have 20+ years of experience, and am extremely active. I listen well to instructions and will ensure your dog has the best walk, time or visit I can provide! I have had dogs ranging from large Bernese mountain dogs like my own to a small maltepoo (my parents dog) who has an extremely sensitive stomach and requires extra attention. I also volunteered at the SPCA in San Francisco for 3 years and the Dumb Friends League in Denver for 4 years which gave me exposure to handling dogs from all walks of life - some of them easy and mellow, others extremely shy and required gentle handling and patience, while others were aggressive and required someone who understands how to calm and work with an aggressive dog. I look forward to working with you and your dog! I’m currently home most of the time outside of running or babysitting (and i will let you know if i have a shift that overlaps w your dog’s care). I can offer house sitting if my dog, Aspen, can come with me. I also offer boarding one dog at a time (or 2 if they are both yours) from my townhome in Basalt willits. I take the dogs out every 2-4 hours and Aspen (outside of when we’re sleeping) and I go on a walk every morning. I will do the same for your pup! I ALWAYS keep my eye on the pups and have 1 other very friendly and lovable Bernese mountain dog who can’t wait to welcome your pet!

About: We have had dogs our entire life, we love them. We recently lost our German Shepherd of 14 years and are looking to get some fur baby energy in our lives. We know how hard it can be to find reliable people you can trust to watch your baby. We have boarded numerous dogs in our home in the past and are looking to give your animals love and attention while you are away. We are experienced with all types of dogs. Big, small, young and old. Our house does not have any stairs which is great for older pups! We also live right across the street from many great trails. Dogs rule the house at our house. We often find ourselves sitting on the floor while the dogs are on the couch. We always joked our German Shepherd was more spoiled than our children. The only downside is your dog may not want to come home! I work from home and my husband owns his own business. We have two little kids (10 & 5) that are also great with animals. We have lots of flexibility. I hike, walk or exercise everyday. We have a small, fenced yard and a dog door, which can also be locked if needed. We live around the corner from a park and across the street from numerous trails. Animals can roam free or be crated in while at our house.

About: I am currently living in Glenwood Springs, CO living for the outdoor adventures! I love getting to bring Leo on outdoor adventures with me and would treat your fur baby like my own with lots of love and fun adventures. I decided to get into dog sitting because I’m looking for some side work and what better way to spend my time then with more sweet furry friends! In my personal experience, I have had a wide range of different kinds of pets, such as chickens, lizards, hamsters, cats, and dogs. In my professional life with animal handling, I had the most incredible experience in the past in Colorado to be a part-time dog handler for sled dogs. I have also done a good amount of dog sitting for friends in the past. I can't wait to help out and make some new furry friends and maybe go on an outdoor adventure too! I do work full time but have flexibility in my daily schedule and have weekends open. Just as I treat my dog, I always prioritize a good healthy route and would do the same for your pet. I have a regular route with my dog and would treat and care for anyone else’s pets the same! I understand the importance of a safe and loving experience for your pets as I look for the same for my dog when I’m away. I have a lot of country land I live at with a grassy backyard.

About: I love animals and have had pets all my life. My first job at 14 years old was at Ross Hospital for Animals in Bloomfield Hills, MI. I also have volunteer experience at Leader Dogs for the Blind, where I was responsible for walking the adult dogs and caring/bathing the puppies. I am a full-time hospitality associate at Restoration Hardware. As I am a fully remote employee, I have the availability to house and/or pet sit anytime during the week and weekends. I am originally from Bloomfield Hills, MI and obtained my degree from Oakland University in Elementary Education. I have extensive history in pet sitting, house sitting, and caring for children as an English Governess. I am also an animal lover and will take care of your home and/or pets with love, care, and respect.

About: My dog Yuki and I have lived internationally in 3 different countries. We have now called the RFV our home since 2020. I work in Aspen and bring my little floof in to work with me, it is a very dog friendly workplace. While living in Dubai I began watching friends and colleagues dogs while they were away; everything from a little 6 pound shitzu puppy to an 86 pound special needs lab. I hated boarding kennels for my own dog and wanted him to be in an environment as close to home as possible to ease the stress of being away from family. All dogs I meet get the same love and attention I give my boy Yuki, which is quite a bit! I am a certified teacher and Yuki is a service dog who assists in classrooms and in child development. I developed an educational framework for assistance dogs in the school I was a founding member of. In Dubai he helped to build responsibility and empathy in my classroom as well as helped to develop confidence in reading skills to children within the school. If you ever need advice on taking your beloved pet abroad, please ask and I am more than happy to give advice on the processes. I work at the Red Brick in Aspen and can pop out to go for walks with your pup during my work day, Yuki my pup comes into the office and hangs out with other office doggos during the day and we are happy to host additional pups. I am in Aspen 9-5 weekdays. I live in Woody Creek just off the Rio Grand trail, perfect place for long hikes. I am very careful with my own dog, nothing that could potentially hurt them is allowed in the house (no grapes, etc.) Fenced in yard so no escaping through an open door. And, all pups are allowed on the bed (I also have doggie stairs up to keep any little pups hips happy).
