About: From caring from family dogs since I was younger to now assisting my senior landlord daily with 2 large dogs (long haired German Shepherd and Belgian Malinois/German Shepherd mix), I have always loved dogs. I have dog-sat for as young as a 6 month old Springer Spaniel, and pride myself on caring for the dog and home that I am responsible for with the utmost of respect and care. Currently working hybrid remote/in-person in downtown Aspen. Available weekdays before 8am and after 4pm, with midday checkins available depending on location. Full time pet care available on weekends and potentially Tuesdays/Wednesdays. Large amount of flexibility is available as needed. I offer overnight house and petsitting at your home, or frequent check-ins and walks for daytime care. Daytime in-person sitting is available depending on availability. Specific instructions are my preference, and I have frequently received reviews that client's homes look even better than when they left.

“Danica is THE BEST dog-sitter!! My pup tends to get stressed when I’m away, and this was the first time he seemed truly calm and happy while I was away! She took great, loving care of my dog, kept me updated, took fabulous care of my home, washed all used towels and bedding without being asked, and even left goodies for me and my kids upon our return!! Moreover, she was a perfect fit because she was able to commit to most of every day being company for my dog, which is invaluable. Thank you Danica!! Will definitely hire you again :)”

She really took care of him and it was super comforting knowing someone we had someone who genuinely cared for him watching him. I know he was super happy to have a new play mate. Lily sent me tons of pictures of sushi and updated me even when maintenance had to come into the apt. Thank you again so much lily!”

About: I’ve always had a deep love for dogs, growing up with several sets of Dachshunds, which sparked my lifelong bond with these wonderful creatures. I’m an active person who enjoys long walks, and I love sharing that time with dogs, whether it’s a stroll in the park or a fun play session. While I currently don’t have a pet of my own, I have an abundance of love and attention to give to other people's pets, making sure they feel cared for and appreciated while their owners are away. Whether it’s playtime, snuggles, or just some quiet companionship, I’m dedicated to providing a safe and fun environment for your furry friend I have a flexible schedule that works well for pet care. I get out of work pretty early, so I have plenty of time in the afternoons and evenings to take your dog on walks, engage in playtime, or just offer some companionship. Additionally, I have weekends off, which allows me to provide extra care and attention, whether it's for longer walks, play sessions, or simply spending time with your pet. My schedule ensures that your pet will receive consistent care and affection every day of the week. As a teacher, I have summers off, which gives me the perfect opportunity to provide flexible and attentive care for pets. My routine during the summer allows me to dedicate time to walks, play, and companionship for the dogs I care for. I’m able to offer frequent and individualized attention throughout the day, ensuring your pet gets the exercise, affection, and care they deserve. Whether it’s daily walks, playtime, or simply keeping them company, I can give your pet the attention they need while you’re away. I take a thoughtful and personalized approach to caring for pets, whether it’s in my home or your pet’s home. In my home, I ensure a safe, pet-friendly environment with plenty of space for pets to relax and play. I keep a consistent routine for feeding, walks, and playtime. Your pet will be treated like family, with plenty of attention, affection, and fun activities throughout the day. If your pet has any special needs or preferences, I’m happy to accommodate them to make sure they feel at ease. In your home, I make sure to follow your pet’s usual routine as closely as possible to avoid stress or disruption. I maintain the same level of care, including feeding schedules, walks, playtime, and any other needs your pet may have. I always make sure to leave your home in the same condition it was when I arrived, ensuring your pet feels comfortable in their own space while you're away.

“Moriah was amazing! She was attentive, responsive, and communicated with us each day! She took wonderful care of our dog, and we definitely use her again!”

About: As a dogmom at heart, I want you to know that I'm here for your dog's needs, of course, and *also yours* as pup papa or dog mama. I'm not here to just "drop in" or walk as many dogs as possible to boost my bottom line - I'm here to show up for *your* fur bubbies with as much time and attention as you, yourself, give to them. If your pup needs exercise, we'll go for long walks or local hikes. If your pup needs sitting, I won't just pop in at the end of the night to let them out to pee before bed; I'll be there *with them* to play and cuddle, sending you updates, photos, and video so you can share in the memories with us. 🌱 Any questions? Don't hesitate to ask! I want you to feel calm and confident that your little love is with the best person for their needs, and yours. With a private massage therapy business, I have tons of flexibility to be available for your fur baby (or babies), and with a convenient location in Snowmass Village, I don't need a lot of notice to book (or cancel) - 2 hours tops! 🌱 Over my life, I've cared for dogs of all sizes - from yorkies to danes - with all kinds of silly personalities and special needs. I'm comfortable with "difficult" dogs (or shall we say 'quirky'), so whether you have a dog with quirks or we come across one who does, your bub (or bubette) is in capable hands. I have this friend who loves to tell me: "Anytime Cal is around you he's always so relaxed and it's clear how safe he feels with you!" In my care, you'll experience the same - coming home to your pet to find he or she has been loved on and well tended to - which you'll already know anyway with the updates you'll have received from me :) And while I'm not a certified dog trainer, I have lots of experience with the basics, and can introduce / will uphold consistency with any commands or cues you and your dog are already familiar with.

Melanie was amazing, I was in a tight situation and Melanie came through, was incredibly professional sending updates and pics multiple times a day. I highly recommend her services.

Amanda was amazing. Leica immediately connected with her and was even happy to walk away with her vs usually she won’t leave me. While I was skiing Amanda took Leica for walks all over Snowmass letting her interact with people which is her favorite thing. Sending me photos and videos. I stopped skiing to have lunch at Elk Camp When I finished and walked to get my skis I had a great surprise. Amanda had brought Leica up the gondola (she had asked me if that was okay) and there the two of them were, surrounded by people who wanted to pet her. 😁 At the end of the day, Leica definitely didn’t want Amanda to leave.
